    James did a great job in cleaning up our mess! We had paid $400 recently for a company to pump out our septic tank. They only pumped out 1 section of our two section tank. This caused us to need more help way to soon. I thought we must have had blockages in our system due to roots. That was not the case. James had our system working in no time before he even pumped it. James also explained to me other things that I could to avoid future issues. It was a pleasure having him work on our system! Thanks James!

    Called We Care to evaluate issues with my septic drain field. James Crowe came out and evaluated the situation. He is knowledgeable, experienced, and very professional, and he gave me an honest quote on repair options. He then led me through the process of contacting Environmental Health to get a septic repair permit. He kept me informed throughout and was prompt when showing up to work the repair. Great job! You are lucky to have such a hard-working, customer-focused employee. Thanks.

    I had an HVAC unit maintenance done today with we care. My technician was Christopher Raper. This young man went above and beyond, taking the time to walk me through what he was doing each step of the way, explaining the different parts of my system and making recommendations on things that would help with efficiency. If I could give a 10 star rating, I would. ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️. I highly recommend Christopher Raper and hope if I need any further service that he is my technician!! please be sure and share this with him.

    I can’t say enough about the service, communication and quality work that I recently received from James Crowe and We Care Septic services. I had heard good and bad stories about the company, but after using them for my septic needs, they have a customer for life. They gave me a time, stuck to the time and did the work quickly and professionally. James told me what he was doing as he did it and offered suggestions/ideas to improve my septic tank. We Care certainly has a gem in James and I can’t say enough great things about them. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED for all of your septic needs!!!!!

    Christopher came out to check one of our ac units because the heat wasn’t working. He came to check the unit pretty quick and found the problem pretty fast also. He was polite and answered our questions. He would have fixed it that day but part had to be ordered . Very pleased with the service !

    I received next day service for an air conditioner that failed following a storm. Being very inquisitive, I asked Kevin if I could observe and learn about the repair process. Kevin was exceptionally accommodating, patiently explaining the compressor and even inspecting the attic unit while providing detailed explanations.Kevin demonstrated extensive knowledge and was both kind and friendly throughout the interaction.Ultimately, he successfully repaired the unit. The entire process was quick but thorough.I am deeply grateful for the excellent service provided and will recommend We Care in the future.

    Tej was the tech who cleaned our vents. He was extremely professional, kind and honest. Great worker and very thorough. Very pleased with the work he did. Jared Heath came to our house a couple of days earlier and completely explained everything we asked of him about their vent cleaning service. Kudos also to him.

    The service tech did a great job. The cost to replace a $30 part was extreme ($300.00). I understand the charge for coming out on a holiday, but it was way too much for a 3 minute install. We Care has always treated me well, I just hope they rethink their charging rates._______UPDATE___________Jesus came out for the maintenance check and did great.Other than the previous visit, this company has been really good for the past several years. I upgraded this visit to a five-star rating because he did a great job for the maintenance check. Hopefully, that will not change, and I will keep on recommending their work.

    I liked how the technician was able to come out on a Saturday which, the other 2 companies that I called would not unless it was an emergency. He seemed to be very knowledgeable and straight forward with me. He diagnosed the issue provided different solutions for my circumstances. I went with Premier to actually complete the required repairs because they quoted me $1300 less for the job. We Care seems to be pricey over other companies, but, overall, a good experience.

    Mike was very professional and friendly from the time he walked in the door until he left. He took a few minutes out of his time to help me get a large box that was over my head down because it contained the filters to the AC. He also took the old filter with him so it did not fill up our garbage can to quickly, which was great since the trash ran yesterday. He performed his duties without wasting time. Overall, a very nice young man. Thank you Mike, for taking the time to talk to mama about a few items she may need in the future to improve the overall health of us and the AC unit.

    My heat pump at my house had gone out and after getting quotes from other companies to replace it I contacted We Care Heating and Air. HVAC technician David Klefforth came out and went through the whole system which is about 15 years old. He did get my system back up and running but said there would be a lot of repairs needed to fix it. He gave me quotes on repairing the old unit and replacing it. He was very thorough in his diagnostics and explaining the problems with the old unit, he went out of his way to make sure that I understood everything. We Care Heating and Air should be proud to have an employee like this.

I’ve never liked having to give card information over the phone to a stranger. No one has tried anything but you never know. There’s all these wire transfer apps now!!     I was very pleased with Christopher who worked on my air condition unit. He came out the following day after I made the appointment and inspected the outside unit and then inspected the attic unit prior to doing any work on the system. Chris explained to me and my son of what the problem was and how he was going to fix it. It didnt take him much time at all to repair the unit. He was very polite and answered all the questions we had as well as providing us with some recommendations. Excellent service!!

    Our HVAC unit went out after 26 years. Called on a Sunday morning and had a technician out after noon. It was determined that the unit needed to be replaced. Made all the necessary arrangements for installation for Monday. All the necessary work was completed same day. Both the service technician on Sunday and the installation technicians on, Monday were knowledgeable, considerate and respectful. So very glad to do business with such a great group of caring professionals. They do take caring to the next level.

    My family has had issues with our man caves bathroom and called several plumbing companies who all came out, looked around, guessed around, and CHARGED us for no resolution! Finally we called this company and I believe his name is James- but not only did he come out, dig up the septic, but also looked in the chopper to diagnose the problem and gave us a resolution all in the 30mins and one phone call! We will not be calling anyone else again.Date: 11/20/24 We had to call WE CARE for a different plumbing issue (laundry faucets) and CASEY BROWN was amazing! Still waiting for the estimate at 7:30pmSecond appt was for potentialSeptic pumping. Appt was between 12-2…. I did get a call saying they would be about an hour late and that was fine! At 4 O’clock I got the tracker for the technician saying an hour out! At 5 O’clock the tracker still said an hour out! Finally after calling the company I had a great technician show up at 5:15! The situation didnt need pumping but a clean out cleared saving me a couple hundred dollars! It still was a few hundred but he was great with customer service and had great information and gave me estimates for future septic work that will be needed before he left my property!Scheduling needs improvementDependability is lacking obviously4* is being generous but … there isnt a 3.5 stars

    I would have given a 5 star rating, but it took 3 visits to finally fix the problem. The problem started around September 1. We returned from a short vacation, and I noticed one of our 2 heat pumps was not working. I called We Care and was able to get an appointment for Wednesday (I called on a Sunday). The technician came out and spent a great deal of time troubleshooting. Eventually he found 2 problems, a wiring issue and low refrigerant. It worked for a few days and stopped working again. A second technician came out and determined the problem was a bad circuit card. He did not have a spare in his truck. He said he would call when he got the part. This was on a Monday. Friday came and no call. I called We Care and got an appointment for Monday. A third technician, Colby Cottrell, came out and was able to fix the problem. That was one week ago, and the problem seems to be resolved. All 3 technicians (Colby, David Klefforth, and Will Shepard) were polite and knowledgeable. I was just disappointed that all of the issues were not resolved on the first visit.

    Just had maintenance service performed on my unit and should have put in a review long before now. Called We Care 4 years ago about replacing my 22 year old unit. Salesman was very courteous and did not try to over sale. Unit was ordered and put in the same week. I feel Installer’s went beyond normal installation requirements. (ex: retapped all insulation on my duct work, replaced drain line, added additional flooring to ceiling joists) at no additional cost. I’ve had the unit serviced since then, would highly recommend the maintenance plan, and service was always professional performance. Customer service stays on top of verifying scheduled appointment and informing you as to when the technician will arrive. All personal has ALWAYS been courtesy, respectful and have genuine concern for your satisfaction of the service preformed. Waste your time in comparing with other companies if you want to but, I feel confident you will be find yourself back with We Care. Highly recommend. Great job performance and customer service are hard to find nowadays.

    Honest AC Repair Service!I recently had my air conditioner repaired by We Care, and I couldnt be more satisfied with their service. The technician Will Shepard arrived on time and was very professional, explaining the issue in a way I could easily understand. He worked efficiently, making sure to fix the problem without any unnecessary charges. My AC is now running perfectly, and the difference is night and day!     I never give a perfect score because that always leaves room to grow in experience & service. But today Michael L. would get a 5 star. He dotted all “i’s” & crossed all “t’s”… in other words he was very thorough. He showed me pictures and described what he had done for each. He asked if his indoor cleaning spray would bother me. He talked about options to consider. He even warned me about not letting our pet outside too early because the cleaning chemicals could make them sick. Kudos to Michael L!     WeCareHeating & Air did an excellent job with their plumbing service. My technician name is John Jake Shreves, and he was very knowledgeable and professional and has an awesome personality. I assisted Jake as much as I could and during the whole process he was informing me of what he was doing. My house was built in 1947, so Jake had to deal with galvanized pipe. That should let you know what he was facing, and Jake handled it as a seasoned professional would. My only problem is that there aren’t enough stars for me to check. I will use WeCareHeating & Air and their plumbing services in the future. I recommend them whole heartedly. Awesome Company and employees. Thank You

    Around 09:30 the morning of Friday, 8/2/24, I called We Care for help with our garbage disposal, which became clogged the evening of 8/1/24. By 4:00pm, I received a call from the We Care office to let me know Jake, our technician would be out to help us before 5:00pm. By 5:00, Jake had arrived and went straight to work. By 6:00 pm, the disposal clog was out, and Jake stayed a while to test the function, and make sure no leaks were in the bottom of the cabinet below the garbage disposal. Once he verified all was okay, he asked if anything else could be done for us, and was sure to tell us of the loyalty plans that We Care offers!     UPDATED REVIEW:If there is any mishap, or miscommunication with this company, they will scramble to fix it. The manager, Chris, came out to our house today with our fav We Care team member (James) and Chris shook my hand and and the lengths that they went through to stress (and prove) they do not leave customers high and dry was so reassuring and so refreshing. And it felt genuine, not like we were being handled. We appreciate and are so thankful that they do take their work, guarantee, and service seriously. 👏👏👏We cannot say enough good things about James at “we care plumbing, septic, and heating” he truly his knows his stuff and has finally is able to resolve issues we have as homeowners that we have been having for years. And not only is he knowledgeable, but he is SO nice! Mr Sheppard our technician was awesome. He diagnosed the problem in no time and even though a part had to be ordered, was able to provide us with a temporary fix until the part comes in. We had an awesome experience and would highly recommend this organization.Another great experience with We Care after technician Mr Garrett came out and installed the part that was ordered for the above mentioned issue. Despite the very hot conditions outside he installed the new part in no time.     On Saturday, Sept 14, 2024, David Kleeforth came to check on our air conditioning system. He introduced himself and began to assess the situation. He was quite the ultimate professional. His expert knowledge was evident from the beginning. He inspected the system, both the interior unit and the outside unit. The problem was that the unit was not producing the correct humidity that was set on the thermostat. He explained that it could be one of three issues. He began by going outside and inspecting the cooling unit. Upon opening the A/C shell he thoroughly inspected the interior. He checked the wires & electrical system. Back inside he looked at the interior unit in the hallway. He checked the filter and the water drainage systems. David then turned his attention to the thermostat and discovered that the temperature from the A/C unit and the thermostat reading was out of tolerance. He checked and determined that the thermostat was still under the 5-year warranty and he replaced the faulty thermostat. My husband and I are extremely pleased with Davids work ethic and his professionalism. His attitude and pleasantness makes him truly an asset to your team and company.     We had our HVAC units cleaned and serviced today--and there was a bit of a mix up with some of the billing, but I will say this, they really have superb customer service. It is really refreshing. We have been hiring this company for septic issues we have had going on and they have been the only company to diagnose and fix the issues for us (another well deserved shout out to James in the septic Dept because he has had to come out to our house SEVERAL times and has figured out issues that did not seem fixable-he is brilliant and provides extraordinary customer service-he even reached out to me today about the billing issue even though it wasnt his mistake or his dept, James ALWAYS goes above and beyond), however, today was the HVAC Dept, and their customer service for resolving miscommunications/misunderstandings/mishaps is truly impressive. It is something not seen with companies anymore and absolutely makes this company stand out. After the technician, Michael Lofton, finished servicing the AC units, he went over the issues with me and the pictures he took, and I was smiling to myself because it was exactly what our contractors had told us about last week- so he was not just searching for things to claim were wrong or needed to be fixed, they are legit issues. So many other companies need to have whoever is running We Care come in and restructure/reorganize/and retrain them because the customer service quality alone is lacking so often nowadays.     December 28. Christopher came to do the regular maintenance asked found some things that needed to be replaced. He took care of the issues, quick, friendly, and efficient.Today, Sept 28, Andrew came to do the regular check up on our system, and figure out and issue. He took care of everything quickly and professionally, explaining everything in terms we understood. Good job, as always.Yesterday, Chris came to work on the thermostat issue. He was, as always, the consummate professional, with the absolute knowledge to back up his explanation to us of the problems with our HV/AC system. We asked a lot of questions, and he was able to answer them easily, giving us a bit more comfort knowing things were going to be taken care of.Today, We Care sent 3 techs to install a new HV/AC system. They had to remove the old one, a dual system first. Everything was completed on New Years Eve day, in about 6 hours, another dual system - compressor outside and Air Handler upstairs. The techs were polite, as always, and very efficient. They worked with us on a discount and a partial credit towards the blower motor that was just installed last month.Overall, excellent.Jill came yesterday to check on the system install we had a couple of weeks ago. Yep, they follow up to make sure everything is still working up to par and that you know how to work your thermostat. Ours is a bit more complex than most, but Jill sorted it all out for us and explained everything. She is knowledgeable and doesnt miss a thing. Oh, and did I say she was also very patient with us less technically inclined folks. She left us feeling very comfortable with the new system and how to run it properly. Of course, she made sure we knew how to reach her with any questions.Again, 5+Stars.June 17, 2024Connor arrived at the house to fix the pin prick leak in the running run from the inside AC unit to the outside unit. They ran a new tube to fix the issue. Efficient work, done well, by respectful young men. 5 Stars, again!Oh, and last week, Tim and Casey worked in record heat to get our water back up and running - a leak in water pipes in the attic causing a lot of water damage. More issues the next day, fixed with a smile.Well Done!

    My experience with We Care has been very good. From my first phone call to my installation, everyone has been amazing! Tej and his team came out within a day to do the install. Tej and his team were very professional and considerate. Tej went or and beyond to make sure my problem was solved. I am so grateful!Update: I called Wee Care to find out why my heat wasnt working, and they quickly sent out Tej to look at it. He had it fixed in 10 min. My home is nice and toasty now. 😃

    Well they originally installed the units so I called them for service. The tech (will) was very nice and informative. He found the problem within a few min. He quickly replaced the blown capacitor and helped us set up a maintenance schedule. I have and will continue to use WE Care............ WeLL NEW SERVICE CALL update is we had a water drain clog up. Thermostat went blank. I called WE CARE and they responded promptly. They originally installed both systems so they are primary. David Klefforth was my tech this time. Extremely knowledgeable and a wonderful attitude. Hard to find guys like him anymore. I will continue using WE CARE and I suggest anyone needing heating and Air to give em a try. Till next time.

    Quick and efficient.These guys are awesome. Had a unit break on Tuesday night, they were out first thing Wednesday morning. Diagnosis was a $2,800 fix. They were out the next day to repair it, the guy doing the repair decided to rediagnose it before he made the repair. Turns out it wasnt the initial problem but merely a solenoid that powered the part they thought needed replacing, got it fixed for $600!

    I thank God for sending Timothy Blount to be the Technician that helped to fix the dripping pipe at the side of my house. He was very Professional and very knowledgeable. He told me the reason why the pipe was dripping was as a result of the pressure from my water heater. When he checked it, the pressure was 180! I don’t know what could have happened if I had waited too long. But I appreciate how he calm my nerves by answering all my questions. I didn’t feel rushed even though the weather was so hot he was still patient & listened to allmy questions. He told me that it will take at least an hour to install a new PVR and that was exactly how long it took him.

If later he explained what to expect at the age of the unit are to invest toward a new install with warranty and maintenance coverage. That’s is exactly what we did weighed it out and cost effective it’s make more sense to go ahead and replace instead of putting money out that you can’t get back knowing it’s the end of life with the old unit.
