The plumbing service here is great. They are super reliable and quick. I called in to get my sewers unclogged, and they were able to come within one business day. They require you to pay before they service your home. They have increased their price over the years, most likely due to inflation. It cost $150 to unclog the toilet last month.

I called Express Drains after hours when my toilet was overflowing - Shannon, who answered the phone, was an absolute gem and put me right at ease. She was able to squeeze in an appointment for me early the next morning and truly made me feel so much better about the whole thing. The plumber, Tayjon, showed up on time and had the work done quickly and efficiently. He was professional and did an excellent job, even replacing a part for us just because it had gotten dirty in the flood. Its hard to find companies with integrity these days but we have found one. This company is absolutely the best when it comes to clearing drains. We had an issue at a rental property. A contractor friend gave us a decent price of 5k but told us to call Express Drains. The company did the job for $200. Yes. You read that right. Not $2000. $200. Incredible.

We are so thankful that Gage was able to retrieve the key Fob with many other keys that unfortunately went down the toilet. He started out trying the basics to get them, but did not give up until they were retrieved. He did have a coworker come to help out after diagnosing exactly where the keys were located and got them from the sewer line. AMAZING! OUTSTANDING! IMPRESSIVE!! GODSEND!! These are only a few of the choice words I would use to describe this company and the earth angels who work here!! My Family and I were distraught and devastated when to our horror we discovered our Beloved pet ferret had made her way into the sewer system of our home through exposed pipes due to floor replacement being done in our home. We were besides ourselves but thanks to a referral from another great person (Phil from Phil’s Plumbing) we got in touch with this incredible company. The big boss himself got on the phone with us in the middle of his busy work day to help direct us to where we should focus exactly to find our baby ferret and low and behold, after a full day and a half of her being in the pipes WE FOUND HER ALIVE after 5 minutes on the phone with him!!!!We couldn’t believe it after hours and hours of agonizing and frantically searching for her, he was able to direct us to find her in mere minutes She was a little worse for wear and needed medical attention but she is alive and recovering…THANKS TO HIM AND PHIL!!!! - and do you know what else?! This saint did not charge us for his time or efforts- he did it out of the kindness of his heart. I am teary eyed writing this review because we love our pet and he helped rescue her life - a complete stranger. I cannot thank this man and his employees enough for their kind patience , understanding and expertise in this unique and harrowing situation. I know this is not a typical review but if you prefer to spend your money with good hearted, kind and honest professionals , Express Drains is your company!! I mean it! Our backyard drain was clogged and causing water to come into the basement when it rained. We called this morning and they came out about an hour or so later. In less than 30 minutes they fixed it. Very friendly and professional.***just an update. It rained today. June 23rd. Days after you came out. A LOT. Not any back up! Not an ounce of water in the basement. Had a plumber a week prior tell us he couldnt get a snake or camera down there and most likely an expensive dig up and replacing of pipes needed. Thank you for being a good, honest business. I had another company come out to resolve the issue I was having with my drain backing up but they were not able to do so. I called Express Drain and they lived up to their name. While doing that job, they let us know we had a pipe blockage somewhere. They came back out again the day after Thanksgiving to totally clear the blockage using their snake device. I had a great service today to clean a clogged laundry drain. Our laundry water sink was backing up and we called express drains, Sunday afternoon and first thing Monday morning Gage our plumbing professional contacted me to let me know he was on the way. What an amazing company. After once using Zoom Drains decided upon recommendation of my plumber to try these guys. Wow. First of all about a third of the cost and the tech that came out, Gage, was friendly knowledgable and patient as I explained what we already tried. I will use this company moving forward (hoping not that often HA!) and never fall for all the up charges of the others with video scoping etc. Cannot recommend these guys enough and Gage specifically. If you need your a drain cleaned, call Express drains. Everyone is very nice and Ryan is a master. He did what I couldn’t. He came out quickly, unclogged my main drain, and a couple months later I thought it happened again so I called while I was at work. He came out and checked everything and confirmed it wasn’t the drain. Turns out it was my dishwasher leaking to the basement in the same location. The point is, they do great work for a fair price. And when he stopped out the second time he was honest, did his due diligence, and didn’t even charge me! I won’t use anyone else.

This company was recommended to me by a friend and I called on a Sunday morning around 8:30am. I spoke with Ryan the owner who said he would have someone out by noon and within two hours, he himself came out. We had tree roots causing a blockage and he was able to break them up and recommend what to get to help it and even marked the area where another company will need to come to put in an access pipe. Professional, quick, and quality service!!We were plagued by plumbing issues for several months before finally deciding to have the main line inspected with a camera. Express Drains was recommended by a family friend and I am extremely impressed by their service. They scheduled around my work schedule to come as soon as possible. They found the issue quick (a sports ball in the sewer line - crazy kids!) and were able to remove the obstruction on the spot. They did all of this work for half the price as some of the national chain companies. I highly recommend Express Drains.

I would recommend this company to anyone. The fellow who arrived, same day I called, was a guy named Danny. Outstanding Plumber! Total confidence that he was going to fix the problem. He was in our home from 3:30pm until 6pm. We recently had our roof replaced and told Danny that. He knew it was not a coincidence at all. The water in the sink would only go down slow and than gurgle for the next hour. Turns out that when the roofers did the tear off of the old roofing shingles they hit the vent pipe pretty hard till they removed the shingles around it. Danny explained the the inside of that pipe is 65 years old and called it scaling had dropped when they were hitting that pipe into the sewer lines in the crawl space. He went under the house and repaired the sewer pipe that was full of rusted metal and Bingo everything was fixed!!

If I could more than 5 stars ⭐️ This outfit is top notchedI would had a serious drain issue and was referred to Express Drain Cleaning. I called and spoke with Ryan who informed me they could take care of my issue. Upon the prompt arrival of the crew they were courteous and explained what they planned to do, they brought in this large auger and that’s when the fun began and the magic happened. The technician ran that machine with precision and determination, there was a clog in the stack and to my surprise it provided a great deal of resistance. The tech related he may need to use some special equipment he went to the vehicle and came back with a fiber optic camera which was put into the drain and after several twist and turns. The camera showed the culprit of the clog. The culprit was forced down the line and water once again flowed freely. After living in my home for over 20 years clog free sad to say my downstairs bathroom was clogged and I called Express Drains it was a Sunday morning and the weekend emergency crew came out and were just as knowledgeable and professional as the previous crew. They went right to work and in no time they were able to break free was was causing the backup, and once again they cleaned the room as if it was their own home reset the toilet and were on their way. The company provides a great service for a more than reasonable price and they really know what they are doing. Outstanding service! We bought an old house and within a couple of months were having a problem with a clog in the pipes from the master bath. We had a home warranty that brought in another plumber who was not able to clear the drain and blamed roots in the pipe that were not covered by the warranty. We were told we would have to excavate the wastewater pipe and replace it which would have been very costly. I was put in touch with Express Drains through my neighbour. They had very effective equipment for clearing out the existing pipe. They cleared out the roots very quickly and non-invasively. They then found another clog on the outgoing pipe from our master bath and cleared that out too. They were very thorough and professional and saved us so much time, money and hassle. I recently bought a house and was hit with a major backup issue from any water source I used. My home warranty sent a repair man who wasnt any help. A family member recommended Express Drains. They came out and snaked my main line pulling out tree roots. They suggested a camera inspection which revealed an infestation of tree roots in the pipes at some points where it was completely blocked. Wet jetting service was offered and everything is draining normally again! They are a lifesaver and very reasonable with pricing! I was referred to Express Drain by a plumber who said they are the experts, and he was right. Not only was Ryan able to fix the clog in a timely manner, he and his team are friendly and very fairly priced. I highly recommend Express Drain.
