I worked with Mike Parsons to schedule a repair for a number of cracks in my foundation. During all of our interactions Mike was professional, courteous, and overall really easy to work with. Mike addressed all my concerns in a timely manner, did a great job communicating, and the crew he assigned did a fantastic job with the repair. I highly recommend Mike Parsons and Ram Jack for anyone that needs foundation repair.

Guys did a great job with my pool apron. It had sunk between 1 and 5 inches all around the pool. RamJack team got it almost as good as new. Nice job!

I contracted Ram Jack New England to perform repairs on my foundation to correct differential settlement. One corner my house had setteled 3 inches and another corner of the house had setteled over 6 inches and was still sinking. The front of my house hadnt setteled at all. This problem threatened to severely impact the value of my house which I need to sell in the spring to relocate for work.Ramjack came in and lifted half my 1900 sq. ft. house which is now permanently supported by driven piles warrantied against future setteling. The warranty is transferable which was very important to me since I will be selling in the near term. The excellent warranty, for me, was the deciding factor when looking for a company to repair my foundation. Since it is backed by a reputable national company the warranty is actually worth something and really helps add peace of mind and helps to restore the value back into my home that was lost due to the damage resulting from the setteling.All the floors that were previously way out of level are now restored with no damage during the controlled hydraulic lift process which was a risk. I had some minor drywall cracking that is easily fixed where previous drywall cracks had been filled however this was expected and advised of during the initial inspection by Anthony.I primairly dealt with Anthony up front and Dan during the work process Both were very good to deal with. They made me aware of any risks up front and communicated well through the process.Ram Jack works with EnerbankUSA for financing which was surprisingly seamless. Financing was also an upfront concern since this work was not cheap. EnerbankUSA is an independantly run financing company that partners with RamJack and was very easy to work with. They had many financing options and I selected the one that worked best for me. It was literally one 5 minute phone call and I had financing secured. I had a minor contract change order due to addition of scope found during the work process which was also very easy to add into the loan, another 3 minute call to Enerbank. These guys are very easy to deal with and are also very good at what they do. They made the financing process easy and relatively stress free.Overall the project went great. Dan and Anthony were very receptive to my concerns up front and during the process which I am very happy about. I did alot of homework before I selected them because a lot was riding on a good outcome. Ramjack did not disappoint and I am confident that I made the correct choice now that the project is complete.I will recommend them to anyone who needs this type of work in the future. You can be sure theyll be honest and fair. RamJack is well worth the money.Also, they work with a great subcontractor for carpentry work. OSS Construction out of Brockton is run by Fabio who I plan to use for all my future carpentry work that is too big for me to handle on my own. Fabio and his crew do really nice work and they are knowledgeable about all the current building codes.I wrote this review because both companies did an excellent job and I feel like the investment I made in my home is money well spent.

I had a rusted lally column in my garage that needed to be replaced. I got quotes from 3 contractors. Contractor 1 said that it was too difficult to replace the lally column due to its location. Contractor 2 said that the outside wall would have to be disassembled. Ram Jack said they could replace the column without any disassembly because this is what they do. The crew was super professional and skilled. They did an outstanding job and the price was very competitive. They earned a 5 star rating!

Called them for an estimate they charged 4x what another company charged to install beams to support the house & they have credit plan so thats the first hint they know that they are overcharging. If you got the money go for it, they are legit but the price… Anyway, thanks for coming.

Mike from Ram Jack drove 2 hours to assess some cracks in my foundation. He spent an hour with me measuring and checking the level of the house and in the end he told me that it was just an old house and normal settling. He didnt try to sell me or talk me into any unnecessary work. It turned out that I dont need any foundation work for now, but I will definitely be recommending Ram Jack to friends and family if they do. Thanks Mike and Ram Jack New England

I’m very satisfied with the work RamJack NE performed stabilizing my foundation.I selected RamJack NE over a lower-cost foundation repair contractor because RamJack NE’s operations person Dan was friendly and provided all requested information before signing the contract, and because 1) the contract clearly defined the work to be done, the cost breakdown, and the risks associated with discovering issues as the work progressed, 2) in the contract RamJack NE assumed responsibility from obtaining the engineering plan and building permit to agreed-upon cosmetic repairs and cleanup at the end of the work, and 3) the contract included a transferable limited lifetime warranty backed by a national dealer organization.The work progressed as planned and a couple of issues discovered along the way were resolved by a great crew to my satisfaction. The crew chief Joe was friendly and kept me in the loop as the work progressed. Dan also provided important documents (e.g., signed/dated building permit and warranty, driven pile locations and depths, and foundation level measurements) after the work was completed. I’m glad that I selected RamJack NE because I feel confident about their work and integrity.

Had a great experience with David! He came out, spent a solid 2 hrs with me just walking around the house, making sure everything was okay. I vocalized what I wanted from them as a consumer and they delivered, no problems. I got the quote at the same meeting, scheduled with the office and that was it! I had (what I consider a large crack) in my foundation that was pre-existing from the previous owner of my home. It busted open from that bad storm in December. One day of work, super clean when they left. Also, super relieved they could work around my oil tank.

Great communication all the way. Quality work. Had a retaining wall that was cracked and starting to lean outwards. The work they did was extensive. The crack was arrested from any further travel. To my surprise the went above and beyond what I had contracted them to do. They saw some other issues and corrected them also.I like the fact that the warranty goes with the house. The next owner doesn’t have to worry about it.I highly recommend them.I saw some negative comments about scheduling work. Ramjet was very specific about timing of the work and a window of time that they would do the work. Yes it could be weeks or even months for them to get to you but that was presented to me before the contract.Very satisfied customer.

Competent, professional and courteous, Anthony, Leo, Tom, Shane and Dom were fantastic. Sevices included were foundation structural repair, retaining wall rebuild and permanent lolly poles in basement of a mid-1800s colonial. Highly recommend. You may pay a little more, but it usually holds true that you get what you pay for.

I am a resident and manager of a condominium association in Falmouth, MA. The condos were built about 25 years ago. Each unit has its own garage. Over the years, due to settling, the entrances to the garages began to sink. So, the concrete pads before the garage floors are sinking below the garage floor. This resulted in lips of 3 or more inches making it more difficult to get into the garages. The problem needed to be addressed.We selected the 2 worse garage entrances and called Ramjack. The salesman (Travis) came out for an onsite inspection and confirmed our problem could be solved by Ramjack. We settled on a price and a work date. Two technicians arrived on the due date. They reviewed the process and went to work. Less than 4 hours later they drove away leaving behind our overjoyed and very satisfied expressions.It was a pleasure to watch them work. They were completely professional. As the worked progressed, that explained each step. We literally saw each concrete pad rise up to meet each garage floor. At the end, they did a great clean up. The final result looks like there was never a problem. Next year we will be calling Ramjack again to address more garage entrances. You cant go wrong with Ramjack!

Our experience was excellent! Travis did a wonderful job of explaining what we needed, and worked with us on the cost of the job. Then Matt and his 2 assistants were equally excellent, and everyone was so polite. So this is FIVE STAR service! The only minor complaint we have was the difficulty in getting a detailed statement of what work was done. We needed this because we might be selling the house at some point, and want to assure any buyer what it was that Ram Jack did for us. TOTALLY SATISFIED!
