You won’t find better service. You won’t find better people. You won’t find better quality. If you finish reading this post and you’re still planning to shop your options for plumbers you’re wasting your time.This is who you need. You might not know that now but you will after they come out.I’ve done countless jobs with these guys on a professional level and a ton of work in my own home, my grandparents home, my neighbors homes, my friends homes, my bosses house… consistently the best.

Joe and his team are absolutely phenomenal. Not only were they willing to help after I called four other plumbers to no avail, they offered to come out that evening after-hours to assess and remedy the situation. Joe was communicative, kind, and explained every part of the issue and remedy to me thoroughly. Chris and Yan were also amazing in assisting with the fix, and even communicating and translating (Russian!) with my upstairs neighbors to make sure both of us were taken care of, and that the source of the leak was properly addressed and fixed. Joe even went as far as to inform the condo office manager and condo maintenance person of the issue, and had them come over so he could explain the issue in detail to them. I cannot recommend JW Langton Plumbing & Heating enough. They truly went above and beyond, and wasted no time in offering help and guidance during such a stressful situation. The ceiling leak and pipe were repaired within 24 hours, and they sent someone back to spray anti-fungal in the ceiling as a precaution. Truly going the extra mile, taking the extra step, being incredibly tidy and conscious of my space and their cleanliness (they cleaned EVERYTHING!), and offering so much care throughout. They’re the only plumbers I’ll be using from now on!

If I could provide J.W. Langton Plumbing & Heating 10 stars, I would. Our very small HOA community has experienced a number of challenging situations, in succession, associated with recent extreme rain events. We have experienced broken pipes as well as leaks related to stressed structural building issues. Joe and his team have repeatedly responded to these emergency situations every single time and with urgency. Frankly, they have gone above and beyond. Joe has provided his expertise and recommendations and has a huge wealth of knowledge and resources. You cannot find a better partner in these situations. I highly recommend J.W. Langton..you will not be disappointed!

We worked with Joe on a large backyard renovation project that included a full kitchen (multiple appliances), water feature and gas firepit. Joe installed both the gas and water to support this project.This was an extensive project with a number of subs. We did not have a general contractor (I assumed the role) so coordination was challenging at times. Joe was always incredibly accommodating and flexible. He went above and beyond by assuming the role of general contractor at times when I was unavailable. Joe was also incredibly responsive.In terms of the work, Joe was meticulous. His gas and water lines were installed cleanly. His connections were all perfectly done.We highly recommend Joe for any of your plumbing needs.

Joe responded quickly and helped get my basement dry after my sump pump died on a Saturday. He arrived on time, was professional throughout, communicated clearly what needed to be done, helped get my basement dry and charged a very fair price. I would highly recommend his services.

Everyone from JW Langton was exceptional at replacing a gas stove that had been delayed on shipping and then my original installation company canceled 4 times. I had been out of a stove for almost a month! As soon as we called JW Langton, Joe got back to us immediately and scheduled to replace the unit the next day. Mark came in and after a few mishaps with differences in size of the new unit, both men had the gas stove installed within an hour, even resizing the cabinet so the unit would fit. They even took the old stove and box from the new unit with them. If you need a job done well, with excellent craftsmanship, and in a timely manner, need to call these guys!
