    I am extremely impressed with the level of service we received from Rak Plumbing and Heating. They responded immediately to our emergency service request for a leaking boiler on Monday. Once it was determined we needed a boiler replacement, Rak gave me an estimate for a new boiler, hot water heater, and gas conversion on the spot. I gave them a deposit on Tuesday, the following day. They were at my house Wednesday, with a new boiler and hot water heater., and the completed the job the same day, as promised. The level of service was extremely knowledgeable and professional. Rak did it right the first time, and delivered as promised!

    My Furnace pilot went out. I thought my furnace had gone belly up until RAK showed up. They checked it out, had the pilot relit in a minute then proceeded to look at both of my furnaces and HWHs as it is a multifamily. They were super helpful, quick to respond, and fixed the issue. I would highly recommend them and use them again.

    Rak Plumbing provided great service. We need to fully replumbing of our kitchen and bathroom and fix the sloppy work of a prior plumber.     We had a serious leak in our basement. We called Rak Plumbing right away. We have used them in the past. They always provided excellent service to me and my family. We found out quickly that Rak plumbing and heating would be our service representative and he was excellent. He determined the problem and gave us our options. The different ways we can do it. He answered all of our questions throughout the process. He was working at our house for about 3 hours and he fixed the initial problem and suggested we replace our hot water heater and sump pump which we did. Both were many years old and needed replacing. I would highly recommend Them to anyone who needs someone knowledgeable, excellent, quick, good cost and provides excellent service.

    We hired Rak to run a gas line for an outdoor fire bowl and grill. Kordian and his team were extremely professional, knowledgeable & communicative, as well as timely with permits and installation. The quality of their work was excellent and pricing was fair. I also really appreciated the time and care they took to hook up the fire bowl, making sure we were pleased with its location, set up and functioning. Its clear they take pride in their work.     Rak Plumbing did lots of work in our home including repairs and upgrades to our boiler, installation of a water softener, dishwasher and faucet, replacing our water shut off, drilling a hole in an outside wall to route a leader and installing a gas line to our fireplace. They are courteous, reliable, efficient and professional. I highly recommend them and will call them whenever we need plumbing work.

    I had serious sewer collapse and Kordian and his colleague did a great, thorough and professional job of repairing everything, including other issues at a very fair price. Their work ethic and attitude was exceptional and truthfully, I felt like I was dealing with a good guy and felt fortunate to have found him. This is the first time that I am writing a review of someone that I hired. In many cases I felt like I was being taken advantage of to a certain extent but not in this case. I will not hesitate to hire him again.

    We did a large renovation and Rak installed all the plumbing and heating (bathrooms, baseboard heating, all house water filter, etc). Everything from before the reno had to be replaced and we basically started from scratch. Since then we have had minor repair needs here and there for them to fix. In both scenarios they have been professional, efficient, clean and helpful. I would highly recommend Rak plumbing for everything from a small repair to installing all new plumbing.

    They came to my home and came on time! They fixed a couple of emergency repairs that I had as well as repaired a bunch of issues in my home that needed to be replaced. Cordian and his crew were very professional courteous and answered all of my questions and never made me feel uncomfortable or as if I didn’t know what I was talking about. If there was something that I needed extra, they took care of it and the pricing was very competitive. I had another emergency repair at the end of the day and called him and as soon as he heard what was going on, he got back into his truck and headed straight to my home.     I fould Mr. Rak on google was looking for a plumber for a new boiler, i called 2 people before i felt like they trying to make extra job and was telling me i have to do some other work other then i called them for and finally mr rak came and I couldn’t be happier he explained to me exactly what hes doing, gave me more then a fair price and said everything is good that the other plumbers were trying to fix, 2 months later now and everything works perfectly best honst plumber in the area.

    Kordian and his team have been AMAZING to work with. We had a large leak on our first floor and Kordian was able to come same day, even though it was late at night, to assess the situation and make sure there was no further damage until his team could come by the next morning. As a first time homeowner, it was stressful to have an emergency plumbing situation, especially when we did not know of any local plumbers at the time, but we’re so glad to have found Rak. Kordian came the next day and demo’d our plumbing for us since we were in a bind with timing. He’s been our plumber ever since. I can’t recommend him enough, we’ve worked with him on our kitchen renovation, steam radiator issues, water softener install and currently our bathroom reno.
