Extremely satisfied with the work done; as a not handy landlord, I have dealt with many companies, Bogush is definitely the best plumbing company I have used so far! There is not another one come close. The technician, Gheg is very professional; when he did the free estimation, he pointed out all the problems, patiently explained the function of each part and what my options are to replace partial or all of the parts. So, I can make a very informative decision based on my situation.The price is very reasonable and transparent when compared with other quotes I obtained for the job. I ended up using Gheg for two repairs this year and last year for different plumbing issues in an over 40 years old building. Strongly recommend this company and the technician; I hope my post can help others like me..

I dont normally write reviews but, in this case, I just had to. From replacing the furnace to installing the new thermostat, everyone at Bogush was exceptional. From the office staff to the technicians, all were so attentive and helpful. Thanks to them all, we wont be freezing this winter. A million thanks to all and a special shout out to Jonathan and Eduardo, great guys who always came through and are the very best at what they do.

We are very happy with the plumbing work done by Greg and Brian from Bogush Plumbing. Greg was very professional and he thoroughly inspected the water connections in the condo. Greg and Brian both went above and beyond in replacing the water valves. They were also both happy to answer any questions we had. We would definitely recommend Bogush Plumbing and Greg!

Pump Express is part of this larger company, Bogush Plumbing. We contacted Pump Express late last week with an emergency when BOTH of our grinder pumps stopped working! We are an animal hospital operating 24/7/365. Everyone from the dispatcher, estimator and technicians, to the boss (Rich, Rob & Craig) were professional, efficient, and above all, responsive! They were on site quickly, provided a clear estimate of the work, had everything in stock and arrived first thing Monday to repair and replace our pumps. Rich even fixed it so half way through the day we were able to use our washing machine which is crucial to our operations. He went out of his way to help us and he & Rob kept the work area clean and safe; this is where ALL of our equipment is to run the hospital and its a small space! Highly recommend these guys Pump Express! Thank you again for everything!

They were awesome with new AC install. They installed custom duct work necessary for air handler(not previously installed in original installation). Other contractors ran from this work but Bogush stepped up and knocked it out of the park!!!!!!!!! Highly recommend them!!!!!!!!!

Nothing but great things to say about this company!I had my hot water heater/boiler unit replaced by another company (Platinum Heating and Cooling - DO NOT USE) a few months back who didnt complete the work (unit was leaking) or get any necessary permits from the city. I was in the process of selling my condo and needed the permits to close. I called a few different plumbing companies and was turned down by each because they didnt wanted to be responsible for someone elses terrible work.I was referred to Bogush by my realtor and they jumped in to help as quickly as they could. They repaired the leak within a couple of hours and Gina R. helped me get the permits from the city all before I was scheduled to close on the sale of the property. Gina was super helpful and helped ease my anxiety throughout the process. No matter how many times I emailed and called, she was always happy to help. Will definitely use Bogush in the future!

We have used Bogush Plumbing for years. In this case we had a drain pipe leaking under the floor of our bathroom. Greg and Joe from Bogush diagnosed the problem, explained and showed me what was leaking, gave us an estimate and then fixed it. By far the best and most professional plumbing company I have ever worked with! I cant recommend them enough. Their technicians are patient and knowledgable, and have made often stressful circumstances more bearable. They are also incredibly reasonably priced - no need to go elsewhere for estimates!

I called this place for an estimate and the plumber (Greg) showed up looking very clean, presentable and most importantly professional. I mention clean and presentable because I had another estimate from a different company and the plumber was so filthy I really didnt want him in my home. As Greg walked in my home I noticed he was a good listener, he let me get all my concerns out before saying one word. He took the time to explain to myself and my husband everything that was going on and was very confident in what the problem was. Being he was confident and very generous I told my husband that I wanted him to do the job. We had him do the job and are 100 percent happy with his work. So far we havent had any problems and Im happy to have had Greg do the repairs that were needed. Moving forward I will be utilizing Bogush for all our plumbing and heating issues and will be requesting GREG for the repairs. Thank you Bogush
