I would highly recommend Zach next time you need any electrical work done! He got back to me quickly with reasonable quotes and answered any questions that I had. He did several jobs for me like getting power to my detached garage, venting both of my bathrooms and dryer, installing a bigger panel in the cellar, switching out light fixtures, etc. Overall I was very happy with his work!

Island Power Co came for an emergency visit to fix an outlet that had almost caught fire next to my desk -- Zach prioritized getting to my house so I could continue to work at my desk/with my monitor during a busy deadline. He was super professional and explained everything clearly so I knew how to avoid another mishap! Couldnt recommend Island Power Co enough!

Zach and Ben replied to my request immediately and were able add the work to their schedule rather quickly. They were extremely organized, arrived on time, and completed the job with ease. Zach went above and beyond to install a bedroom overhead light, and we’re thrilled with the way it looks. They also installed a dining area overhead light and replaced two nagging switches, one which was completely dysfunctional. Zach and Ben are complete professionals and I highly recommend them for any job no matter the size. Thank you for your top shelf level of expertise!

Zach and Ben were terrific! They installed the electrical for our AC units, air handlers, and wired the thermostats. They are very professional and knowledgeable. I asked them to come back and wire my whole house generator. They did an amazing job and quickly at a fair price! I highly recommend Island Power Company!

Island Power Company did a bunch of electrical work at my house and they did an incredible job. Zach was on time every day and each day they left my house they made sure everything was cleaned up. I have an older home with no overhead lighting in any of the rooms (lamps everywhere), so Zach and his team transformed my house with ceiling fans, new electrical sockets, and recessed lighting. I cannot say enough good things about Zach and his company. I highly recommend them and they are now my go-to electrician.

We recommend Island Power for electrical service needs-big or small. We contacted Zach via e-mail and described our assorted small needs. On line it said , no job too small. He set up an appointment with us on a specific day at a specific time and that is exactly when the truck arrived.Very reliable, knowledgeable and pleasant and fairly priced.We plan to call Island Power again for our future electrical needs.

I reached out to Island Power Company as a new customer with a relatively small job. I thought for sure he would either not respond or tell me he was too busy. But I was wrong. He got back to me within the same day I inquired and got my small job in within a couple days. I will definitely be calling them with other jobs in the future.

Very pleased with the services that Zach provided. He is very knowledgeable and was able to trouble shoot our undercabinet lighting issue as well as issues with outdoor motion detection lighting. He was very good about staying on schedule or notifying when he was going to be a little late for a scheduled appointment, so no waiting and wondering. His fee seemed fair for the services provided. We would recommend Island Power Company.

We asked Zach earlier this week if he could come out to a customers house to split a circuit in a kitchen that was over loaded. He picked up the phone set an appointment and arrived when he said he would. All of our customers needs were met and we had an overall excellent experience with him. Thanks for coming out!

Zach did a great job installing a 4 circuit transfer switch for a generator as well as running and terminating cat6 Ethernet cabling through a 120 foot conduit. Would use him again and highly recommend him for his quick, professional work.

We contacted Zach from Island Power Company and told him we were staying at my sons house in a large class A motorhome while he was away and that we had hooked up a temporary 30-amp power supply. We told him we had concerns about the 30 amp supply because we saw burn marks on the receptacle. He understood the urgency of the situation and came out by the end of the day to remedy the problem for us. We cant thank them enough.

Zach and his team fixed a difficult issue at our house - after a surge we were seeing an unbalanced voltage , whenever we’d use a large load like say an air fryer the voltage in another outlet would shoot up to 150V. Our lights were flickering and we had the whole haunted house vibe going. He and his crew worked tirelessly to troubleshoot the issue, finding and solving many other problems along the way (loose wires in outlets, broken breakers). At the end of the day it was corrosion in our meter, so a new meter did the trick. Thanks again Zach!
