My heating unit had been working fine but it had a bad smell coming from the exhaust. I didn’t really think it was an emergency so I waited to call to have someone look at it when I had the time. George, the HVAC tech, came out to see what was going on with my furnace he tested the air that what was coming out of the furnace exhaust, there was so much carbon monoxide found that he did not feel comfortable turning the unit back on. Thom Whybrew, the owner, knew we needed a unit asap as it was negative temperatures as the high for the next few days. Worst case scenario we were told we would have a unit the following day. He was able to find a unit and installed it the same day! It was easy to schedule, communication during the project and the price was under what I expected. We can’t thank the team at Quality Electric enough for the quick turnaround and customer service!

This place has done me right on 3 different jobs. I went with another company on my last plumbing job which was a mistake. The other place gouged me. Made me realize how reasonable Quality Electric prices are. I think I will be sticking with Quality Electric for my plumbing and electrical needs from now on.

Tom, the techician, was amazing. He was incredibly knowledgeable and was respectful with explaining things. It was a warranty issue and took forever, but Quality Electric was not to blame for the delay. They were great. Things take time and Quality Electric was able to answer all my questions.

Could not find anyone in North Manchester that was not busy. Quality Electric came right away. plugged drain. nasty job. Tom was great. even went back to Wabash to get a longer snake. I think thats what you call it. thanks Tom. I hope your boss reads this!

They were very quick to service our furnace when it was 10 below zero and blower motor burnt up so we had no heat...very good at there job and made sure all was working 100 percent before finishing the job..would highly recommend them as your service provider
