    Overall, this was a very pleasurable experience. The only issue I had was during the initial call. While trying to get a specific test set up, I was trying to ensure that the animals in the house would not be affected. The lady I spoke with did not know the answer but instead of offering to find out the answer, she told me to ask the technician when they arrived. I confirmed that if the animals were going to be at risk and I then declined the test that I would still be charged the $89 or so fee. I insisted that she reach out and find out and she did. However, I felt she should have offered that, especially if I could have potentially been charged almost $100. Otherwise the scheduling was super easy and they were able to get someone to my place the next business day!The technician also did a great job. He was very patient while I explained what he needed to know. He did a great job of walking me through what he was doing and the results of the test that he did.

    He explained things in a way for me to understand. He had never seen a system like the one we have (from probably early 50s) but he googled and also went through the paperwork left by the previous owner of the house, in order to give me more information. He also got here when he said he would, same day I called. Very impressed.

    We had to call out Flow-Tech for an issue we were told was in our line. They were great at getting us on the schedule ASAP. Garold came out and determined it wasnt in our line but in fact in IAW line under the road. He stayed right there with us until IAW came out and found the real issue and they needed to do the repair instead of us. I will be using Flow-Tech again for any repairs needed. I highly recommend them!

    Flow tech was recommend by a friend when my water heater went bad. They showed up on time. Job was completed promptly and work site was cleaned up afterward. Worked around a batch of kittens I was babysitting and didnt step on any. Answered my questions well. Price was good too. Very happy with the service and would definitely recommend to friends and family.

    I had a water heater decide to spring a leak when my husband was out of state ( of course he was gone when something like this happened) and I found Flow Tech online. I was impressed with their great ratings, so I called. The gals on the phone were so nice and helpful. Within minutes I was told of a tech that was finishing up one job and would be right on his way. About an hour later, my repair was finished. Cobie was very friendly and did great work. Outstanding customer service, and outstanding everything. Will definitely call them for any plumbing needs I have in the future, and would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone else.

    Sales process was simple and didn’t intrude on my schedule. Rep was friendly, accommodating and if he didn’t have an answer to my question, he dug for it and got back to me that same day. No pressure at all. Install crew showed up on time, did clean work, was pleasant, and gave me a tutorial on operating the system. Product wise, the system is whisper-quiet - so glad I spent a little more to get their top of the line! Love it!
