I had a leak under my sink and when Alex the owner came out he found another leak from the main water line entering the house. Very serious issue. Alex was extremely professional and thorough. He explained what needed to be done and was very flexible with pricing gave me a great veteran discount. If you have any issues I strongly recommend have him come and do a quote. He is a small family business that works with his wife and sons. He is a Veteran so you can expect attention to detail and a job done right. Alex thanks again for your help I appreciate it. Im posting this review on behalf of my dad. My dad had work done on the sprinkler system of his home by this company and was greatly impressed. He asked me to leave a good review online for him, as my dad is not familiar with Google or Yelp reviews. My dad said he felt the price was really fair for the work done and he plans on using my plumber again in the future for a hot tub installation. Considering my dad generally thinks that he could do almost any home repair better than the contractor he hired if he was just a little bit younger, this is pretty high praise.

I am sharing my Yelp review on here because he deserves the credit Alex and his team did an amazing job they came to fix an angle stop her but our waterline was corroded he shared his knowledge as to why everything needed to be replaced as first time homebuyers this was our first rodeo but we called around and got quotes and Alex was very reasonable and knowledgeable I felt comfortable enough to lend him my home for this repair and he did an amazing job I would definitely recommend him and will return to him for future repairs

I cannot express how thankful I am to Mr. Alex n son for showing up to my house today and putting me up to date with my water heater. Took their time to explain to me what needed to changed and were very polite and professional. Price was reasonable for everything they did for my home.They came in on Veterans Day and i couldn’t be more thankful to them. I stress out over the littlest things, so they saved my day! Alex and his crew at My Plumber are the best in the business. I have lived in my house for over 20 years and have dealt with a few plumbers in the high desert. Most were decent but My Plumber is the best I have used. Alex is very professional, honest, prompt and neat. He does what he says he is going to do, and is very reasonable with his rates. I have had him replace all of my bathroom fixtures in three restrooms and do upgrades in my kitchen. He handled it all in a timely manner and I couldn’t be happier with the results. He has also handled a few emergency situations for me after hours for which I am thankful for. I highly recommend My Plumber for all of your plumbing needs.

Alex and his team helped me with plumbing issues 5 times this year. I have rarely needed a plumber but this year we had a leak near the pressure regulator out front and it was deep. They repaired it. I needed my hose bib replaced in the back yard. I had them install a new shower assembly. Later they moved the water lines in master bathroom to align with new vanity. And finally after my shower was done the tub spout needed extending and Alex hooked me up. Very professional and reasonably priced. Thank you.

Alex saved us this Sunday, we were without water and he came to the rescue when many other plumbers wouldnt because it was Sunday. He got us up and running then came to finish the job on Monday. I called MY PLUMBER with a last minute issue I thought I would be able to fix myself however that wasnt the case, but once I called they answered the phone very quick they were very professional when I was speaking with them, they asked for my info to send an invoice and other info to. Once I hung up I received a text from Aj Navarro letting me know he would be here within the next hour, but let me tell you they came within 10 minutes! He listened to the issue, assessed the problem and gave us our options on the fix l, he was very knowledgeable. Once we weighed our options and chose the best rout he got straight to work and we thought we had all the pieces for the job but we got the wrong size pipe and he showed us that the difference in the sizes for assurance which was great! I would recommend you call them. Aj was very professional, respectful and FAST. We wouldn’t have water tonight if it werent for how quick they responded and how quick Aj got to us.

I’ve used My Plumber twice so far for my plumbing issues (installation of a gas line and installation of a shower). They are responsive, professional, knowledgeable, and offer affordable rates. As a homeowner, you usually have to go through a few people before you finally land at your go to person for certain needs (i.e electrician, mechanic, etc). As the name says, My Plumber is my plumber. I’ve had such positive experiences working with them and know they take care of their customers. They stand by their work. Additionally, I love supporting a veteran owned business!

Alex and AJ were very good at installing my water heater. I was first impressed by the free estimate. He came out and within minutes new the old one was junk. Alex even explained to me how he knew it was done. When he ordered the new one he did it right in front of me, not hiding anything. The next day they came with the new one and had it installed within and hour and a half. Fast service, affordable, and I felt that they were very professional and honest. I would recommend them over anyone else.

Update: Google only allows one review per business or I would leave another 5 stars. Another urgent situation. Alex was at my house within 30 minutes and despite my super old plumbing he was able to fix my issue for a great price. These guys are the best residential plumbing company I’ve even worked with. (6/5/23)Emergency plumbing call on a Sunday afternoon. He didn’t try to take advantage of my situation by charging me crazy surge rates and was at my house within the hour fixing my issue. The price was fair and the service was excellent.

I woke up to a leaking toilet and turning off the water valve wasn’t working. I tried to see if I could DIY a solution through YouTube because I was afraid of how much a plumber would cost but gave up and called this company. I was able to get an appointment right away and they sent me notifications letting me know the plumber was on his way, which I really appreciated. Alex arrived on time and was extremely kind and professional. I asked if he could wear a mask and some booties in the house and he happily agreed to do so which I was grateful for as someone with severe asthma with a toddler in the house. I told Alex I was on a tight budget and was just looking to stop the water leaking but he fixed everything and got our toilet fully functional in less than 15 minutes without replacing any parts!! I am the type that mistrusts everyone and scours reviews before giving my business to any company and I can honestly say that I am so very happy with the experience that I had and the lady on the phone who I found out is his wife was also extremely kind and professional. I had relied on a different plumbing company before this one and had had a bad experience where I felt like I was overcharged a bit, but Alex really took care of us and gave me a more than fair price. It feels like a huge weight has been lifted off my shoulders! Alex will now be my go-to plumber as long as I live here and I will be recommending them to anyone who asks for a plumber referral. I highly recommend that you give them a call for any of your plumbing needs if you are in the Victorville area!
