    Appointment was made for Septic service on Monday and they scheduled me for Tuesday between 8 and 2. Also informed to expect a call 30 minutes prior to arriving at my home. I received a call that Shane was on his way, and within 10 minutes he arrived. Shane introduced himself and explained what he was going to do to find my septic tank. Once located he also explained in detail how the process to cleaning out my septic tank. I commend Shane on his work ethic, very professional as he completed the service in a very short time and made sure he cleaned up the area. I would highly recommend Burns Septic Service.

    They pump my Septic tank and did a great job and was very professional , responsive and on time also a great cleanup job. Service tech help me by informing me with what was going on also gave me guidance on ways to prevent my Sewage from backing up again.

    Septic tank pumped on 9/14/2022 morning. Liz scheduled me 2 days prior. Shane and Travis came out to do the job. They were professional and knew their job well. Answered all my questions. Quick setup and fast service. Kept everything clean around my septic tank risers. Will definitely use Burns Septic again! Thank you! :)

    Great service. We had an emergency situation and Lorena had her crew come out immediately. Jeremy and Ricky were there within the hour. They got our septic pumped and were very polite . great job guys

    Our regular plumber Watts plumbing recommended this company. We highly recommend them! Our techs Frankie and Kevin were awesome! They took their time to diagnose the issue and they fixed the problem and told us what we need to do in order for us to not have this issue anymore.They were so polite too! Great company I hope we never have issues with our septic again but if we do we will definitely call them out.

    Shawn came out and went above and beyond for me, started in the morning had to leave because of an issue and we didnt know if he would make it back, he not only made it back but was able to go out again for parts and come back and fix my leak, he was even educational on telling me what he is doing! So I understood what was done I would definitely recommend and will most definitely use them in the future.

    We made an appointment with them for servicing both our septic tanks in Oak Hills recently and not only did they call ahead of time to confirm and go over the pricing but they were on time.Jeremy quickly located our tank and began the procedure. He was up front and very informative with suggestions on how to prolong the life of our tank and they even had showed us how well the leach pit was functioning. Questions we had regarding tree roots etc we answered professionally and with knowledge.Before they left, they marked our tanks and groomed the ground above the access holes.See you in 3 years!

    Burns Septic fixed our broken septic line, detected the issue that caused the break, and they actually pumped both portions of the septic tank. No more water backing up in the house and no more leaks! Thanks guys! Your crew was amazing and I love that they explained everything to me and my husband and that they made sure the issue was fixed.     Plumber should of bought a new hose and properly marked it up for the job site as needed. Cause nobody (NOT EVEN THE PLUMBER) wants to work with a hose after its been in waste.Your plumber is your life line sanity literally. Treat your plumber like doctor that still makes house calls .they dont reuse stuff in hospitals and it should go for your hose that was needed for YOUR filth.

    They were very good and provided information that was beneficial. We are getting rocks to replace grass and they told my husband about risers. Those are tops to cover the septic tank. So now we wont have to pay the extra fee to have them dig up the area.

    They were here on time. Very professional. They pumped the septic and put all the landscaping back as if they were never even here. You cant tell where they dug at all. Very pleased with our service. I would recommend them to everyone.

    Burns Septic came to our rescue and replaced my family homes septic tank when it failed causing a sink hole which jeopardized my dads life when he fell into it. The home has block and rod iron fencing with beautiful landscape and Burns did such a professional job leaving it in pristine condition at finish.We recommend them to our clients and have always had great service filled with professionalism.
