The most heavily blocked gutters were too high for me to safely clear, but this company had no trouble. The air flow into the vent of our dryer proved problematic. According to Jakes assessment, lint was building up in a curve in the long vent tube that led to the roof and the roof vent. After thoroughly cleaning everything, he swapped out the roof vent for a dryer-compatible one. Additionally, he swapped out the dryers transition tube for a better one with a better connection. Jake explained the procedure and took pictures to capture it. Very knowledgeable and thorough. The dryer has already been used and is operating without any problems.
