First of all, Jenn who I spoke with initially couldnt have been any more professional and efficient! We were urgently needing several repairs which were brought up during a home inspection and were required for us to complete the sale of our home. Bentley & Sons came straight from another job and were here within 2 hours, late on Friday prior to the labor day weekend! Thats some incredible service! Enter Zach. What an incredibly friendly person! He didnt make me feel bad about cutting into his weekend and kept reassuring me that he would get my issues taken care of, and he did. Two hours later, all was fixed, Zach was still just as friendly and smiling, he reviewed everything that was repaired with me and the price was very reasonable. They could have taken full advantage of my desperation and probably charged me double, but they were more than fair. I dont often have complete confidence in this type of work, but these guys... I recommend them without reservations!

Review for Bentley & Sons ElectricExcellentMet Zack randomly at Lowes. My husband and I were looking at cable outlets and he very nicely advised us on what to get. We got to chatting and found out that he worked for Bentley and Sons electric so we took his number. We have not been in our home since hurricane Ian almost 2 years ago took the roof off of our condo and we have not been living there since. About 2 weeks later we needed some dimmer switches and a little bit of a complicated hook up for our garbage disposal. We called Bentley and Sons and to our surprise they picked up on the first ring. Nobody seems to do that anymore. We then asked something we thought would be impossible and that was if they could come out within 4 days as our countertops were arriving on a Friday. They said absolutely we will make that happen and literally came out the next day. ( Mind you this was after a completely full day as they start at 6am and got to us at 3:30 pm). Not only did they get the job done, their price was so fair and reasonable! They also helped us screw those cable outlets in properly at no extra charge. This company goes out of their way to help people. Zach goes above and beyond and his coworker, Frankie, was also incredibly professional and nice. Giving this company a five-star review for their professionalism and help but would give them a hundred star review for their kindness!

Definitely call Bentley & Sons Electric. We had a full panel change. From start to finish it was a smooth process. We were informed throughout the process. The office staff was professional and very knowledgeable. The electricians did a clean and perfect job. They even cleaned up after themselves. We were given a great estimate which beat 3 other companies, and in the end, they were honest enough to reduce the final amount due - when an unnecessary part was removed from the bill. This company is now our only electrician we will use in the future.

We are extremely impressed with both Cody and Zach and all the work they did at our home. They arrived promptly at 8:30 and worked solidly until 2:30. Cody and Zach are polite and respectful. We absolutely loved working with this company. We called multiple companies for a quote to have our new septic system outlet installed. We got no answers, no call backs, rude receptionists and estimate dates out weeks to a month ahead. We called Bentley and Sons and were fortunate to get a quote the same day from one of the awesome owners Molly. She was very fun to chat with and had an awesome personality. Their pricing was reasonable and they were the only company that mentioned a permit and made sure to pull the proper permit with our area. We were lucky enough to have the project get moved ahead due to change in their schedule which was awesome. They completed the project as described without issues. From the first phone call until project completion was less than a week. They will be our go to electrical company from here on out. Cannot recommend Bentley & Son’s enough!! Mike & Molly along with the rest of their crew are nothing short of amazing! And Molly is phenomenal in her own right, running the show behind the scenes. I have zero complaints with them and could sing their praises for days. They have been extremely communicative, flexible, honest, and have spent more time than I’m sure they had available to educate us on various procedures and answer any questions we had regarding our job and what goes into it. Mike even took the time to come out and do a quick, temporary fix until we can make it to our scheduled FPL disconnect/reconnect date so to ease our fears of any issue arising in the meantime. They are very patient, understanding, kind, honest, hard working, efficient, reasonable, and dedicated. I’m so glad they were referred to us and I will be sad when all our work is complete because I’ve truly enjoyed all our interactions! I will absolutely use them for any electrical needs in the future! Don’t hesitate- call Bentley & Son’s for whatever electrical job you need done, as I have no doubt that they will offer you the best service possible!(Note: Their work for us includes repair/replacement of weatherhead, mast, meter can, some seals inside the can, anchoring the mast to the roof in a way that is up to code (something our previous roofer failed to do), ensuring our power lines are not hanging too low above our shed & roof, etc.)

Wow!!! What an amazing company. My first interaction was with the office manager who was extremely pleasant, professional, and knowledgeable. Our job was challenging in trying to find the correct puck lights and transformers that would work with our situation given the fact that those to be replaced were 19 years old. In today’s market products change at a rapid pace. The tenacity of Bentley Electric prevailed! Mike and Dakota did a beautiful job and at their suggestion a dimmer was installed so we havethe ability to increase and decrease the brightness of the lights which enhance the lighting in the room. We also had Bentley Electric install a home surge protector. The installation was treated as if it was their own home. Most trades people leave a mess behind that is up to the homeowner to clean up. Not with Bentley Electric. Much to my surprise they cleaned up the work space.My husband and I are “over the moon” pleased with this company!

I had several Eaton Breakers that failed within 2 yrs of installation in my new home. I called Bentley & Sons to repair. Mollie scheduled Mike and his son very quickly to stop by as they were performing other work in my subdivision. They did a great job with researching/repairing/replacement of breakers and ground fault outlets. I would highly recommend this company. They were professional and the price was fair. They explained everything regarding the problem and what they did. They probably could have charged more, given the time it took to leave the job and get the correct breakers but they didn’t.
