    I was without water due to the hot water tank leaking. I called Monday morning, they were on site for an estimate within 2 hours, the new tankless heater was installed today, 2 days later. Other local companies and big box retailers couldnt get me quote within this time frame. More importantly, the installation is perfect. Neat, clean work. I have nothing but great thanks and appreciation for Three Ts.

    Recently went to turn on our furnace, only to find out that it wasnt working! Called Three Ts Plumbing, Heating and Cooling Inc and received a response right away! At first they thought, due to their busy schedule, they wouldnt have someone able to come out until 2 days later which I was fine with. Later in the day, they called back and said if I was available, someone could be out to our house within the next hour! Todd came out, diagnosed the issue and fixed it in under a half hour! He even showed me how to locate the same issue (should it happen again) and how to correct it myself! All employees that I had contact with were beyond friendly and professional! The cost was significantly lower than a different company that quoted their fix fee. Would highly recommend this business!

    Had an issue with a blown spigot causing flooding in the basement. Three Ts came out to evaluate the problem. Although they could not fix the issue today because of the location and the current obstacles to the connection in the basement, Todd gave me options and discussed the pros and cons of each solution. Todd was professional, understanding, and thorough. He was knowledgeable, kind, and sympathetic to the situation. Great guy! Great company!

    I love to make detailed reviews of the local companies that I contract.Three T Plumbing went above my expectations by far.They installed a filtration system for me on 5-29-2020.They were quick to come out and look at it.They were quick to get me an estimate.His team was punctual and very informative of what was expected and very thorough at explaining my responsibilities as well.After realizing that the installation was a little less time consuming, my original estimate was dropped $330 dollars. Instead of just charging the estimate he quoted me for, or taking advantage of me he lowered my price.This company is amazing.Id give it a 5 star rating if Facebook had stars.Definitely one of the honest contractors in this area.💖A.Levesque

    Fast, friendly and efficient. The entire transaction could not have been better. I saw their billboard and called them with a list of plumbing and HVAC items that I needed done. For starters, it was great that Three Ts has such a broad skill set. Instead of calling a plumber and another HVAC service, I just called Three Ts. Scheduling was easy and convenient. They came out and did an initial assessment, allowing me to ask questions and adjust the scope of work as necessary. The proposal/estimate took about 48 hours and was accomplished online, saving me time and effort. Once I signed the contract, the work was scheduled for about a week out (none of it was urgent), and it was all completed in a day. Once I had a chance to look it over, I requested an adjustment and that was accomplished in a timely manner. The Family employees were friendly and polite. Pro-Veteran Company. Work Performed: New exterior front faucet install, adjusted existing rear faucet, dryer vent replacement, furnace filter cabinet replacement, new garbage disposal install, and replace kitchen sink tap. Will use them again for all of my HVAC and plumbing needs.

    Best service and family owned. We Had major issues at our house and they were very patient and immediate response. Quality work! Great staff and I trusted them and their recommendations.     I have had an ongoing smell in my basement going for two weeks, Ive had two professionals out including a city sewer professional, all of which repeatedly told me no issues/smells are seen/found.Running out of options I gave Triple T a call as I had no clue what was causing the smell. The owner and his wife were incredibly polite in answering questions and heading out as soon as possible to investigate.On the day of doing a pipe fix that Triple T thought may be causing the issue, the owner gave me the opportunity to back out of the fix agreement as his doubts were rising the pipe was the issue, I had him go ahead and redo the vent pipe system. Unfortunately he was correct in his thoughts it was not the pipe, however you really dont see this kind of quality/care from companies now days and it was refreshing.You wont find a more responsive, polite and knowledgeable company in the area.I know from here on out I will be using Triple T for all my Heating/Cooling/Plumbing needs.Dont hesitate in working with Triple T, you wont regret it.

    We had a new furnace and air conditioner put in. They responded fast, as we had no air on those hot days. They were professional and quick. Took the time to make sure the job was done properly. Followed up with us on a rebate we could get from consumers by turning in some paperwork. All around great company and would use them again.

    I was in a tough position and they showed me the way. Todd arrived to my house, after hours to provide a second opinion. Three Ts confirmed I needed a new A/c. Thankfully, they provide financing to assist with the purchase. That being the case, I replaced my furnace as well. Todd and his son worked throughout the day to complete the job. After, the neighbors had questions they went and answered. At 6:30 p.m.!! I would recommend this family owned business to everyone. I have too!! As long as they are in business and wherever I move to, I will continue to use them. 5 Star service...
