I had numerous small jobs that I needed taken care of. Called Monday about 430 and they were here by 915 the next morning. Eli and James both were fantastic. They got all my jobs done very quickly and were both very nice and helpful.

Erik the plumber came in to create an access panel to repair the shower pipe diverter. OMG he was the best plumber Ive ever experienced. I managed properties over 17 years and if I was still in that business I would definitely hire him for All of my plumbing issues. He was so nice, friendly, professional, and did an excellent job. He spoke very well ( never swore or used any profanities)as in my experience that always happened with other contractor, and was 100% knowledgeable and his customer service was great. He explained what he was doing through the whole repair, when, and also gave an estimated time of completion. Seriously have never had such great customer service from a plumber/HVAC contractor. I will definitely request him for all future repairs and you should too.

Had a problem with our air conditioning, so I contacted Newton-Johnson. Later that same day a service technician (did not get his name) showed up. After looking the air condition over and a few tests he slowly walked me through the problem and made sure I understood what was happening or what was not happening. It was then fixed professionally. Because of the time he took to explain the problem I was comfortable with the decision I made and the work that was done.

Erik Williams showed up a few days earlier than expected, repaired and replaced plumbing underneath kitchen sink. Stayed and tested to make sure work was quality and complete. Very thankful for helping our family and will recommend to any who needs quality service.

I woke up this morning, to no heat. Of course it happens on the coldest day of the year so far. My furnace was out. I sent out a text to my friends, asking who I should call. They all said Newton Johnson. I called at 730am. I had the nicest, most professional repairman here by 9:15am. My ignition needed to be repaired. The price is so reasonable. I was afraid it was really going to cost me an arm and a leg but it didnt. It all happened so fast, I didnt have cash to tip him, so he got a bag of venison instead. I am cozy in my warm house and I am very thankful!! Thank you!!!

While we were in Florida our basement flooded due to a burnt-out sump pump. We asked if they could take out a new sump pump. Within a hour they had delivered a new pump, installed it and had left. Newton has always been there when weve had an emergency. We strongly recommend them for their professionalism, expediency and thoughtfulness with an emergency situation!

Overall very happy with them. I did have to wait a full extra day for our water heater to be installed because he couldnt get a second guy to help, but other than that very satisfied with the work. Also they were over one thousand dollars cheaper than home depot. Will edit review after I receive the bill if necessary.

Their copper plumbing work is good (no leaks) and hourly rate is better than some. However, they forgot to do one of the valve replacements on the first visit and I had to call back to schedule another visit. They bill for their travel time but overall I would call them again. They are recommended by many in this area.

They are very professional, friendly and knowledgeable! Came for some general repairs and had everything needed to complete the jobs on his truck. Even changed a bath tub spout that was an unexpected job. Very friendly and explained what needed to be done and didnt seem to mind me watching to learn. Would definitely recommend!
