WOW. Thats just one word to describe Wade and his assistant on the job he did for me. But, its the only one that works. To our knowledge our system had not been serviced for 24 years, (yes, I know, Im the King of procrastination.) and we did not even know where the tank was. Wade showed up and in amazing short order found the tank, located the lid and was on the way to getting it pumped out. After just a few minutes of chatting and solving the Worlds problems, Wade was finished, covering up the tank, rolling up his hoses and was underway. All within 2 hours. Cleaned up so well you would not even know he was there. Not only was his work quick, clean, professional, his cost floored me at how reasonable it was. I could NOT have been happier. Thanks Wade.

Wade was wonderful! Let me know when he was coming because he was backed up and came out to my house and even dug up the opening because just me and my mom live there! This man is awesome!!

Contacted Wade about an issue with our septic system backing up. He was very responsive and informative. If he didn’t answer I always received a call back sometime within same day. Wade even fielded my call on an off day. Definitely would recommend his service to anyone.

Wade thankfully provided same day service and did a great job. Very careful with the truck to stay on hard surface & avoid damage to my grass. After pumping & still evidence of a likely clog between house & tank, he took care of that as well. Recommended!

I cant say enough about GCS! They just started and it will be another week before they are finished up because we have to have a top molded. BUT I already highly recommend these guys. Our property is older with a few previous owners. The ones we are purchasing from did not know exactly where the tank was located since they never had an issue. Mr Wade came out and inspected and said hed have to come back with a backhoe to find it. He came back within the following week and with some digging located it. Huge mess but thankfully the mess is contained to septic area and lines ONLY. Huge relief with that alone. But Mr Wade was concerned about the mess and the opening. I assured him we had some extra material and we could handle covering it up. He called back the following morning because he had been worried about it and wanted to check and see if we were able to get it covered and see if there was anything else he could do to help until the job was finished. I assured him it was taken care of and well covered now. His concern was refreshing and very much appreciated! Now THAT is the type of integrity lacking in the world today and EXACTLY what you want in a business! Much respect and appreciation to them!
