    I am a very busy father and don’t normally engage online in most capacities. I made it a point to take time out of my day and leave a review for this establishment. When I say these are great people with great knowledge- I mean it. They’re honest, up front, and no games- quick service and fair pricing, I can’t thank Coast Water Well enough for the help they provided for me after our pump got fried from a lightning strike.     Highly recommend.My pump needed charging because I had to repair a pipe in the line.I called the office at 7:25 a.m., service was complete by 9:00 a.m. at a very reasonable charge. We discussed changing some fittings/sensors which are aged but working properly. And although they could have sold me they suggested I wait until the system fails, which could be never. No use in wasting money that could be used on a new system later.

    Great, friendly, fast service. We called two other places with no call back, but they got out to us within a few hours. We had the pump & tank replaced. They had the parts on their truck already and had our water back on and running better than ever in just a little over an hour! They were upfront and good on their prices as well. I highly recommend calling them!

    I called them this morning at around 7:15 am. They were at my house in an hour, maybe less, made some pretty extensive (NOT expensive) repairs and by 10:30 am, they were gone. System is 25 years old and likely had no service prior. GREAT service. I highly recommend.

    I absolutely love these guys. Not only have they helped us with a few different well issues, but on top of that, they also help with diagnosing issues while we waited for service to arrive so we could have temporary relief to a problem. They are my 1st and last call when dealing with any well related problems.

    I called Friday morning after the freeze because my pressure tank went out. The guy said it could take a while before his tech showed up. I decided to go get some supplies and was only gone an hour. The tech not only showed up but fixed everything while I was gone. He even put the siding back on the pump shed and waited ten minutes for me to get back. Now my well system is running better than before! Awesome company and tech! Super affordable on price, too.     Our pump lost its prime and of course it happens while my husband is away. For someone like me who has no knowledge of pumps and their parts and how to even articulate what happened with it, they were patient with me and asked me questions to help me give them the information that they need. They sent someone out the next morning to check it out. It made me feel better that they sent someone who took the time to answer questions I had and explain (in terms I can comprehend) a number of things that could’ve caused the problem and what fix he was doing. I’m very satisfied with the service and outcome of the repair. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

    Mr.Jack called me that evening to see if I needed my well worked on then , but it was a small leak so they came out first thing in the morning and was done within 20 minutes. Super nice and great job very professional. Thank you. Price was reasonable, not too expensive at all.

    What a blessing!Our well quit pumping this morning and I called to have them come out and look at it for us. They were so nice on the phone and said they would get someone out here just as soon as they could. It couldnt have been an hour later and they pulled in the drive, they had to pull the pipe from the ground and had it going in less than an hour. I would highly recommend these folks for any well problems you may encounter. Thanks again!

    We had a power outage early on a Saturday morning with a power surge about 2 hours later when the power was restored. It seems that the surge burned out the motor on our well pump. We called Coast Water Well Services. We were told that there was no one available until Monday to come to the house to change out the motor but they had the parts if we could find someone to help us. Our next door neighbor came to the rescue, again. We picked up the new motor and our neighbor changed it out. This morning we have water. Now, the whole process took more than one trip to Coast Water Well and Jack went above and beyond to help us with the repair even to the point of calling this morning to see if the water was back on. We will never forget the excellent customer service provided by Coast Water Well Services and highly recommend this company to everyone.

    Coast Water Well Service has been quick to repair/replace failing, or failed, parts of the well... pressure tank, pump, pump motor, etc... faster than I have experienced with other service providers. Ive not commissioned them for drilling a new well and cant speak to that.

    I have been using this place for i would have to guess 20 years. When i needed them at my place in Vancleave they came out same day. very fast. guys were nice. got my water back fast. i would not use anyone else for well related issues. One time i needed a gauge for well. i could not get there in time so the owner left me a new one on steps for free! who does that . so that was of course nice an heck. i have recently bought a pump brand new for hunting camp in perry co. it has been two years ( so sorta recent lol) and still going with no issues. needless to say i highly recommend using this place and no i am not in any way related to or even can tell you their names cause of my memory lol but i was just that impressed. thanks coast water well.

    Our well and pump completely stopped working last week. I contacted Mr. Jack and what a blessing! They started drilling our well Friday and we ran into some complications because we live on top off a hill. Every last one of those men stayed to complete the task. The next morning(Saturday) the pump workers was at my house at the break of dawn to insure I had water for my family. Its one thing to stay but its another thing to go in on a Saturday when they are off so I could have water! Mr. Jack and his workers was complete sweethearts and was a blessing from God! Each one of those workers showed up on their day off so my family could have water! That says a lot about this bussiness! They could of waited till Monday but no they wanted to make sure we had water. I cannot even thank them enough for the kindness they showed me and my family! Thank you Mr. Jack and to all your workers God Bless yall!
