    The two main things you need to know upfront are the employees are awesome and its expensive. My encounters with the staff have always been kind, intelligent and professional. However I was quoted almost a thousand dollars just to replace 4 lights. I nearly fell over. This is just unrealistically too expensive. They do a subscription plan that is affordable that offers discounts with good benefits. Dropped the price down to almost $700. The fee to have them come out is $69 which is reasonable (which was included in the estimate). So at that price I very much do have high expectations for this company and if I am not satisfied Ill be sure to say something. I would suggest calling first to ask about the subscription plan so you know that info ahead of time. So I hope with that expensive pricing they treat their employees very well and pay them well too. I know its also expensive to run a business, especially one that can be dangerous. Im happy to be a customer overall.

    Drew did an excellent job running power for a new appliance. The job was explained in detail before hand and the job was done in a timely manner and everything was cleaned up before he left. Would definitely recommend for any electrical work.

    Very happy with our service today! Matthew was very knowledgeable, kind, and patient with all our questions. Our initial issue was resolved in one appointment. That being said, we’ve already scheduled future work with Matthew — that’s how much we were impressed with Amps and Volts. Also — really liked the transparent pricing with no hidden fees. Hard to find places like that!!

    October 23, 2024. I needed an electrician to come out to install an electrical box and hook up my hot tub. They were here prompt to check out the job. They did come back to finish the job as they needed parts that they did not have on the truck. The job was finished professionally. Kevin and Tyler were the techs and they were great to work with. They let me know what needed to be done and in addition, they took time to explain things. They also recommended to keep in mind a repair they suggest to be done. No pressure given but advise. I appreciate the service they provided to me.

    Our consultation was with MatthewHe arrived promptly and was very pleasant, knowledgeable and professional. He was patient with me and my husbands questions.     Sadly bought a house with problems (what else is new?) but Kevin and Blayke were dynamite!! Very fun to be around and kept walking around finding stuff to fix! We’re still in shock they were able to quickly fix what was wrong in the garage. But I would HIGHLY recommend these two for any new home owners that don’t know much! Please give these guys a raise they deserve it 100%!!!

    We were not able to run three bedroom window air conditioners at once in our house, which was built in 1915. Drew and Dan ran new outlets, wiring, and circuit breakers into our electrical panel.     I looked online for an electrician to help me with a small but important electrical problem. Plus I needed to have all of my electrical outlets inspected to make sure it wasn’t them causing the problem. In short my fireplace was the malfunction not the electrical! My technician Drew was the best! He was knowledgeable, patient and nice! He did everything I requested and didn’t hesitate to explain anything I asked of him. He did his job with manners. Something that I value just as much as the knowledge of the subject! Also, the ladies I talked with on the phone to schedule are very knowledgeable, patient and helpful too! It was really a great experience for such an unpredictable situation I was put in! I can move on to my next part of remodeling the space where my fireplace was to a nice opening!     We originally called just to get a plug for our new fireplace in the wall. Upon arrival, Matthew noticed that our living room fan was very unsafely attached to our ceiling and warned us that it is at risk of falling. With an untrained eye, I would never have noticed this danger lurking right above my children’s heads. After he very professionally, educated us on the connection issues with the fan, he was able to prioritize that issue in front of our original plug call to maintain our family’s safety — The plug for our fireplace wall was a challenge because of its oddly shaped shiplap surface and extremely narrow internal wall. Matthew had all the confidence in the world to complete the job. His partner, Tyler, still learning, did a really good job following instruction, remaining attentive, polite and professional in our home. Both Matthew and Tyler were stand up guys with excellent heads on their shoulders. They both showed complete professionalism, timely arrival, efficiency, great work ethic, cleanliness and outstanding knowledge as they worked.. once again, we could not be happier with Amps And Volts. I called amps & volts on monday and was told that thursday was the earliest they could come out, but was called again later that day saying they would squeeze us in that same day.     My dads house needed a substantial upgrade as it was built in the early 60s. Kurt and his team were thorough and efficient and completed the massive job in just over a day. They cleaned up well and were friendly and explained everything simply for me. I plan to hire them for my house when needed in the future.

    Had electricians come out to fix my doorbell’s power supply. They were able to diagnose the issue and fix it by running new wire in the attic. They were able to explain the issue to me in a way I could understand and also pointed out a couple safety issues with other things they saw while in the home. I was working from my home office while they did the repairs and they were courteous and contentious about making noise.

    The electrician, Kevin, was amazing!! He was very professional and thorough.He arrived on time and went right to work finding the problem. He went over the pricing and there were no hidden charges or service fees. After fixing it he explained the problem in a understandable way so I knew exactly what happened and how he fixed it. If I ever have issues again, this is the first and only company Im calling! Thanks so much guys!!!

    I was able to schedule an appointment quickly. The team was helpful and conversational and got the job done well and quickly. They wore protective footwear indoors to keep from trailing snow indoors-which we really appreciated. I got an outlet added on to an existing power source for about $360.
