    We had a septic backup issue, reported it yesterday, and just had service today from Brandon. We have been using this company for years and are always impressed with their responsiveness and professionalism. Today was no exception. Brandon is a great representative for the company - knowledgeable, courteous, and professional. He diagnosed the problem, showed and explained it clearly, and the issue was resolved less than 24 hours after calling Rocket Rooter. These guys are first rate. Highly recommended!

    Absolutely awesome! Thats how I would explain Brandons septic service today. He was very professional about explaining what was going to be done and what he was going to check out. As I am very new at septic systems. I found his way of interacting very professional.It would appear that the sludge in the bottom of my septic tank was extremely thick. The previous owner must have never have done it even though I was told he did. Getting it maintenanced was on my radar but as life goes you tend to overlook things. When searching for septic tank cleaning services, I would definitely recommend getting this done more frequently. Ive been in this house for 5 years now. Brandon recommended every 3 to 5 years to have the septic tank pumped and cleaned.Additional notes for anyone who is shopping to have an affordable septic maintenance done, I would definitely recommend this company as reviews are extremely important on real experiences with real people. I tend to ignore the one star ratings as many people are just in a rant and in the heat of their emotions improperly give a company this rating.:⁠-⁠)

    Let’s face it - you never think about septic service until you need it, but when you need it, you REALLY need it. Late on a Sunday night, all hell broke loose at my house, the first time I’ve ever dealt with septic issues. I called Rocket a little after 7 am and they told me they would be at my house between noon and 2 PM. Around 10 AM, they roll up. I can’t tell you what fabulous service I had and they fixed the problem immediately. The price was surprisingly low as well but I probably would’ve paid most anything! Thank you, thank you, thank you. I really recommend this company very highly.

    Great service! Pipes were backing up and called them for a pump out. They sent Lionel who was the consummate professional and highly knowledgeable! Told him the house was only two years old and he said sounds like a clog and a pump out may not be needed. Sure enough when he put his camera down the blow out there was clog at the tank entrance. No need to dig up the yard! Thank you Lionel great job!

    This company was great!!! Everyone else said 2 weeks before they could come pump out our septic. Rocket Rooter came right out and the Technician, Blake, was the best.     Called Rocket rooter at approximately 10am 11/22/2022. Service truck showed up at approximately 3:00 that same day which I was very happy with I didnt expect them to come the same day. The technician Brandon was very professional and went above and beyond to help me out with the situation I was experiencing. I was just expecting him to pump out the tank but he noticed that the pipe from the house going to the tank was clogged so he went above and beyond and unclogged it for me. If he had not noticed that the pipe was clogged I would have had him pump it out spent the money and still would have had the problem with water backing up in my house. I would definitely recommend this company to anybody who needs to have septic work done.

Very well pleased with my resolution of a backed up septic system. Even had them come back and install a riser!     Doug did an amazing job!! We contacted him yesterday and he was here first thing this morning ... fixed a broken sewer line under the house, improved water pressure in the kitchen, repaired bathroom pipes, and did some other small fixes. He did it all in just a couple of hours and at a surprisingly affordable price! Doug will be coming back to install a hot water heater. We highly recommend him!!!

    My brother in law referred me to Rocket Rooter. I called and spoke to Doug. I needed a new replacement toilet installed. He came out that same afternoon and installed it in about an hour. He was friendly and answered my questions completely. HE LEFT NO MESS. I was pleased with his reasonable bill based on what I had found as the going rate on Google. He did a real good job.

    Arrived on time to do the job. Removed old pedistal sink and replaced with a sink/vanity we had purchased from Lowes. Discovered a faulty cold water side shut off valve and had to replace that as well. All completed in under 2 hours, including a second visit due to the leaking shut off valve discovered within 30 minutes after the install. $440 for the work, plus $210 parts supplied by me. My only complaint is for this price I would have been happier of he calked the wall/sink(he did offer,if I had the calk, which I did not). Overall, this company is reliable and professional.

    Our septic backed up on a Friday and we called a couple places. All of them said they could not be there until Monday so that would be an issue. When we called Rocket Rooter they had no problem coming out that afternoon which we were so grateful that they did. They did a great job pumping out the tanks and gave us a few tips to try to keep it from backing up again.

    Doug Belcher was here within a couple of hours of my Monday morning call. He went through every step of the process with me, citing possible problems and what we were looking for. He was very pleasant to work with and answered every question. Pricing was about what I was expecting and he even took a coupon I had neglected to give him beforehand.     We had a water leak next to our water heater and it seemed to come from behind the laundry room wall. I called the plumbing company that previous homeowner had used and they told me they could come ...but early next week ... so ... I crossed them out. Then I googled a same day service plumbing and called the first listed company but it went to voice mail so I looked at reviews average for same day service and Rocket Rooter had 4.8 out 5 so I called them and ... To my surprise a real person answered and told me they were available and would be in 1-2 hours bc they were finishing up another project. They showed up on time that morning, found the water pipe leaking in less than a minute, fixed it and I decided to replace the original (old water heater) to avoid a predictable problem in the near future. In summary, in the event of emergency or routine plumbing services they are my new go-to plumbing company bc of their prompt response and professionalism and I would highly recommend to neighbors and anyone else reading this review.

    My husband found some construction material in our shower drain. We were concerned with what might be in our septic tank, so we called Rocket Rooter to drain our tank. Within 3 hours, Brandon, a very pleasant and diligent worker, quickly started to work. The day was hot and muggy, but Brandon carefully shoveled and opened both the bulk tank and liquid tank. He replaced the tank lids tightly. He put the soil and turf nicely. He kindly answered our questions and thanked us for using Rocket Rooter. Leaving us totally pleased with his work.
