    Prime Plumbing is amazing! Every time I have called for myself or one of my real estate clients they have provided fast and excellent service.Alex was great to work with…he rearranged his schedule to come earlier than expected, gave me a very reasonable price and completed the work right then! We had a concrete pour show up early and realized we needed to add a hose bib BEFORE they poured the concrete or it would have been been too late to add one after that.I always recommend Prime Plumbing!!

    Very good company to work with! They are professional and stand by their quotes. Have already recommend them to several people. Was very comfortable with the installers Brandon and Michael they went above and beyond and I was comfortable having them on my property. Ben the supervisor was good with the communication on where everything was as far as permits and scheduling to get my septic field in and working.     Tom was amazing! He found the septic tank within minutes. I didn’t know where it was located at, since I’m a new home owner of the property.     I have used prime 3 times and have been more than happy. Terrance came out today and walked me through everything he was going to do. He continually told me that if I had any questions he would stop and explain what and why he was doing. The service was professional, friendly and top notch.     Our sewer alarm went off the Sunday morning before Christmas and we were in a pinch to get it fixed right away. We called several other services first and had no reponse and then called Prime. Instead of having to leave a message we were connected to a person who took down all of our information and told us they’d have someone reach out to us shortly. The dispatcher called us right away to diagnose what the problem was so he could determine who he needed to send out. It ended up that we needed a plumber and Shane came to our rescue! He called to let us know he was on the way and what time to expect him. Once he got to our house, he took a look at everything and then made sure we understood what he thought was wrong and how he was going to fix it. All the costs were thoroughly explained so there were no surprises. He did a great job and fixed everything for us. Shane did an excellent job taking care of everything and making sure it was done right! We’d recommend Prime Plumbing to anyone! Thank you for all of your help!

    Installed and maintains my water softener system. Fair pricing and friendly service. Recently, the system wouldnt stop flushing and they came out and fixed it promptly. They even include photos of the work done with the invoice, which is good transparency and useful for my records.

    I had a hot water leak beneath the concrete slab in my laundry room, which caused the heating element to burn out on my water heater in the garage. I called Prime Plumbing because of all their positive reviews online and was very satisfied with the outcome. I decided to replace the water heater with a tankless water heater after having the leaking pipe repaired under the slab. Jimmy and his sidekick Justin did a fantastic job. They are very personable and polite and they completed the job within the expected timeframe. Jimmy took plenty of time to make sure I understood the operation of the new unit before he left. Jordan was an invaluable assistant and cleaned up the jobsite nicely before leaving. I will definitely call Prime Plumbing again for future projects or repairs.

    I called Prime Plumbing at 7:30 in the morning due to a water line leak/break. Ben came out and not only fixed the pipe, but repaired it better than how it started when it was first installed 20-some years ago. He answered all my questions (even my dumb ones), and explained everything he did to do the repair. He knows his stuff! I will definitely use Prime Plumbing in the future. Pricing was excellent and fair (in my opinion), and I love the fact that the invoice had a breakdown of everything from the labor to the parts (like the PVC pieces used and how many.) I’m so glad I found Prime Plumbing!

    This company is incredible!!!!! On September 26th 2024, the day of Hurricane Helena we had to have an emergency tank pump out. Katie in the office was super helpful and got us in contact with Otis. He showed up within 2 hours of our call and was able to get us back up and running before the storm hit.     Outstanding work from phone scheduling, availability of days and service quality.I needed a shampoo bowl installed in my home salon. I called for a quote Monday afternoon and got Danny first thing in the morning on Tuesday. He explained everything to detail so I went ahead and payed for the service to get it done. Danny came back on time Wednesday morning and performed an excellent job. It took him about 4 hours and left everything looking beautiful, secured and clean.*Fyi. Prime Plumbing Inc. is not the cheapest option but they definitely have The Best quality of work. I got what I wanted, which is Quality and a well Trained and knowledgeable technician.     I was an after-hours job, so the technician, Tarrance, didnt arrive until around 8:30 pm and didnt leave until after ten. He had to be exhausted, especially after working all day and then driving up from Umatilla, but you couldnt tell. He was unfailingly polite, patient and professional. He was careful to answer all my questions, lay out what the issue was and how he was going to resolve it, and then he did a GREAT job. I was so pleased, especially with how quickly he worked, and then unlike alot of contractors, he left the work area pristine. Ill definitely call this company again.

    We originally called them after finding water in the ceiling of our laundry room and luckily it wasn’t anything major. Overall this is me of the best companies we’ve hired and our plumber Jimmy was great. While he was as there I asked about replacing our kitchen faucet and a toilet in our spare bathroom. He was able to quickly pull up different selections and give me a quote on the spot. We went ahead and scheduled them and like clock work they came when they said they would and provided updates on their arrival time. The work itself was done quickly and with the hugest level of professionalism. I hugely recommend them for all your plumbing needs. They also do water softeners and filtration systems. We’re planning to get a softener in the not too distant future.

    We highly recommend Prime Plumbing. We had a leak on a Saturday and Sean responded and was at our house within an hour. He fixed a pipe that was initially installed incorrectly. He went above and beyond and even had to go to Lowe’s to get the correct material he needed. We would have been without water all weekend but Sean saved the day. We will definitely use them again!

    Called Prime Plumbing to get an appointment, was set up quickly for the next morning. Alex called to let us know he was on his way and his ETA. He introduced himself and listened to our input on what was happening. He took his time to listen. He found the outtake of our septic and showed us what the problem was. He asked if he could set up a time for a pump out. We appreciated his recommendations. The next morning I received a call from Tom saying he was on his way and what his ETA was. Tom came to our home, and he was top notch. He was very thorough with his pump of our septic system, scraping the sides and making sure it was pumped thoroughly. He was also VERY informative. We appreciate his hard work and recommendations. These men do a job that is not necessarily nice to the nose, but they dont show it. Great work and very professional.

    Had a major leak on the main pipe going in to the house. Called Prime Plumbing. Within a few hours they sent Nick M. He evaluated the situation, explained how he could fix it and gave us a very reasonable price. He was friendly and knowledgeable ( has over 20 years of experience). He successfully fixed the leak by replacing the broken pipe with a much stronger piece. Everything was finished in less than two hours. We will definitely use Prime Plumbing and Nick if we ever have another leak and definitely when we get our hot water heater replaced!

    Shelby arrived to diagnose our plumbing issue and it only took him five minutes to discover the problem under the slab of the house. He gave us a few options and explained them thoroughly. He also determined our septic was in need of a pump out so another technician was called out for that service. Even though the second technician was an hour away, and Shelby’s service could not be performed until after the pump out, he stayed and waited. Tom did a great job pumping out our septic system. He explained everything very well and did a very thorough job including cleaning the filter and adjusting the angle of the pipe leading to the drain field. Shelby also did a thorough job with cleaning out all the pipes and made sure everything was functioning properly before leaving. We feel both men were very was professional and courteous and we feel they were both conscientious about their work. This was out first encounter with a plumbing company for something other than a septic pump out and would recommend these men and Prime Plumbing.

    Great service. Was able to come out the next day after I called. Had a loss of pressure and hot water and wasn’t sure what the problem was. Sean was able to diagnose the problem and showed me some preventative maintenance I can do on my own. My water heater is old and he gave me a quote for a new one but did not pressure me any further on the matter. They are a little expensive but you get what you pay for and they are very transparent on their prices.

    We thought we had a plumbing leak, so I Google searched plumbing companies in my area and found Prime Plumbing. I’m so glad I chose them. Their customer service is excellent and everyone Ive spoken to is very friendly and helpful. It was very easy to schedule an appointment and obtain service. I was updated with text messages regarding appointment reminders and when the technician, Alex, was on the way. Even included a photo of him. Alex came out the next day (after scheduling), found our leak, and explained the issue to us (a leaking faucet on the garden tub). He showed us exactly what was going on and where the water was pooling near a wall. He also told us exactly what type of faucet mount we needed to replace it with, so we quickly ordered it and once received, he came right back out to replace it. No more leak! He was VERY professional, knowledgeable, and super friendly and accommodating. We really enjoyed talking with him. Once done, he cleaned up all the mess and left everything as it had it been. The job was a bit but pricey it was well worth it. I would highly recommend this company based on my experience!

    Just purchased a new home in the Tavares area and chose Prime Plumbing Inc to come out and perform an inspection on my water heater. Danny, the technician that came out was very professional and courteous. He recommended a water heater replacement as my current heater was over 30 yrs old and it had been leaking causing floor damage in my master bathroom. When he pulled the old heater out he informed us every step of the way on the damage that had occurred. He recommended the wood sub floor be rebuild and he did just that! We were so impressed we also had him replace the main shut off to the home as he found our existing was also leaking. Overall a very professional company, I will refer them to anybody who asks and defiantly use them in the future.

    I wanted to have my septic pumped because it was a couple of years and I didn’t want to wait for a problem to occur. Being a septic owner for many years, I know that maintenance is crucial to proper operation. I called another company. Two men came to my home. My home was built in 1975 so the septic tank was a little deeper than the ones of today. As soon as they seen that the septic tank was further down they made no effort to dig. They told me they were going to have to come back with an excavator to dig to get to the septic tank. I called Prime Plumbing to see what they had to say. Tracy B. came out and was digging by himself manually to get to the tank with no complaints. He then cleaned out the septic. I asked him what can be done to solve this digging issue. He said a new lid with risers would solve the problem. I told him to install it and he was able to do the job right then and there. I highly recommend Prime Plumbing and Tracy B. for their efficient service.

    Ben with Prime Plumbing is AMAZING!!!! He was punctual, kind, extremely educated and helped us learn a lot about our septic and drain field. If anyone is having septic or drain field issues prime plumbing is the way to go! With prime plumbing I do not have a worry in the world about my septic anymore!     My hot water heater failed due to old age and leaked in the laundry area of my garage. Prime Plumbing came out immediately and replaced it with a new one. Technician/Plumber Sean T. did excellent work all around in getting me where I was supposed to be. The old water heater was custom-made for this house, so it required some expertise in figuring out how to remove it. He stopped the leaking right away and had the replacement to the garage the same day. The next day it was fully installed and is now running fine. He also called a service that takes care of water damage to walls. I contracted with the service and the walls that were affected are dried out now. I appreciate all of the good work done by Sean T. and everyone. Thanks.

    This plumbing company really is 24/7 no matter what! Quick. Efficient. Reasonable. A plumber for a lifetime not just a day!On Easter Sunday, my sewer backed up and I needed a plumber. I was told someone was on the way as soon as possible. Not long after, Ray came and saw the main sewer line was blocked. He found roots were the culprit. He clearly explained everything price wise and told me what to expect next visit. On the following Wednesday, I called to have them to come scope what was happening when my sewer backed up again and they even came early. Ray and Cody investigated the line with a camera and saw a large root bulb that they could not get passed. I needed my pipes removed one way or another so I told them to proceed investigating. They dug up the ground around the clean out and found Orangeburg pipes. They promptly removed the old pipes and replaced them with PVC. I am so happy they could help me the same day! Everyone was so respectful and informative. The job was done very quickly and responsibly. They worked with me and we solved a major issue! Thank you so much!

    Tech Zach B was very knowledgeable and kind. Arrived on time and was not in a rush when working with me and my lack of knowledge within the plumbing department . He welcomed tons of questions and left no questions unanswered. Came for a water test and from there, he quoted 3 toilets replacements (and explained the work and what he would advise), checked my hot water heater and quoted an replacement and a upgrade replacement and cleaned my septic filter and ensured that the septic was operating properly.     Alex came to Deltona today to do some work on our old house. It needs much attention. He did a great job.     We have used Prime Plumbing for years. Recently we discovered we needed a new drainfield. I contacted the office and Frank, dispatcher immediately sent a truck to our home to assess our problems. Ben followed up and made an appointment to meet with us. Ben spelled out everything so that we understood how/what needed to be done.     Nick was great and did a very professional job and cleaned up after himself. He was very personable and knowledgeable about his job. The only complaint I have is the cost of the service which I think was quite High at $ 575 to snake out my line from the house to where it was plugged. I dont blame Nick for that as Im sure he does not make the prices. He did a great job and I would highly recommend him to help you with plumbing needs.

    To the ownerI wasted $65 for Alex and Shawn to tell me that to replace $45-60 of toilet parts was over $400 which made me send him away with nothing but the dispatch fee. $300 for an hour or so of labor is more than l pay my attorney. I expected it to cost in the neighborhood of $250 which is still high but expected. Ill be getting a quote from another plumber or buying my own parts and doing the work myself. Its a shame since I like the quality of service Alex has provided and would like to continue to use you but not at these prices.Jim
