OC Grab Bars did a great job installing the grab bars in our shower and by our toilet. I had no idea who would be the best company to install them. A quick search on Yelp gave me the top 10 and they were no. 1. I called on a Tueday and they were able to work with my schedule and install by Friday. Timing was critical due to my wife’s hip injury on Monday, who was then rushed by ambulance to the hospital, and needed these bars installed by Friday when she was scheduled to be released. Special thanks to Joey (owner) and to Jordan who installed the bars.

Joey with OC Grab Bars provided my dad and I with the best customer service. Prior to the installation of the grab bars, Joey provided my dad with recommendations regarding the placement of the grab bars which was very helpful. While installing the new grab bars, he noticed a previously installed grab bar that I had installed that was starting to come loose. He went ahead and replaced the bar at no additional cost. He said that he did not want my dad to be accidentally injured in the event that the other grab bar came loose. He is very caring and treats his customers like they are family. I highly recommend this company for the any grab bar needs. Thank you Joey!!!!

Joey, of OC Grab Bars, was terrific. I sent him a picture, he texted what he thought would be good, I agreed and we set an appointment. On the appointment day, Joey called to let me know he was on schedule and would be there in one hour. I took my dog out front a couple of minutes before and Joey pulled up at the appointment time. He laid it out where he thought it would work best, I agreed and he went to work. Joey knows his business! He is courteous, professional, friendly, and gets the job done in a reasonable amount of time. The area was spotless when he left and we couldn’t be happier! Great guy! My husband fell and broke his hip, had surgery, and completed rehab. He is coming home tomorrow so we needed to make our condo as safe as possible. One of the recommended safety items is grab bars in and next to the bath tub/shower.
