We love our new pergola in our backyard. Its beautiful and beautifully built. Love that its metal but looks like wood. No maintenance. Ron was very knowledgeable and answered any questions we had. He was great to work with as were all the staff.

Westerner Products built us a beautiful carport last year so we hired them to make a pergola. The pergola project did not go as planned but the owners of the business read my original post and contacted me right away to assure me that they would do whatever it took to give me the pergola I wanted - and they did. I could tell that they were completely invested in my satisfaction with the finished product. I suspect that they probably only broke even on the price, after furnishing new materials and the extra hours that their crew needed to finish up.The pergola looks great and I would like to add that owners, crew and salesman have been so nice.

Westerner Products put a roof on our 2nd floor porch and screened in the area. The staff is very easy to work with, and was excellent in keeping up up to date with the status of the project - which was started at the time they gave us when we hired them. It was a challenging job, but their crew was excellent. They clarified every item with us as the install went along. The screens have has some serious tests with the recent storms and are holding up well. We talked to some other companies, but Westerners Products price was more than fair, and having their operation in Tucson was a huge plus. We are extremely happy with the work and their work relationship in the project.

We love our new patio awning. The service was great and the product is wonderful. No maintenance, no painting, no wood rot, and provides us with additional, much needed shade. You cant go wrong with Westerner Products.

They did a great job on my new awning when I needed it replaced after a bad storm. And while working on that they noticed roof damage that I never would have know was there and they set me up to get that fixed too and it a timely manner. Will use them again if needed.

The product is awesome and very attractive. We have it over four of our patios. Frank installed the product and was most amazing. He was prompt, worked efficiently despite the 100+ temperatures, thorough, and exceptionally neat. He had to move some of the potted plants to access the work area and returned them before leaving. Ron, the estimator, was to provide 3 options but said if my husband was not interested in #3 to let him know so he wouldnt have to do it. Option #3 is the one we would have chosen but only received two and these necessitated a phone call to get it. Customer service and public relations is not his strong area. I do recommend the product and Frank. I recommend the company if you can work around Ron.

I love my metal roof, gutters, metal fascia and carport all installed by Westerner Products I have always dealt with Keith at Westerner. Hes very helpful and this is a great company. I would recommend them highly.

I am thrilled with the final product and you should absolutely call Westerner if you have an issue they can help with.

As a truck driver Ive frequently delivered here. Its always been easy to get in to and out of regardless of the time of day. The employees have always been polite, eager and helpfull. It sure looks and feels to me that Westerner has their act together and most likely aspires to being the best at what they do. How else could it be that they obviously enjoy what theyre doing - they must be very good at it.

Professionals from top to bottom! The awning over our car port and Arizona room blew off in a micro burst 3 weeks ago, leaving us very vulnerable to rain. Westerner was out the next day doing an emergency secure - thanks Geoff! Estimator Troy expedited a thorough repair estimate, and Westerner installed the replacement just in time before another thunderstorm came slamming through. (Yes, there can be thunderstorms in May in Tucson!) The crew worked very hard, was very professional and easy to communicate with, showed up on time, and cleaned up every night. Thanks Geoff, Emilio, two Xaviers, and field supervisor Randy!

I love this place. Aside from the fact that I work there😌😝. Its a great place to find nice shaded lattices for your patio or back yard. Nice screen rooms or wpan awnings. We also do roof jobs. If any of these household perks interest you then come on by😃👍
