Hired west coast to repair and re seal the 104 year old rialto theatre. Their team; Kyle, Jake, JJ and Malcom went above and beyond. They found all the water leaks, including leaks we were unaware of. Their team was externally professional, kept a clean job site, worked around the theatre odd schedule. I will use them for all future projects. Highly recommend them for large scale commercial project’s.

This is a very professional business through and through. The first person I dealt with was Michael, who was so friendly and attentive to my roof problem. After taking photos of the area he had the reasonable estimate sent the same day online. I went to their office and had dealings with both Rose at the front desk and Jeanne. Both were very friendly and helpful. My roofers were Nicholas and Porchas. They arrived on time and introduced themselves and went right to work on my roof repair. Both were very nice and did a thorough job. Comparably, my roof repair was a small job, but everyone I dealt with in this company made me feel like an important customer. Weve had a troublesome roof. I first used WCR almost 11-12 years ago. Ive asked them back many times, both to fix their misses on the first try and to redo when required. I most recently needed a recoating, and I chose to replace some deteriorating clerestories with modern skylights. There were some issues with the skylights, and WCR worked to resolve those to our satisfaction. Furthermore, we asked them for other minor cleanup details, which they worked to do again to our satisfaction. The owner in particular was and has been extremely responsive, often showing up himself to do the required task. I highly recomend WCR for any roofing needs.

My experience with West Coast roofing was a referral from somebody else in the park where I live had them replace their roof. They were professional, did a double wide mobile home in one day. This is the first time in years I’ve actually heard the rain go into my gutter and come out not all over the sides of my walls. Andy and Cassie were wonderful to work with. Cassie was able to give me two months to pay my bill in full. Andy answered all my telephone calls answered all the questions I have had about the new roof and the taking out of the skylights. Our experience with West Coast Roofing was very good. The salesman, Omar was extremely courteous and is good with follow through. When I need him, Omar is there. The work was done in a timely manner, and the workers did a good job of cleaning up. One of our street lamps was broken during the job, and West Coast fixed it right away, no questions asked. The only thing holding me back from giving them a 5 Star rating is their customer service after completion. I have had two leaks on two different occasions. On Mothers Day we had rain and unfortunately had two spots that developed leaks. I had to place three calls, and only Omar responded to me, and yes he did get the leaks addressed and repaired promptly. Now two months later, there was a monsoon and again I developed two leaks and I have placed two calls to West Coast and I have not received a call. It as been three months since we had our roof installed, thus our warrantee is valid, they should be contacting us. I do not feel I need to contact my salesman to get repairs on my roof. It disturbs me not to be able to rate my salesman, and workers better for the slackness of customer service.

Some of our roof tiles had fallen off due to the recent monsoons and we had called West Coast Roofing to do an inspection. From the customer service rep who took my call, to James who did the inspection, and to the crew that did the repair, they all were very professional and did a wonderful job. James explained everything to me in detail, and may I say twice, so I understood what work needed to be done. They even found another area on my roof where the tiles were about to fall off that I hadn’t noticed, and was glad got taken care to prevent future possible damage. When I received the estimate, it was complete with pictures, and a detailed description of what needed to be done. I highly recommend this company!

I was told that the metal trim was a minimum of 50 foot and because it only needed 1/2 of that I would get the other 1/2 to save, when the men came 9/12/24 they brought enough for the job but no extra. As part of our negotiation for our recently completed home purchase, we used West Coast Roofing to perform some significant repair and maintenance on the built up roof of our (new to us) 1968 home. They power washed, corrected improper patches, removed an old evaporative cooler (Significant repairs required at that location as there was standing water under that old unit), lifted and carefully sealed under all support blocks for existing gas supply lines, and electrical conduit to the HVAC unit. They finished with 2 complete coats of fresh rubberized roof coating material. Top notch workmanship, neat and clean. The crew was very professional, and I have complete confidence that I will not have any issues during the 3 years for which they have covered their work as a warranty. Will absolutely use this company again !

Let me start by saying I don’t do many reviews but man the individuals that represent this company are amazing! I was redoing my own roof when I saw four men repainting the neighbors. I was curious to if I was doing it correct since I’m new to Arizona and this style of roofing. I asked the guys “do you have to pressure wash the roof after scraping it or can I just sweep it”? Without hesitation the crew asked do you mind if I take a look. So they finished up what they were doing and gave me tips and advice on how to redo my roof. I was unaware of a few things and they brought them to my attention! Without their advice I’d probably be redoing my roof again next year! Although I didn’t use the company Nicolas, Andy, José, and Porchas gave me great advice and showed me the way of they are any indication of how this company operates. I can whole heartily say I 100% recommended this company and I will be going through them down the road if I need my roof or future roofs done! Installers arrived at dawn and completed the shingle removal and replacement (approximately 800sqft) in less than 8 hours. I would recommend this company to anyone who needs a simple shingle replacement quickly.

Nicholas and Porchas were sent to our home to do some leak repairs on our patio roof, as well as realignment of ridge tiles. That part of the project was done quickly and looked great. The new part of the project was to replace a fascia board that showed some rot. Unfortunately, that board was not the only problem! As the fascia board was removed, the guys noted additional rot on the edge of the plywood roofing sheet. They had to come back to fix the problem before they could install the new fascia board. The finished product looked great.All work was done very neatly, and all debris was removed.We thank you for your work, and highly recommend the guys and West Coast Roofing .

Ive had great interaction with West Coast Roofing over the past 60 days. I asked for and received two quotes for two different projects. I moved forward with the smaller project first and have had the pleasure of working with Andy for the quote, Cassie for scheduling and despite having a pretty wet few weeks, both Nicholas and Porchas managed to get the small job done three days earlier than origionally planned. They came on time, did a great job and communicated with me before and after. All other interactions were positive and helpful.As a small business owner myself, I am asked for referrals all the time, and would not hesitate to add them to the list.

West Coast Roofing was awesome. Andy showed up quickly and gave me a free estimate. He was honest in his assessment, unlike the other company that I had come out to give a quote, and he said that I actually have a few years left before I need a new roof. The other company said I needed it asap, and it’s obvious they were just trying to get my money. West coast roofing fixed a hanging tile during the estimate visit, for free! I then had them come out and replace the rest of the broken and loose tiles, for an insanely reasonable cost. Because of the honesty and integrity of west coast roofing, they will absolutely be the company that I have come redo my roof in a few years, when it is needed. Thanks to Andy and the whole team!
