Jared worked with me with 100% of the roofing products I spec’d out on my project. From specific nails, to ice and water to specific underlayment. Jared didn’t question me on any of my decisions and worked with me. No exposed fasteners on any of the pipe vent boots, brand new step flashing everywhere, copper step flashing and copper nails all around the copper chimney flashing. Jared truly went above and beyond on the craftsmanship. His team did an amazing job with the copper work around the chimney.

My experience with Allabaugh Construction was outstanding. I called regarding a new roof and gutters around the house. Jared was able to provide me with a quote the same day! The quote was exceptionally detailed, professional, and written so I could easily understand it. We reviewed the quote together, and he answered all of my questions and concerns with his honest feedback. My husband and I decided to hire Allabaugh Construction for both the roof and gutter replacement. Jared scheduled both projects for a week and a half later (mainly because there was snow and rain in the forecast - but still impressively fast). On the day of the installation, Jared’s team was on time and provided us with picture updates from start to finish of the roof replacement. The second day was the installation of the gutters. Again, the team arrived on time and worked until the job was done. I highly recommend Allabaugh if you’re looking for professional and reliable services with honest opinions. This was my first time getting a new roof on a home and wanted to leave this review. Every step of the process was much faster than I expected, from getting the quote, to scheduling, to doing the actual work (roof & cleanup done before lunch!). Jared answered all my questions in an easy to understand way and taught me a lot. A quote comes with 3 options at different prices with some optional add-ons. I personally had trouble using the online pay service but they were very flexible and able to adjust. I couldnt recommend anyone else more!

While providing the quote, Jared also showed us the drone photos and was thorough with his explanation. Id give more than 5 stars if I could! What a great experience. I contacted Jared about getting an estimate for a roof replacement. Within two and a half hours Jared had been to our house and provided us with a detailed quote including drone photos of our roof from that day, 3 pricing options as well as options for paying outright or financing. Jared and Cathy both called to see if we any questions or concerns and Cathy walked me through the quote explaining everything. We had our new roof installed 13 days later! Let me start by saying that if you are reading this and you are in the NJ/PA area you must give Allabaugh Construction a call when getting a roof estimate.Jared answered my call immediately and stopped by as quickly as his schedule allowed. His inspection is thorough and not rushed. You will receive the most detailed/professional quote with a scope of work as discussed, inspection findings, along with accurate measurements (using satellite imagery) and optional upgrades.I have an older home with poor ventilation, a dated roof, dormers, soffits, and gutters. For my particular case I knew I wanted one contractor who could handle the project.Jared was able to walk around my home, send me a link where I was able to view a 3D version of my home. This allows you to click different color shingles, siding on dormers, fascia, gutters, shutters, etc, giving you endless color options prior to selection. This might have been the longest step in a great experience since so many color combos were hard to pick from.The pricing for this job was very competitive and with the complexity of the work extremely fair. Do you want the cheapest roofer on such an important part of you home/investment? You want to hire someone who is using quality materials, a craftsman, and has the experience and knowledge in the trade.Jareds communication and updates to schedule is second to none. He was on the job site for each step of the project. His work crew are professional and punctual. With an older home, minor/unforeseen issues popped up. We hired Allabaugh Construction to do a roof inspection on a circa 1850 townhouse we were buying. They came to the property in short order and performed a detailed inspection, providing photos and explanations of the damaged roof. With the inspection report and repair quote in hand, we were able to negotiate a large credit from the seller. Brian and Jerrod worked with me to supply documents to our title and mortgage companies to ensure our family could move into the home with a new roof installed. The Allabaugh team removed the old roof, which had been maintained cheaply and haphazardly over the years, and replaced it all in one day.I feel there was a lot of attention paid to detail and pride taken in the quality of work and materials used. Brian was in frequent contact with me on the day of installation, providing updates and photos. I have nothing but good things to say about the experience and feel I made a great choice of contractor for my first home-buying and home repair project! I used these guys for a roofing repair at my rental property in Galloway.Here is a major pro for using them: flat rate pricing for repairs. I got a quote from another company for more than double what Allabaugh charged. The first repair didnt fix it, but they came back for half the flat rate price to make it right and did. Still ended up a few hundred below the other companies initial quote.Flat rate is huge: other companies will take advantage if you let them. Most roofing repairs are a few shingles, maybe a piece of plywood, some glue, few nails aka maybe $100/$150 worth of materials and two guys for 2/3 hours....is that worth 2/3k?And of course many of the bigger companies wont even do repairs, they just want to sell you a new 15/20k roof.Anyway, Jared the owner was great to deal with. Check them out.

I would recommend Allabaugh Construction, anytime. Allabaugh Construction helped me out. The roof on my house was in bad shape due to the hurricane and it had to be replaced. I called Allabaugh Construction and within an hour or two I had a quote from Brian. The quotes were for good, better, best with a very good explanation between each. I went in the middle. I thought the quote was fair and had Brian put me in the book.... The roof on the house is so steep and with dormers that a mountain goat would need a harness to climb on them. You get dizzy just from looking at the roof from the ground. The Allabaugh Team had all of the proper equipment for working on such a roof and has an experienced crew of roofers that did the job safely and according to Code. The Team did an amazing job! The roof looks GREAT!!

He called me and photo documented EVERYTHING! The people at this company are punctual, reliable, and really great to work with. A recent storm had blown a piece on siding off our house pretty far up near the front door. I called Jared on a Thursday and he had us on the schedule and repaired two days later. He also did a walk around inspection of our house and noticed that a few additional pieces under the eaves of our roof were out of place. These areas were also two stories up and not easy to get to. Jared and his coworker brought their ladder out back and climbed up to put the pieces back in place at no additional charge. Frankly it wasn’t anything that they had to do but they were very thorough and I am frankly impressed with their work ethic. They wanted to make sure that problems were corrected even though it wasn’t something that I had originally called them for. I plan on contacting them again for any future roofing needs because I feel that I can trust them to do the right thing and just go above and beyond for the people who are entrusting their homes to their care.

Apologies in advance for a long review, but these guys deserve it.Let me start by saying how happy I am with Allabaughs service and with the final result - I have received many compliments on the new roof from neighbors.The saga begins with my kids coming home and noticing a 4x6 section of shingles had lifted off the roof. I called my insurance company to file a claim and scheduled appointments for estimates with several contractors including Allabaugh.Allabaugh arrived promptly and took a bunch of pictures of the roof with a drone and discovered much more damage than the other contractors or the insurance adjust found.Once Allabaugh learned who my insurance company is (I will leave their name out of this review - just know that my experience with them was truly terrible), they advised that I should go on line and learn about how the insurance claim process works (or doesnt) especially with my insurer. In addition, they provided invaluable advice in helping to develop a strategy to work with my insurer.In the end, the insurer went from wanting to pay $900 to repair the roof to wanting to pay $1800 to repair the roof to paying $20,000 to replace the roof. The advice Allabaugh provided was instrumental in achieving this outcome.On the day of the scheduled replacement, they showed up, on time with a small army of roofers and, in-short, replaced the roof in a single day while making sure the property was fully protected and doing a great job of making sure everything was cleaned up at the end of the day.There was an issue with the gutters / gutter guards that were previously installed. We are not quite sure what happened, but water was getting behind the gutters. Allabaugh came out twice to remedy the issue without further charge.Allabaugh turned what could have been a terrible situation into a great outcome. Thank you to Jerod and the entire team. You guys are the best!

As a homeowner searching for a contractor can be a daunting task. I began my search and as usual from some contractors I never got a return call. From others I was given dates so far into the future I would have to prolong the time needed to get the projects completed. .What, in my opinion, set Allabaugh above the others was:1. Follow-up to my initial projects request. A return call was received within hours of my inquiry call2. Never lost contact with me and allowed me to continue to get competing estimates3. Jared, Cathy, and all the guys were wonderful to work with- they came out to give a timely quote and worked up several options to complete our job. They were really responsive to all my anxious home owner questions and walked us through every step. Jared was on site everyday and they left my house very tidied up every day, which i really appreciated because we have dogs i still neded to put out in the yard. We had our roof and siding replaced, and honestly, it looks like i am driving up to a brand new house everyday and i am so glad we came to this company for this job.

Strongly recommend using Allabaugh if you have a roofing need in the area! We were in need of getting our roof repaired/replaced due to some storm damage and reach out to a few roofing contractors. Jared and his team were immediately responsive and were able to give a quote the same day. With the pricing being as competitive as it was, we ended up just going ahead with getting the roof replaced. While on-site, Jared also ran a quick drone up to inspect the roof that we had on another building with a write-up and images for us too. Very happy with Allabaugh Roofing and will be looking to use them again for our upcoming siding replacement.

We would like to thank Jared, Brian and the Allabaugh crew for a marvelous job replacing our 26 yr old roof. I was in the process of getting estimates for our shingle removal and replacement project, when I noticed our neighbor had the same idea. I was able to get Jareds number and company info from our neighbors job sight. After speaking with Jared on the phone, we scheduled a time to meet at the house and review the roofing projects we wanted to accomplish. Jared was quick to respond to my call and met me at our house, made excellent suggestions, gave us several options, and supplied an extensive/detailed quote via email within a short period of time. After comparing 3 additional bids, we accepted Allabaugh Constructions bid and were very pleased with the price, quality of work/materials, and cleanup. They were very timely, efficient, and completed our roof in one day. After discussing a minor misunderstanding with Jared after completion of the job, he honored the verbal and written contract. Allabaugh crew arrived about 4 hours after my call to place a temporary fix on my wind-damaged roof, then quickly followed up with a very fair roof replacement estimate. Roof was replaced with speed by a very polite and hard working crew; they did a beautiful job and put a lot of care into cleaning up after the job was done. Not a scrap of old shingling or a loose nail was left behind. I recently utilized Allabaugh construction for a roof replacement and chimney flashing replacement. Jared and his crew run a professional an impressive operation.While trying to find a roofer in my area, I called a few businesses and could not get anyone to come and measure for an estimate. I received one or two possible verbal quotes since I had square footage estimate from my insurance company. After posting for assistance on a Facebook group, Allabaugh construction immediately replied, and an appointment was scheduled promptly for an estimate. Allabaugh quote was unbelievably priced with no inflated costs.After all the crazy cold weather subsided we finally decided on a date for roof repair, and it was completed in one day, without any interruption. I was still able to work a full day from home without issue. I was in the process of purchasing a home when I felt my home inspector did not do a good job with the roof inspection. I called Jared who arrived the next day to inspect the roof. He found that the plywood was delaminated and the roof had terrible ventilation which caused this. Thanks to Jared I got a credit for the entire roof. When they came to put it up, it was only quality work and materials. That arrived at 7am and finished cleaning up at 230 pm. When its time to get my deck done, Ill be calling Jared again.

In a business where, despite the enormity of costs to replace a roof, its near impossible to get prospective companies to call me back - Allabaugh is a breath of fresh air. Throughout the whole process, they promptly answered my (many, many, MANY) questions, provided details, and talked me through various options until I was satisfied. If I had a question or sent an email, it was followed up within the day, if not within the hour.One of the most impressive things about Allabaugh is their attention to detail - their clean up crew, protective methods, and workmanship definitely makes Allabaugh stand out. What caught my eye when walking past another job, was ultimately what sold us on their company; standard practices for them included a thorough metal sweep of the yard after completing the project, draping over windows and garden beds to avoid damage, moving our patio furniture/grill for protection, and using portable raised dump truck to catch debris (instead of tossing most to the ground). With a very inquisitive toddler on our hands, these practices were worth more than I can say.The quality of product that Allabaugh delivers is unrivaled as well - I reached out to 4 other roofing companies and received all the same information with standard GAF roofing tiles. Allabaugh offers higher end quality products at the same cost - we had 3 roofing tile manufacturers to choose from (including the GAF product line), which was another win. In addition to roof replacement, we were doing some fascia work - something that I truly had zero idea about - but thankfully Allabaugh answered my endless questions here, too (and so glad they did, it looks fantastic!)They kept us informed throughout the process (due to our additional fascia job, it was 2 days of work) and had a project manager stationed on the property to make sure coast was clear if we needed to leave/return from the house safely. From the onset, it felt like working with a company that values customer service - and in this industry especially that stands out. 10/10 - Highly recommend Allabaugh for all your roofing needs.
