I retained Top Line to wire our home with in-wall network cabling. They helped me plan out the wiring, found good solutions to tricky areas, did the work on time, and did it well. The cost lined up with the original estimate. I couldnt ask for more than what they did on this job!

I had a 17K briggs generator that I had purchased on my own and I was calling around trying to find somebody to install it including my automatic transfer switch. Stephen came out to my house and was willing to give his expertise regarding my particular situation. Admittedly, I was very specific about how I wanted installed, they were more than accommodating and gave me a quote that was significantly lower than three others that I received. They were extremely flexible on a day that worked for me.The tech that they sent out was extremely knowledgeable and did quality work. Despite needing to come back the next morning, it was commendable that they were professional enough that they were willing to do it right over two days rather than slopped together in one day.Everything works perfectly and I could not be happier with the service. Would recommend to anybody searching and will certainly use again in the future.

I called at 4:56 PM, desperate for someone to help figure out why we lost power to our well pump. The manager took my call on his personal phone and lined up an electrician to come out. It is now 6:05 PM and Josh has been to our house, able to troubleshoot the issue, and complete the work. Talk about AMAZING! I will definitely use this team for any future needs.

Just arrived at Interlochen State Park for a 10 day vacation. Got all set up an lost power. Husband and park ranger troubleshot the obvious reasons... to no avail.Called TopLine and they said theyd be willing to take a look. They said theyd send someone within the hour. About 30 minutes later, a very polite young man arrived and within 20 minutes had fixed the problem. Whew! Life saver! Thank you , thank you , thank you !! From my first call to Top Line to the finished service call, the courtesy, service, and efficiency displayed by everyone I dealt with was exceptional. Not only was I given the option to have an immediate response, but informed it would incur overtime charges, or waiting until Monday, the final bill was far less than the worst case scenario estimate I was given. During the repair, my options were clearly explained to me and it was completed much more quickly that I expected. I would not hesitate to recommend Top Line Electric to anyone in need of any sort of electrical service.
