    I was very pleased with the young man that came last Saturday. He was very polite and worked hard to try to solve my problem, until he found out the problem was in the County line. I understand I had to pay $682.00 to Rotor-Rooter, but I am a senior citizen and of course I charged it and will hurt me financially. If there is any way I could get a break on the charge, I would greatly appreciate it.

He explained the problem I had with my kitchen sink very comprehensively, disclosed the options that I have for the problem solution and offered his professional opinion in a direct and friendly way. 10/10 service.     Our technician, Kam, was absolutely fantastic. He went above and beyond to make sure that our water heater was fixed, by repeatedly following up after service had been completed. I gave 4-stars because Roto-Rooter had initially confirmed us for an appointment on one day, and after I had cancelled other appointments due to their confirmation, Roto-Rooter cancelled on me and rescheduled for the following day. I am otherwise happy with the service provided.

    Total pros! Assisted with an emergency waterline blockage and were prompt and professional and resolved the issue. Flood mitigation was needed and the techs on site did a fantastic job.     I am giving 5 stars only for the technician. He was very nice and detailed on what he thought needed to be done before doing it. He made the situation a lot better. If I was recommending this company to someone based off of the Dispatch managers I dealt with then I would leave a negative review. It was worse than trying to schedule the cable company. They promised me three times and all were busted. I was looking up alternative companies when I found out a technician was actually headed to my address. First call was made 8pm. I received service next day at 1:00pm. Again, Technician was great, but everything else before that was terrible.

    1122 Nick Barker came in the evening to clear the main drain in an emergency situation. He was courteous and professional. The job took about 3 hours, but the drain was cleared. The cost was high, but you pay for the convenience.

    The gentleman who came out Christmas Eve and spent roughly 5 hours with us working to clear our sewer pipe that had backed up into our basement bathroom and man cave was persistent and spent a highly appreciated amount of time working to clear the pipes and fix the problem. To say he went above and beyond in temperatures that had a wind chill of -5 would be an understatement. Very professional, personable, and dedicated to helping out our family in what was certainly an emergency situation.Thank you!

    KHAI DAL Service Tech #5748 was very professional when he provided the plumbing services I required. He explained to me the work that had to be done and the pricing. He also showed me the pricing index that the company uses to price particular jobs. He had to unclog a pipe in the upstairs bathroom leading from the toilet that was at least 15ft deep. He cleaned up the work space nicely when he finished. I would highly recommend him and the company to others.

    Called for an issue with a leaky pipe at the water heater and they arrived in just over an hour. Kam saw the problem and fixed it within 45 minutes. I am grateful and cannot recommend him and the company enough.

    Roto Rooter has grade-A/top-rate customer service. Ive posted concerning my initial experience, but theyve returned to my home twice since the initial repair to assess water issues as a result of the repair (but to no fault of their own as the issue is outside of their control). Even still, the follow-up technicians (Jaboree previously) and (Kam today, 1/22) were consummate professionals, responsive to my issues and exercised the proper concern needed while approaching/addressing my concerns. I will definitely continue to share my Roto Rooter business experience with others!

    After discovering that our hot water heater burst over a holiday weekend, we were desperate to get the water stopped so the damage didnā€™t continue. Roto-rooter was incredibly responsive and had someone out to us in 2 hours. He followed social distancing and wore a mask, gloves and shoe coverings. Technician #5130 was incredibly thorough, patiently explaining our options, and very understanding about our needs. The next day - a holiday - he and technician #4386 came out and spent HOURS making sure that we not only got an incredible new water heater (the brand we specifically asked for) but also that the area was cleaned up, mold free, and used proper plumbing. Their technical work was exceptional as was their customer service. We could not have asked for a better team supporting us and solving our problem!

    Our Shower diverter was leaking, and we contacted Roto-Rooter on a Sunday! They were at our home first thing on Monday morning. The Service Technician, Jeff Fetner, arrived and provided us multiple options for a possible solution. Once a decision was made, Jeff quickly got to work and repaired the leak in a timely and neat manner. We appreciate his experience, knowledge and the ability to walk me though the solutions.

    My main sewer line was clogged and after having the septic company come out and not able to fix it, I called roto rooter. They came out the same evening which was amazing. Thuam was my service tech and he was very quick to figure out the best way to clear the sewer line. He got it done quickly and Iā€™ve never been more grateful for being able to flush a toilet.

    I had a fantastic experience using RotoRooter with a recent leak in my shower. John (#1275) came by to assess the problem & explained several options for repair at different price quotes. He worked with my HOA rules regarding notice before water shut-offs & came by multiple times to get the work done. It turned out we needed a replacement part that was discontinued. John had the part specially made so that I could avoid the major cost of going in and replacing expensive pipes. Once the part was ready he expertly installed it, repairing the leak and ensuring everything worked properly. He noticed that my faucet needed more caulk so he addressed that issue too, kindly leaving the remainder of the caulk tube with me for any additional necessary caulking. The price for all of this work was less than I expected! He gave me a discount and did not charge me for the additional trips he made out to me. I am truly impressed by Johnā€™s quality of work, professionalism, and kindness. I will definitely be using RotoRooter for any future plumbing work!

    Amazing response and service! After waiting three days for my home warranty to resolve my issue and failing, I contacted Roto-Rooter late on a Friday night. They had someone at my house within the hour, who explain the service and gave me a quote before beginning any work.It wasnā€™t cheap but it was prompt and professional. The plumber walked me through everything he was doing, took extra care to make sure my property wasnā€™t damaged, resolved my issue and made sure it was resolved and scheduled a follow inspection at no additional charge to ensure the work is sound. And all this after finding out he was originally on his way home and finished for the evening. Keith Alexander was a professional in every sense and I only hope Roto-Rooter compensates him appropriately for his time and extra attention to detail.There are some services that you need last minute and you need to expect to pay for that prompt service. This is one of those things and they did not disappoint. Get rid of your home warranty, save the monthly premiums for times like this. Youā€™ll be happier in the long run, especially with this company.

    Had a severe clog of the main sewer line on Christmas Eve. Emailed Roto Rooter and received a prompt response for service on Christmas Day. Roto rooter called to confirm service and gave me a time frame of 9-1. Typically this means closer to 1 but received another call that the plumber was on his way around 10. Plumber was polite, very professional and did a thorough job. Had me flush all the toilets and run the shower to make sure clog was successfully fixed. Ended up taking his equipment the long way through my backyard because he was concerned about possibly damaging my steps. Thankful that they could help me on Christmas Day especially with in-laws staying with us. Thank you!

He arrived in just about an hour and didnā€™t give up when he couldnā€™t find the cause at first. A few hours in he finally was able to clear the line after putting over 65ā€™ of snake through.     Last March we called rotor-rooter to come out and deal with a sewage line back up. after that was fixed I asked the technician to look at an old sump pump that had stopped working in our house and they replaced the motor During the same call. Recently (9 months later) the motor for the sump pump was running dry and burning up as the float stopped working.They sent out a technician, Kai Dal, who did a great job of removing gravel, fixing the float and verifying that the pump is still working, all done under the 1 year warranty.
