If I could give William 10 stars, I would. I had an issue where a broken pipe caused significant water coming into my basement at 4 pm on a Saturday. William was there in less than an hour, worked for a few hours to try to find the source of the problem, and then finished the job a few days later after he pinpointed what needed to be done. He was fast, he explained everything in great detail, he made sure I understood what he was talking about, and he followed up constantly to make sure everything was ok. The quality of the work was exceptional, the pricing was fair, and the communication was top notch. I wont think of using another plumber again. 5 stars. -
