    Our first time using Hector and he and his guys did a great job at a fair price.     We were in desperate need of a plumber for a leaking pipe connected to our furnace which kept shutting off our heat. Hector was able to fit us in his busy schedule which we were appreciative of. He determined the pipe was clogged and was able to fix it quickly. This pipe must’ve been clogged for years. In the 5 years we have lived here, my house has never felt this warm. We are so happy!     Last night I had water pouring out of my living room ceiling. Mr Pipe arrived at my home within 30 minutes. He immediately detected the issue and came back today to fix it.     I had a leak under my kitchen sink at the elbow. I called Hector and although he was very busy he managed to send his guys over to do the repair. I was so impressed with the timeliness , the professionalism and the quality of their work. This is exactly what that had to repair. Cut under sink to gain access to leaking pipe. Cut out copper drain pipe and reconnect to pvc with mission coupling. Redo the line with pvc and replace trap with 1 1/2 tubular. Run water to make sure there are no leaks.My highest kudos to Hector and his crew.

    Saturday evening the kitchen drain quit draining.I called 8 plumbers that advertised 24/7 and there was either no response (6) or couldnt come out before Monday. Finally, found Mr. Pipe. Hector actually answered the phone. He told me he would be here in 45 minutes and sure enough he was. He had a challenge clearing our drain but he persevered and finally our drain was flowing again. He couldnt have been nicer or more professional. He charged a fair price for the work especially, considering it was a Saturday night. I would not hesitate to call him again for any of my plumbing or heating needs.

    A Home Depot affiliate installed a new Rheem 50 gallon hot water heater a little less than a year ago. The pilot light mechanism on the heater failed and Rheem sent me a replacement gas valve. Once the new valve arrived I contacted Mr. Pipe and was able to schedule a service call for the next day. Hector from Mr. Pipe arrived right on schedule and was able to swap out the valves and get the hot water heater up and running with great dispatch and without issue. Hector is a very nice individual and the consummate professional. I can say without reservation that Mr. Pipe gives superb value and I recommend them to all !

    Had to replace my pool heater and was looking for someone to hook up the heater to a gas line on very short notice. These guys responded very quickly and came out within a couple of hours. They were very professional and did the work very quickly and even reduced the price we initially discussed because the work would take less time than expected.     (This review is long overdue) After getting 12 inches of water in the basement, Hector disassembled, dried out and relit the pilot to the water heater. He also replaced the electrical panel on the furnace and located the discharge pipe for the sump pump, allowing me to fix that issue on my own. He did all these things in a matter of hours, including a trip to get necessary parts. He also followed up the next day to make sure everything was working properly. Hector is incredibly knowledgeable and experienced, efficient, professional and friendly - I would happily recommend him to anyone in need of a plumber!

    Have used this company twice already, first plumbing and now heating, boiler problem I had. Great people to work with.     I contacted Mr Pipe about replacing a vacuum pressure breaker for my irrigation system that had burst over winter (first time home owner, I have no idea what Im doing) He responded right away and quoted me over text using pictures I sent him of the damaged item and we arranged for him to come by the next working day.He text in advance on the day and arrived as planned and when he did he was friendly, knowledgable and went above and beyond to install an extra piece on the VPB to enable me, and also talked me through how, to easily winterize the unit so it doesnt happen again next winter.His prices are very fair and his communication and service has been brilliant. There is clearly a reason as to why he has the excellent reputation that he does.
