My kitchen sink drain was plugged. I tried all the normal things; Drano, a 25 foot auger and to no avail the drain was still plugged. I reached out to Troy via Facebook Messenger and he promptly contacted me and made an appointment that worked with my schedule.He arrived right on time and had the problem fixed within 30 minutes. He was friendly and fun to talk with. His price was very reasonable and he provides a 30 day guarantee. I would highly recommend Troy, who is also the owner of TLM Drain Service.

TLM Drain Service is a great business to work with! TLM is the preferred Drain Service business for the management company that we lease from. I called our management company yesterday (Friday) morning requesting they send someone out to take a look at our sink. I received a prompt call from TLM to arrange an appointment for service. They arranged to come by at 10 am Saturday morning. Troy arrived on time. We quickly discussed the problem. He asked to see the plumbing in our basement. We primarily use our basement for storage and there were boxes stacked next to to the pipe he needed access to that were stacked 6 FT high. He helped me move the boxes. He quickly identified the area of blockage, cleared it, and verified there was no water back up after his service. He was very clean, quick in service and very personable. His price was very reasonable too! I definitely recommend Troy for all your drain service needs!

I bought a house recently, and found out that our kitchen sink was clogged. After messing around with it for three days trying to find the right solution, nothing worked, so a professional it is. Troy arrived and was extremely professional, courteous and informative. I felt like I wanted to be his pupil as a result. He fixed the problem in about 15 minutes. We have called on Troy several times to help us with issues at our home. On the most recent occasion, everything backed up at about 9:30 at night. We gave him a quick call to see if he could stop by the next morning, but he insisted on coming over that night and getting things working for us. Really appreciated the great customer service and his professional and friendly manner. Highly recommend him. Far superior to other services we have used in Tooele regarding our home.

I had a sewer backup and wound up removing a toilet from the floor. We have been here more than 20 years and this is the first time it plugged. I had Troy with TLM Drain take care of it. He had come a while ago when the kitchen sink drain was plugged. Both times Troy was very open and friendly. As he worked he kept me informed how the work was progressing. When it came to the bill he was more than kind.

We had a plumbing emergency.our main line backed up.we called on Saturday he helped us get a plan so a pipe didnt burst.he had to snake the main line.I asked tons of questions and he answered them.no sugar coating just straight up.it was great Troy helped us every step of the way!! He went above and beyond.he used camera s and showed us the tree roots stuck in the drain. He put in a new pipe and added a clean out pipe so if it happens again we will have a easier better time.He was Amazing and highly recommend him he saved this family a lot of money very budget friendly!!

Such an awesome experience doing business with TLM DRAIN SERVICE, called and spoke with them and said he be here in 20 minutes, was on time and explained our problem and within 40 minutes was done cleaning my sons sewer clean out from front of home to street drain, inspected with camera down the drain and found rocks, toys etc. previous home owners kids must have put down the clean out pipe!!! Technician was very courteous, fast & most of all honest!!! Very highly recommend using TLM for all your drain problems, even have us a military discount for my service to or country!!! Worth the call and very fast, you wont be sorry!!!💯😁👍

I was referred to TLM Drain by my Plumber. Troy contacted me the same day and was able to comeBy within a few hours to look at my tub. He was professional, honest and quick. He realized it wasn’t a drain issue and as was nice enough to let me know who I needed to call and exactly what I needed to ask for! Although it wasn’t something he could fix, he removed the old drain stopper that was causing the problem. He was so nice, I will 100% use his service anytime I have drain issues!

Today I had the pleasure of meeting Troy from TLM Drain. And I must say I am beyond happy. He showed up on time as he scheduled with me this morning and was friendly as any person could ask for. The best customer service I have seen in many years. He helped me figure out the problem with my drainage and fixed it fast. I will never deal with another plumber in my life unless it is Troy. His motto Old fashioned service... newest technology says it all. Its hard to find companies that still believe in true customer service, but I must say Troy is the true definition.
