Epic Plumbing is a great company to work with. Damon was very knowledgeable and helpful. I had called 2 other plumbers and neither of them were able to help me find out why my house was not draining properly. Epic Plumbing came and with in an hour he was able to find a clog that the other companies had missed. Damon answered all my questions and helped me find solutions. He even recommended a restoration company who could help me with damages. I highly recommend Epic Plumbing!

Damon was awesome to work with. We had a soft blockage that caused a flood in our basement. He was quick to come assess the issue and cause. He was very thorough when taking care of the issue as well as following through to fix everything and make sure this doesnt happen to us again. We are greatful for his excellent work and how quickly he resolved our issues. I will be sure to call Damon and his company for all my plumbing needs.

Damon is awesome. He came a few months ago and replaced and got our water heater up to code as it apparently wasnt. Then we recently had a ruptured fridge supply line, which wasnt done right as well, but he came and redid the line and installed a water softener. He is also very knowledgeable. We will always go with Epic as they respond fairly quickly to diagnose or repair a problem.

100% recommend this company, I called multiple different “24/7 service companies” at 8PM on a Friday night and Epic was the only one to pick up and was on site within an hour! They were extremely professional and knew exactly what to do to. Once they were done my sewer was working great. I’ll always call them going forward.

Damon is awesome. Called him with to request a bid for a new bathroom, were we needed to move drain lines in the basement of a 100 year old house.Not only was his bid extremely reasonable, but his work was amazing. While we were talking, he pointed out areas of concern with the 100 year old plumbing. He wasn’t trying to “sell” me on more service, he was sincerely showing me things I needed to watch for in the future, areas that needed to be addressed immediately, and, how we could incorporate the work into the existing bid to lower the cost of the repairs.Definitely a great plumber, and a good guy.

Damin came through in a pinch when my business main line started backing up on a Saturday evening. He answered my call right away and was able to get on-site within 30 minutes. He assessed the problem and gave me options that would save money since we lease our space and being an after hours weekend call. He had us up and running quickly despite the old plumbing. Damon is fantastic. He saved us as water poured from the ceiling. And we couldnt figure out how to turn off the water. He came and looked over the situation turned off the water, stopped the leaking and helped us move forword. We really appreciated all he has done, hes great.

I had the unfortunate experience of having my water heater break and flood out my basement. I actually saw their plumbing truck at my neighbors and called to see if they could come check my issue out. Damon was polite and knowledgble and replaced my water heater and installed some water regulator since my pipes rotted out, my pipes are like over 60 years so they just on their last leg, so anyway the regulator will help since Ill need to replace the pipes in sections. Anyway, he helped me understand that needed to be done and actually reccomend a really good restoration company. Epic was actually affordable consoldering, how much plumbing work needed to be done, so much that I’m actually call them back to install a new sink and toilet for my basement bathroom. Plus I’ll continue to use them for my pipe restoration since that is going to be a long term project. I highly recommend Epic if you want an honest plumber who will give you a fair price.

Damon was very prompt and knowledgeable. He diagnosed the issue effectively and gave us several options on how to fix it as well as suggestions on how to improve our system in general. I loved that he didnt want to over charge us, and he gave us different options depending on our budget. I would highly recommend Epic Plumbing and Drain if you need a plumber.
