    Huge thank you to the J Henry folks for getting us taken care of! They came to troubleshoot a water heater and ended up fixing a major leak in the crawlspace. They showed up quickly, spent maybe 50-60mins total, and I was extremely pleased at how inexpensive the work was. Thank you for a job well done!

    My water heater was leaking. One plumbing company quoted me $1,100 to install a new one, and that did not include removing it. I called J Henry Plumbing and they came out the same day and quoted me over $400 less than the other company. I could not believe how reasonably priced they were! Andy and the other technician did such a great job removing the old water heater, going with me to Lowes to get the new one, and then installing it and the water heater expansion tank. It looks and works great! Everyone I dealt with was so polite and professional. I highly recommend J Henry Plumbing and will definitely use them again!

    These guys are some of the best in the business. Great prices and best of all they know their stuff. Ive never dealt with plumbers who actually love what they do and who do every job as if theyre working on their grandmothers home. Dont make a mistake of going with the big names just because they have commercials on TV. These guys are the real deal.

    I was impressed by the service provided by J Henry. They always call before the head to the house. The plumber’s are very good at explaining the problem and they fix the issue in a timely manner. We have used J Henry for years and I would highly recommend them.

    I was very pleased with the scheduling and communication from J. Henry Plumbing. They were able to schedule an appointment soon after i called them. Josef arrived punctually, and was professional and knowledgeable about what needed to be done. I knew my faucet was leaking so I had already purchased a replacement at Lowes. Josef was able to confirm there were no other leaks, efficiently installed the new faucet and offered several helpful suggestions for the warranty and future maintenance of the faucet and sink area. Very pleased!

    After a week of below freezing Temps, my swimming pool plumbing sprang an arterial bleed! With roads closed and hazardous I figured I wouldnt find a plumber until the thaw, but J Henry had someone in the area. They had to source parts, but still got us fixed within a few hours. 10/10 HIGHLY recommend! Great communication throughout the process. ♡

    Extremely impressed starting with placing the initial call to completion of work. Vickie and Hudson were very prompt and cordial in setting up appointment, following up to confirm my availability, and texting me in advance of the technicians arrival. Noah identified the likely problem within minutes and explained and took the first step to test temporary solution to correct the problem until he could get a new pressure regulation and return for installation. The temporary solution worked immediately. Arrived promptly to complete the job which increased my water pressure from 32 to 75 psi. Also, provided three different potential solutions to improving better flow of hot water throughout my home if the increased water pressure does not completely solve hot water flow to my satisfaction. Amazing customer service and expertise from beginning to end. Exceeded my expectations!

    I called J Henry Plumbing when I noticed my water heater was leaking. I called not expecting to get an appointment that same day but I did! They called me when the technician was on his way. The technician, Connor, was on time and so polite and so helpful. Not only was I able to be seen that day I was able to get my water heater replaced that day as well. This is the first time I’ve dealt with this company and they will be the first call for all my plumbing needs. I highly recommend them!

    Very helpful with my emergency when the faucet in my shower faucet broke off and was shooting water out of the faucet. I called and they quickly put me on the phone with a tech in order for me to turn off the water. They were able to send a technician out later the same day!     Josh is by far the most knowledgeable plumber I have ever dealt with. Interviewed multiple people before selecting J Henry. Josh has an incredible knowledge of how all the water systems work in and around the house, including legacy systems and current technology, where trends are headed, as well as basic repair, replace, or maintenance. He has certifications that other plumbers didn’t have, which showed us he is serious about staying current on the latest trends in various water and water heating systems. Highly recommend!

    Our warehouse restroom had both a toilet that kept running and a urinal that was leaking. Noah and his helper came out on the scheduled day. Assessed the situation and made the repair. Even though it became a little more difficult then what they had thought to begin with. The price was a little more then I thought that it would be, but I do not know much about plumbing labor rates. I was just glad to have the repairs made and the work complete with functioning equipment. So I was glad to pay. The next day I noticed that the water pressure was not flowing as hard as I would like it to have been. I called back in and Noah came right out and made an adjustment.Very professional, was pleased to have them, and would call them again for future repairs.

    When we called needing an outdoor faucet installed before our daughter’s outdoor water party, Hudson and Vickie worked with us to make sure we got in before the birthday girl’s big day! Noah (plumber) was punctual and professional and got our outdoor faucet installed in plenty of time prior to our daughter’s outside water birthday party! She’s going to be so thrilled!     I needed a new sink and faucet installed, so I started looking around and getting estimates. J Henry Plumbing was the most reasonable in the area, and they were able to work with me with my work schedule on installation. The folks that I spoke to over the phone Vikki and Hudson were always very respectful and informative. The technician Josef, was great! He came in and installed the new sink and faucet, made sure everything fit properly, and was very respectful of my space. He walked me through everything that he was doing so I knew what to expect as it was happening. It was a quick process, and in the end my sink and faucet are beautiful, and exactly what I wanted!     Very professional service as Adam was very polite, quick and knew just what the problem was. Very well mannered, and answered all my questions, and gave good in site as to what caused the issue.     J Henry plumbing is amazing! While it did take three visits to solve my complicated plumbing issue, Mr. Henry and company continued working the problem until it was solved. They honored their warranty, and even came out on a Sunday evening to dig up my septic tank, and make sure my plumbing system worked the way it was supposed to.
