    I just had Bowers Plumbing coming over on the last two days of the year to look at a leak under the kitchen sink. The appointment was only two days in advance over the weekend, so it was a quick turnaround service. They sent Evan over and he was able to diagnose the root cause of the leak and gave us some options along with some free advice to fix it under warranty. Needless to say, I was pleased with the service and would definitely call them again should I have more plumbing issues. Thank you.

    Summary: Bowers is quick to respond and does good work!Our 20 year old electric water heater sprang a leak from its base (well… more like created a pond in our garage) at 2am Sunday night. First thing Monday morning I called Bowers - and to my very happy surprise they were able to come out and get it replaced on the very same day! We’ve had a lot of work done to our older house so we expected a wait for repairs, but that was not the case at all. We’re very happy with the clean work our technician Ben did and will definitely call again for any other plumbing needs.

    This is the third time Spencer has been to our house for plumbing issues. He’s very fast, friendly and really seems to want to help you solve the problem at the he lowest cost to the customer. Bowers is also usually the quickest to send a plumber out. The receptionists are polite and keep you informed on scheduling, so you don’t have to wait around the house all day.

    Updated...had to call them out for a clogged toilet, arrived and fixed within an hour!! And their customer service is always so nice and polite! And FYI, they have been called for different issues not the same. 1st call septic tank, 2nd call hot water heater 3rd call clogged toliet! Will continue using Bowers!! 👏 👏Have used Bowers twice recently. Once on the weekend and once during business hours. They are very prompt and reliable. They arrived within an hour or so the same day. When you call, you actually speak to someone at Bowers, there is no answering service and waiting on a call back. The professional who arrived was informative, helpful, and friendly. Service was completed within a couple of hours. They worked their tail off in this heat, all with a smile on their face. And the bill was very very reasonable for the service provided. Will definitely use Bowers in the future for all our plumbing needs.

    Always impressed with Bowers! Front office, response time, the Technicians, their Reach-back expertise, and very fair prices!!! Thank you!Attached pic was upon discovery, Evan figured it out and explained it to me. Half galvanized, T split with a major PVC run (I am not a plumber, just what I recall), leaking in 3 or more places. Apparently PVC portion was an addition to the house (built in 1971) in early the 2000’s.That’s good work right there! 👍

    I had an emergency leak pop up this morning behind my shower causing my hardwoods and carpet to be soaked with water. I reached out to Brennan with Bower’s Plumbing and told him my issue and he said he could send someone out ASAP. Within minutes Ben with Bower’s called and stated he was on the way.     We had a water leak and could not locate it. We called Bowers and Evan Caplan was the Service Tech that came out. He located it and after trying to find a way to it, he fixed it with minimal damage to the wall, but water had already done its damage. Its now 3 days later and a mitigation crew have removed all cabinets and exposed the kitchen sink plumbing. What a great time to correct a 52 year old drain that has been running slow. Again we called Bowers and Evan came out, assessed our situation and replaced the old clogged iron pipes with PVC. He knew exactly what to do and the drain is running as it should. It was a pleasure to have a nice, young technician who can assess the situation and fix it correctly.

    Leaks in copper pipe in bedroom were detected fairly quickly by the plumber but water damage was evident also in two other rooms. Plumbing repairs were done. Plumber suggested a water/Fire restoration company that did great removing water from these three rooms. Bowers has done other plumbing work at my house including water heater replacement. All their work is quality and would use them again. No question.

    Professional work done fast. Spencer fixed the leak in my shower faucet by first removing a rusted out screw and then replacing the seats and springs and the ball and handle. He then fixed a kitchen faucet and a lavatory faucet. After completing the repairs, he tested the faucets to make sure they worked properly. Finally, he tested the water pressure. Overall it took him ~2 hours, including a trip to the supply store for parts.
