    So far 5 star all the way. Personally met the owner David and he is a Marine (Veteran) and really down to earth. We received an estimate and immediately signed a contract to have all of our windows in the house (47) replaced. So far the experience is 5 star. will give another review on completion. The Window Source was one of 4 companies that gave us an estimate. He is not the least expensive but I can tell by his presentation and knowing he is a local businessman and drives his truck around town with his name on it that he is reputable and will stand behind his work. His reviews are great and he is very professional. I will post before and after pictures when windows are installed. We can’t wait for our new look. UPDATE: Windows are in and pictures are below. If I could give 10 stars I would. Great job and would not hesitate to refer this company to anyone needing windows. thank you to David Mallette and the Window Source. David is a Marine Veteran.     I was very very pleased with the work and professionalism of the installation crew of my new windows from The Window Source of Houston. They arrived as promised and were done in the estimated time. The overall installation process was beyond my expectations. All the crew was very respectful. They covered up all the furniture to keep the dust off and pretty much left my house just as they found it. They even mopped the floors after sweeping the debris that wasn’t contained by the tarps. The clean up was outstanding. We are very pleased with the NT black aluminum windows we chose. They are beautiful. We will soon have the Window Source of Houston replace our front and rear doors.

    We needed to replace every window in our home. It was daunting to get quotes and compare prices. Spencer with the Window source came out to talk to us, the quote came in within reason of all the other estimates. But he went over and above in communications and explaining all the things we had no idea about in purchasing windows. If their communication and customer service were this good I knew this was the company I wanted to work with. Luis with his crew came in to install and were very professional. They were respectful from the moment they entered my home. Luis came in and introduced himself, explained how they were going to break down the work, as well as what I can expect from them. They carefully covered all of the furniture in the rooms, and cleaned up after themselves daily. The gentleman (I didnt catch his name) that took care of the details such as final caulking and cleaning the final product was meticulous and his work was outstanding. The quality of their work exceeded my expectations. Upon completion of the project the owner even stopped by to check in and do a final walkthrough. Great customer service. I will always be a repeat customer of the window source.

    I had a great experience with Window Source!!!!! The salesperson helped me define my needs as we have several half moon windows that needed to be specially designed. They kept in touch with me during build out of the windows and scheduled a nice day during the winter so it was an easy install. It took two days to have them all installed (I believe we had 26 windows) and they are beautiful! We live close to the freeway and the noise has been reduced so much. Our house also stays super cool in the summer. It’s been the best decision we’ve made. Our AC Bills have been reduced drastically. We are able to open them and keep air flow when it’s cool outside they have 2 different ways of opening too. We have been more than pleased with them! Again, they are beautiful too.

    I chose Window Source not because they were the lowest price which they were but for the no pressure no nonsense feedback from Weston he took the time to explain what the product was. What kind of quality product I was getting and the whole experience was effortless I had 42 windows replaced Luis and his crew came out on a Tuesday. They were done by Friday and even came over on Saturday to do some trim paint trim work and anything else that I had questions about can’t express how professional and how clean they left the job if you’re looking for windows. Choose Weston And Window Source and asked for Luis to be the installer. If I could give them six stars I would.

    The Window Source installed several doors and windows in my house. I cant say enough about the quality of their work as well as their professionalism. It was a very difficult job. I must say, they got it done perfectly. I ended up working directly with the owner, David. I think he personally had to come to my house 7-8 times. He is a perfectionist. He wanted to make sure it was done just right. He never abandoned this job.If you are shopping to have someone install your windows I can honestly say this company is the best. Honest and hardworking.I was lucky to find them.

    Window Source installed 16 windows in our two story home. Patrick was ourno-nonsense, no-pressure salesman. We really appreciated the time he spent with us, answering our questions and explaining all aspects of the job.Luis and his crew did the installation.     Initial visit was great. Very personable and knowledgeable of the windows and was very forthcoming with options. Once quoted, tracking and update of order was easy and accurate. When the windows were manufactured, there were no variations and crew showed up as scheduled.     The Window Source of Houston (WSOH) is absolutely wonderful! We highly, highly recommend them. They offer solid, old-fashioned customer service. They bent over backwards to meet all our needs, and they pulled out all the stops for us, even though our job was a very small one. Everyone was so nice. From sales to financing to installation. All the way down the line. David, the owner, has a fine, fine company.We love our new NT windows. They are beautiful but, more importantly, they are high quality and installed really well with top-notch materials.     Fantastic service from start to finish that was very affordable! There are things that other companies simply wouldnt do like removing and reinstalling all of our new blinds and building the frames around the outside of the windows to reduce the amount of space on the inside. Plus, they replaced ALL of our windows and cleaned up immaculately within 2 days including having us walk around to inspect all caulking, paint touch-ups and cleaning everything as part of the process. Extremely impressed and didnt cost us $25,000+ like some of the other quotes received.

    Excellent communication from the sales team on progress of order. Because of Covid there was a small delay in our order (supply issues) but that ended up being a good thing. The windows were installed in December so it wasn’t hot during installation. They are absolutely beautiful too. Stunning! Highly recommend them! We also live next to a freeway and I can’t tell you how quiet it is now with these new windows. The installation team was super nice. And the owner and office team are great. They always keep you updated.

    I cannot say enough about these guys. Just have them give you a quote- dont waste your time with anyone else. We just had 22 windows installed to replace the original windows on the house. Went from 1978 single-pane aluminum windows in horrible shape to double-pane vinyl windows with tinted glass and inset screens. Huge upgrade.The price was more than fair, the salesman, Jonathan, was not pushy at all, but had great information and knew what we needed. The speed and communication were both top notch. Placed the order about three weeks ago, and were enjoying our new windows already!Now that they are installed, I would give them six stars if I could. Edwin G. and Edwin Sr. were our installers and they were SO courteous and professional. Not a single tiny piece of glass remained when they were done, not a single bit of damage was done to our property. In fact, they repaired some trim that had rotted around two windows. I couldnt possibly be more impressed.

    From our initial meeting with Jonathan, the design specialist to the installation completed by Homer and Eric, we could not be happier with our experience with this company.     Had a large double pane (4’X6’) custom window with a broken seal that needed replacement. Contacted Window Source and have been very pleased with their service. Supply chain issues, which were not the fault of Window Source, delayed the arrival of the window for a few months but once it arrived the installation was handled in an expedient and professional manner. The crew was very meticulous and did an outstanding job. Would definitely recommend this company to anyone who needs window replacement.About a month before this window arrived, another window on the opposite side of the room developed a stress crack and we have contracted with Window Source for the second replacement. On a positive note the time frame for its arrival is much faster so the supply chain issue with their manufacturer seems to be rectified.

We replaced ours since we still had the original single-pane windows from the 80s. The customer services is great.     We had 19 windows and 3 exterior doors replaced. All the windows were in on Day 1. Day 2 was finishing the caulking and cleaning and 2 doors. Day 3 was 1 door and final touchup and cleaning of the windows. Absolutely AMAZING job. Christian is THE door installer and he knows his stuff. Tito handled the crew and maintained communication with everyone and he did awesome. Michael checked in periodically to check on the progress. We have no complaints.     Omg when I dont know where to start!!!! This company absolutely exceeded my expectations. They rescued my window and i will definitely let them do my remaining windows. My project was very unique and i was not trusting and very nervous because a previous contractor messed up the window. When i reached out Weston came over looked provided estimates but i was so nervous, but I decided to move forward. The experience was the best, because I was so nervous the team came over and measured 3 times. The final time Austin and Mike came and reassured me they could do the work it would be fine.     We were very pleased with the work performed by The Window Source. The windows were beyond what we expected in quality and the installation crew were superb in removing the old windows, covering things inside, cleaning up inside and outside. And I was especially impressed with the crew who did the caulking. Ive seen some bad caulking on window jobs, but they did excellent work. I had a number of bids and almost did not take a bid from The Window Source, but I am very happy that I did. We had some very large windows and I could tell the quality of their windows was most impressive. We have had people walking by that comment on how nice the windows look and a couple even knocked on our door to ask our recommendation. You will not be disappointed if you choose this company for your windows. Even if you have a home built in last 20 years by a construction company, you will see the difference in these windows and the quality of them compared to builder grade windows. And the lifetime warranty exceeds any builders one or two year warranty.

    We replaced nearly 30 windows in our home using Window Source. Naturally, we were skeptical dealing with several window replacement companies, with proposals ranging wildly in cost. ($75k difference between highest and lowest) We decided on Window Source based on reviews, personality and pitch of the sales team, and cost - which was not the cheapest, but fair. We were concerned going from wood to vinyl would detract from the aesthetics of the house. Well, everything from the initial consultation to final installation was seamless and, frankly, enjoyable. The timeline was spot on, the installation was exacting, and the product is beautiful. Our house has never looked better.     The crew for Window Source headed by Christian and Eric replaced most of the single pane windows with double pane Mi windows. They arrived on time, and finished all 20 windows in one day, even though the project manager told us 1.5 - 2 days. All the windows fit well, the workers attempted to keep our house fairly clean, and they did a great job of finishing all of them. The extensive mess that occurs when windows are replaced was completely cleaned up before they left.Their was one bay window that was installed differently than what was in the contract, but they acknowledged the mistake and are going to find a way to correct it later this week. From the sales person to everyone on the on the installation crew, all were professional and nice to work with.

    Window Source was amazing. We had all but 2 windows replaced. We also had 3 windows made into one big picture window. When I called to get an estimate, they came out within a day or two. Initially we were going to call a couple of companies out for estimates but ended up going with Window Source right a way. The estimate was reasonable and came out lower than what both my husband and I had in our mind. It took a little about 8 weeks for the windows to come in for installation.     I was very pleased with Window Source of Houston from our initial meeting with David to discuss concerns, to the installers, and of course with Adriana confirming scheduling and following up with us after install. After purchasing our home this past summer, we noticed air leaks around several upstairs windows and outdoor noise too. Since having 10 windows installed upstairs we noticed a huge difference in exterior noise level coming in as well as a decrease in air leaks. The installers were very polite and I was impressed with their neatness! Adriana helped clear up questions we had with scheduling and also followed up with us after install. After install one of our windows needed adjusting and David and his guys promptly corrected the issue as well as addressed additional questions we had about the windows.     Though it took longer than expected for the windows to arrive, once they came in the installers arrived early, addressed all my concerns during installation, protected furniture and carpet from dust and debris, and cleaned up after installing windows. They made me aware of one window and one screen delivered with damage and assured me they would be replaced.The companys owner also assured me the damaged items would be replaced. The owner agreed to give me a refund for the double hung windows ordered v. single hung windows received, plus compensation for inconvenience I experienced. My salesperson explained to my satisfaction that windstorm requirements in my area mandated single hung windows due to the size of the windows and apologized for not notifying me beforehand.It was a pleasure to work with a company that was sensitive to my needs and did all they could to rectify any concerns I may have had.     These windows exceeded my expectations by a 1000! I was sold on the windows because of Westons knowledge of the product, and understanding my needs. He was able to reduce the options to a few that fit all my needs. I now have 2 huge picture windows looking into my pasture where I used to have 4 windows with grids. The change in that view alone is unbelievable. But it is that way throughout my entire house. And even though I really didnt believe him that you wont feel heat coming through the windows, it is absolutely true! Even with this 100 degree Texas heat and sun you can stand next to the windows and not feel heat. And they block out the glaring sun and instead let the light come through that is so comforting. I was wanting to spend the money on my floors, but my husband talked me into spending it on the windows and I am so glad I did! I still dont think I have done them justice on how much of a difference these windows have made! The crew was amazing. There was no mess. They were professional and respectful of my time and property. And I cant say enough about the result!

    We needed to replace a window and had no time to spare because we were doing a remodel. Window Source was the ONLY company willing to help us. They came out the next day measured and happened to have a window in stock! The team came out the following week and replaced our window. The replacement is beautiful and the workers did a fine job. When we replace all of our front windows we will be calling Window Source back to do the work.

    Mr. Robert responded timely to my inquiry, was very knowledgeable, and knew what my job required. When he showed up on site (bonus - he was across the lake and fit me in) he was very professional, knew his stuff, and gave me a fair quote with(another bonus) my required window size to be installed within six weeks. After calling at least 10 places, the soonest I could find was 16 weeks out. Was very impressed and can’t thank Mr. Robert and the crew enough for making this happen timely.

    We looked at multiple window replacement companies for our homes windows replacement, and have selected Window Source of Houston for the project based on their pricing, windows selection, knowledge regarding installation process and helpfulness.Weve ordered replacement NT windows for the whole house.Window Source of Houston installed most of the windows in two days. The installers noted that two of the large picture windows had some scratches on the frame and sent them back to be replaced. Once sent, they installed them and 4 large specialty windows that had taken longer to manufacture in one day. We are very happy with the look of the new windows, and the performance, knowledge and professionalism of the Window Source of Houston installers. If you are looking at window replacement I highly recommend you consider Window Source of Houston.

    David and Joshs team were professionals. David and I worked on the quote and he assisted me with all my questions. David was very knowledgeable and honest about the products. He also gave me a discount. Joshs installation team were also excellent and cleaned everything when they left. If you have to replace windows go with David. He has multiple products and companies he deals with and his team is excellent. The installation was great and I have friends and family that checked the installation as it was going on and after.     I found The Window Source online after searching for a company who could replace my windows. One thing that stood out was they had a ton of great reviews. Scheduled an appointment and the rest was history. Our sales consultant Jonathan was on time, professional and answered any questions we had. He was clear and transparent (just like the windows…lol). The install team equally impressive. They gave me a game plan of their installation. Worked with me on which room to start on since I had a little one in the home. I sell new homes for a living, the team who did the install did amazing work. Excellent attention to detail and left a clean worksite afterwards. 24 windows retro’d and replaced in one day…outstanding. Very happy with the quality of the windows.
