    We had an excellent experience with Mr Happy House. Mike and his crew did a very professional job in replacing multiple chipped hardie plank boards, replacing all remaining wood trim with hardie trim, replacing two exterior doors, and painting the entire exterior of the house. They paid attention to detail, caulked everything, and made sure that the job was done right.Mike even threw in some extras - replaced a non-working exterior electrical outlet, refinished our front door, and replaced a balcony support that was splitting.There was good communication throughout the process.I recommend Mr. Happy House and will use them again.

    Mr Happy House saved my home! I was out of the country and a terrible rainstorm passed. A leak was detected in my home, and there was no way to resolve the matter being so far away. However, Mr Mike came to the rescue. He responded to my inquiry expeditiously by making his self available to inspect my home. Once he evaluated the situation, he supplied two detail quotes, which were both feasible options. Once we determine the appropriate route, he spring in the action to resolve the matter, rain or shine he will be there. He got my home fixed the day before a week full of rains. The repair his team put in place was unnoticeable due to his attention to detail and ability match and coordinate supplies. He was very professional and attentive to my needs as a homeowner. A+ service all around.

    I had some roof issues and I started to look online for someone close by to take a look at it asap and I came across Mr Happy House. Lets start by saying that I am a very very happy Costumer. The reviews online showed 5 stars but it felt like 10 honestly. Communication was great and Mr Mike came within 30 mins. Quoted me fast and the price was fair. The job was done perfectly and quick, I was very impressed. Impressed enough to use his services again within one week to repair another bad section of the roof. Very knowledgeable and explained everything well, I highly highly recommend their services.

    I was having issues with rodents getting in the ceiling of my home due to improperly installed siding around the bottom perimeter of my house. I was so fortunate to have found Mike of Mr Happy House.He and his crew removed the bottom panel of siding around my entire house and reinstalled it correctly using Hardie plank. They even went the extra mile to add metal wire around the bottom so I would have full exclusion from the varmints, to place insulation in an area where it was discovered I had none, and to place covers over my ac hoses where they went into the house. The paint matched my existing siding perfectly and their work area was left very clean.Throughout the process he was always easy to contact, answered all my questions, provided solutions and suggestions, went above and beyond with extra touches, and was on site to make sure work completed was done correctly. I am so appreciative of the high quality job that Mike and his crew did. The peace of mind they gave me is invaluable!

    Mike and crew did a great job painting my living room and hallway. Excellent customer service. Mike wanted to make sure SW got the paint color exactly to match what we wanted, so he had them make multiple attempts to get the color right.     After the freeze, we had a section of siding replace -very poorly- by a previous contractor. We called around multiple siding companies only to be turned down because the job was too small.Then we found Mike and his team. He came out within the week for an estimate and we didn’t hesitate to put him on the job. He explained everything in detail and made us feel at easy that the problem would be corrected. We now have a beautiful hardie plank wall and a load off our shoulders. Thanks again, Mike!

    As our home is approaching its 33rd year, I noticed wood starting to rot on the first floor and I figured there may be more that I couldn’t see. I did a network search for any company that could replace the soffit and Fascia on a two story house in Spring, TX. I found 4 companies stating that they could do the job. I sent out emails to those companies asking for information and only received answers from 2 companies including Mr. Happy House (MHH). MHH came by and did a detailed examination of both floors (no charge) and gave me a detailed list on what they will replace, especially all the Soffit and Fascia with Hardie Soffit and Fascia. The other company would do an inspection and only will be replacing the wood that can determine that was rotten.I picked MHH and I was extremely pleased, from the pre-work, covering all the windows (so they won’t be damaged doing the work), the workers coming by the house to plan their steps that was going to be performed, from tearing out the old wood, replacing with the hardie Soffit and fascia, to the painting, and the cleanup that was done after every day. But what really shows me that this company really cares, was the work that was done that wasn’t included on the quote. They fixed a roofing/hardie problem near the chimney, gouges that were done to the hardie plank by everyday use were repaired and other misc. fixes that improved the looks of the house with no extra charge. The paint was matched perfectly with the original color. The owner and son were here almost every day to make sure that I was happy with the progress and the work being done. I’m already planning to use Mr. Happy Home for more work around the home next year. I highly recommend this company for any work that you might need around the home.
