Mike came to my home prior to Hurricane Milton due to a leaky toilet that flooded my bathroom. He is by far the most polite, kind, service tech that I have had in my home. He explained everything he was doing to the toilet and what I should do to help maintain the parts of the toilet. He was super clean and made sure the area he walked and worked in was spotless when he left. I highly recommend Mike for any plumbing needs. I will only ask for Mike if I run into any issues in the future.

I was in a tight bind with both toilets and showers clogged on a Friday with an 80 yo family member visiting and Kelly managed to fit me, which I was very grateful for. Austin came out on time and did an awesome job. He cleared one part of the house completely, but the other side was still slow. With rain clouds fast approaching he quickly moved to my other roof vent and completely cleared the other side of the house. All in all in was a great experience when I was really in pinch. Austin and Kelly are an asset to their company and I really appreciate the service I received

Awesome experience with Orange Plumbing. My pipes got blocked.I called them and they came the next day. They prioritized me as a emergency and came first thing in the morning! I really appreciated the quick response and the professionalism of the technician. My problem was solved quickly. They were also very reasonably priced. I worked with the technician Austin today. He showed up right on time and was a pleasure to work with. We had our main sewer line clogged and he was able to resolve the issue quickly and efficiently. Afterwards he gave us some good tips in order to help keep our plumbing running smoothly. This was the first time I have worked with orange plumbing and if Austin is an indication of how the rest of the employees are there I would definitely recommend their services.

Recently we moved into a new home. We made the discovery our hot water wasn’t working in the master shower. I called Orange Plumbing on a Saturday and they relayed my message. I did a follow up I think Monday or Tuesday and was able to get an appointment for the following Wednesday. Some miscommunication occurred I think due to the Saturday message person speaking very quietly and difficult to understand. I was able to clear up the miscommunication when the morning set appointment was missed. They came out that afternoon and we’re able to fix our shower. The shower works wonderful now and my husband says the workers were very professional.

Lets be honest, I could have done this myself but sometimes you just dont want to mess with stuff. I didnt feel well and all I needed at that time was another thing to deal with! Guys came out, was here when they said they would. They were courteous and professional. Knew the problem right away and had the part on their truck. Fixed it strait away and were gone. Price was right and I didnt have to go looking around at the big box store. Special mention to Scott and also the office staff, they were pleasant to talk to and knowledgeable. Would defiantly call again if I need. Also they have a self help store.

Called Orange Plumbing concerning problem I was having with my under kitchen sink water heater. They sent a repairman (Chris) the next day. Chris was very professional and friendly and courteous. Removed my bad water heater and installed a new valve on my whole house water heater.Chris made some temp. adjustments which allowed me to eliminate the under sinks water heater altogether. Great Experience ! Would not hesitate to call them again if in need of work or repair. Thought their pricing was fair as well.

Had leak in Hot water heater. Water Heater was old and needed to be replaced. Receptionist who answered my call was very pleasant and helpful. She called me to advise me when the men were on their way to my home. Steve and his helper were very knowledgeable and efficient. They were very pleasant and answered all my questions. They cleaned up after themselves when all was completed. I would highly recommend them to anyone. Thanks for a good job.

I noticed my water heater leaking on Sunday night, on Monday 11/12/2018, I called Orange plumbing at 8 AM and I spoke to Jennifer telling her that the water heater was leaking and needed to be replaced. Orange plumbing sent out Mike within two hours of my call, Mike did a very nice job installing the new heater, soldering on all copper joints was very clean, hauled away the old water heater, and completed the installation in less than three hours!I will definitely use Orange plumbing again, great people, and reasonable prices.

They installed a Toto ADA compliant toilet in my guest bath, its a very nice toilet and when I called them a few days later to complain about the water valve hammering the water pipes when it shut off they sent a plumber back to change the valve in the toilet, issue satisfactorily resolved and without extra cost. About three months later they came back to install an American Standard Cadet Pro (contractor model) also a nice toilet in my master bath and it has been running perfectly since. I have no complaint, their staff was polite and professional. BTW if you need a small toilet in a small space you might consider the Cadet Pro (contractor model is different from the retail model) round bowl, it fits nicely in my 48 inch master bath and it comes with a metal flush handle not plastic.

He provided a solution to our plumbing break that was the least disturbing to our lives and our finances. He throughly explained each step of the process and provided useful information for our future planning. Orange Plumbing did a repipe for my home and it was a challenge due to my vaulted ceilings. They did it in one day. I was impressed with their knowledge and their attitude. The entire group worked as a team for 8 hours to finish the job. Their pricing was fair and I know my plumbing is good for years to come.

The plumber give this man a raise or a well deserved vacation I wish I could remember his name but he was amazing super nice explained everything so that I would understand....he resolved my plumber issues fast....just based off of this mans customer service ,how fast he found and fixed the problems I would highly recommend....not just that my neighbors in my neighborhood have used this company thats one of the reasons I called them.... I have always used another plumbing company in town but they couldnt make it to my elderly fathers house to fix his overflowing toilet - even after being a customer for decades :(((. I called Orange Plumbing, Chris came out and fixed quickly. He actually coordinated the appt for when my dads nursing aide could answer the door, was very courteous and understanding of my situation since I dont live in town. I will always call Orange Plumbing from now on & would HIGHLY recommend them. I handle all house repairs long distance and this is the best, most honest & fair business I have come across.
