    We are so thankful we called Alligator plumbing! Right before Christmas Eric from Alligator Plumbing and found that our septic drain was collapsed due to the age of our home that was cast iron. Eric walked us through what needed to be done and was able to come up with a way that would be less invasive to our home. Erics experience as well as respect to our property he was truly our Christmas blessing. He even finished before Christmas like he had told us right from the start!     I called another co this am for a clog and washer machine backed up and was told they would be weeks and to try alligator plumbing so I called and they were out in less than 30 minutes!!! The tech took the time to really explain all he was doing and what was going on. He gave me so much info, I appreciated it!! He was thoughough and showed me pics and things in person! He was amazing!!! He said he had been doing this over 20 years and his knowledge showed! Thank you alligator plumbing and (I tried read name from receipt) chrisen (I think) for being amazing today!

    We were new to the area and its always hard to find new service companies you can trust. Well, if our neighbor has been using them for a long time, they are good for us.The appointment was only a couple days out and Lee was only half the time he anticipated.The charge was less than the original quote, I mean, who does that?!?Then Chris came out to get our new gas range connected. Talk about above and beyond! Everyone is friendly and very professional.Thanks to our neighbor, we have the best plumbing company for us!

    This is absolutely a local business worth supporting. Had a major clog that made everything in the house completely unusable. Called around but most companies couldnt make it out to my house for 24-72 hours. (That doesnt sound long but its an eternity when your bathrooms are out of order)Alligator Plumbing responded to all of my inquiries promptly and had someone out here in under two hours! The gentleman that came was extremely professional, friendly and efficient. He had everything up and running again really quickly. Gave me a few good laughs too!     I had the pleasure of working with Chris Morris of Alligator Plumbing on the remodel of my main bathroom. The work he did to prepare the plumbing for drywall was a thing of beauty. The end product was so orderly compared to the way it looked before. When it was time to set the tub, he offered a suggestion that hid the overflow drain so it wouldn’t distract from the smooth white lines of the tub. He also took the time to study the angle of placement so it would line up perfectly with the corner of the wall, the filler and the chandelier. It is a masterpiece because of his keen attention to detail. He handles the jobs we expect from a plumber with skill, but he also understands that we want it to be beautiful as well. In my experience, he performs exceedingly well on both fronts! Count yourself lucky if this gentleman arrives to help you with your project!

    Chelsea is literally the best. I called for a quote on Cast Iron pipe replacement and not only did she immediately find me the next available appointment in seconds (next day appointment 🤩) but she provided some of the best information I’ve received on the cast iron pipe replacement process. I’ve spoken with 4 other companies around Brevard County attempting to get information on what exactly my buyers could be looking at. Not one of them could give me any information nor did they even know when they could get me an estimate! We will without a doubt refer alligator plumbing to all of our clients that are in need of plumbing services.

    What a great world it would be if every company were as honest and well run as this one. We had a clogged main line and water & junk was beginning to back up into the shower & the toilet wouldnt flush. I was afraid of a catastrophe & also getting taken advantage of due to my desperation. But, the plumber (Eric) arrived when promised. He took a look at the situation and in one minute explained what he was going to do and quoted the price. Then he got right to work, which entailed going on the roof & running a snake through the line. After he was done, he double checked that the toilets & everything was working properly. Eric was pleasant, friendly, knowledgeable and put me at ease that we shouldnt have any more problems. Best of all, there were no surprises with extra charges on the bill. And by the way, the bill was $200 LESS than what another company had quoted! I recommend this company to everyone!

    My mother noticed something was wrong with her drinking water system. She called Alligator plumbing and Shaun almost immediately came over and diagnised it. Leak in the slab.Total replumb was the call. He put her on his schedule. It was going to be a couple weeks. Three trucks with plumbers showed up a day early and they got started. She had partial use of her water on the second day. I was super impressed with the portable A/C system they used up in the attic!A couple more days and everything was flowing.. After about a week the drywall was nicely fixed too.All their guys were respectful around my mom! They did a top notch job!

    After the hurricane our drains were backing up. We called Alligator and they came out and snaked them and fixed the issue, they charged us $175.00 which we knew up front and were happy to pay. Within 5 days, we were having the same issue. My husband called them and asked if they could come by and have a look again since we had just had it cleared. They came out the same day and resolved the issue for free, and gave us instructions on how to remedy the root problem and also a quote to do the work if we didnt want to do it ourselves. We will definitely continue using them for our plumbing needs.

    Showed up within 15 minutes of calling them, replaced a segment of the main water line under the concrete. techs were helpful with questions and was reasonably-priced, even cleaned up nicely before leaving. Was the only company in a 20 mile radius that didnt want to just set up an appointment and leave me with no running water for a week.

    FAIR, PROFESSIONAL, THOROUGH AND UPFRONT. I was born and raised in Titusville. I now spend most of my time in Houston but I still own a house in North Titusville. I came home to find that my toilet and shower were both failing to drain. I tried all the typical stuff home owners try with no success. At about 8 OClock on a Saturday night I dialed the main number to Alligator Plumbing and someone (Shawn) answered almost immediately. I was very impressed by that, someone answers their main number for emergency service. I told Shawn the situation and my address. He was very upfront about what he would do and what it would cost for him to do it. He was at my house within 20 minutes. Shawn was very professional and went above and beyond what I expected. When he left I knew exactly where I stood and my drains were flowing freely. I was charged exactly the amount I expected to be charged. You probably wont find someone who will show up in 20 minutes at 8 oclock on a Saturday night, but generally speaking you may find a company that charges slightly less than Alligator, there is probably a reason for that. These are the people you want to call.

    Had a blockage in my main sewage line. Called out a competitor of Alligator Plumbing Supply and Service. They cleaned it out said that I had roots and tried to push a multiple thousand dollar repair. I wasnt going to buy them so they left. By the next day it was backed up again.So I called Alligator Plumbing, they came out the same day they cleaned out the entire line. They did confirm that I had roots, but instead of trying to push expensive repairs, they made sure the line was actually clear of blockages and offered alternatives to those expensive repairs. If in the future if I do need to spend more money to repair the line, Ill call these guys.

    I had a leak in the walls behind my washing machine. With an elaborate valve system my husband put in 12 years ago before he died I thought the cost of repair would be enormous. A little less than hour, everything is working fine and the cost of repair was $250.00! Even got a suggestion from Chris, my plumber, to put a fan behind the washer to help dry the wet wood.     I went through Alligator Plumbing recently to get a sewer re-pipe performed. I have read reviews saying how they are expensive but what I CAN say is, the quotes I got from 5 other companies were $10-20k above what Alligator quoted me and they were willing to come down. They are rationale and we’re willing to work with me. All are very knowledgeable and extremely professional. I inspected as much of their work as I could, looking for anything to be wrong (Sorry Bobby lol) but I was very satisfied to find next to nothing. These are the guys you need for you plumbing and well… everything else that they offer. They’re jacks of all trades and masters of everything.Services ACTUALLY performed: sewer re-pipe, water main re-pipe, utility lines for a sink in the garage installed, water heater expansion tank removed and replaced with thermal expansion valve, bushes removed per request, repaired leaky valves that leaked after installation on utility line, advised me with sprinkler system. I may have even forgot a few services.Techs: Bobby, AW, Joey, Junior, and 2 others.👍👍

    The Tech responded fast confirmed he was on another job and as soon as he finished he be straight to our home. Showed up pointed out some other problems he noticed attempted to unclog the drain by climbing on the roof and going through the vent stack. Discovered what he believed was a broken pipe and informed me to have the camera inspection done during normal business our the next day to save a couple hundred dollars. If you want professionalism, courtesy, and job done right you find the right plumbing company.

    We called Alligator on July 3rd in the morning, and Eric showed up that same afternoon! We couldn’t believe it! We needed him to check our sink because we had suddenly lost water pressure and were concerned there was a leak somewhere that we couldn’t find. Eric diagnosed the issue in minutes! He then checked our water heaters for us and agreed we need to change them but didnt pressure us to feel like he had to do it. Overall, he was professional, he was friendly, and we were very happy with the service we received! Thank you Eric! Our sink works again!
