    I work in a fire department and we have used Rowell’s for our drain clearing on numerous occasions. So when my elderly parents had sewer/plumbing issues in their remote small town, I called Rowell’s because I trust them. From Kyle who looked at the job, to the outside crew who hand dug a sewer line to the plumber who ran all new drain pipes, you couldn’t ask for a more professional crew.We hired them to run all new drain lines on a 200 year old house. Drains ran around a rock pile foundation which is not easy to deal with. They installed a shower. We found broken sewer line which was hand dug in 15 degree weather and had to remove a cast coupling and put a new PVC pipe in its place.The office staff were extremely nice, working hard to get the crews to our house. The gentleman that tried to get them even earlier because of snow was a testament to the care of the employees.They are a professional company with professional employees. I had seen this at the fire dept. and I saw it at my parent’s house.Thank you Rowell’s services.

    Our recent experience with Rowell’s Services has been delightful. The office staff is extremely personable and the hard working, onsite crew take much pride in their work. They are readily available to handle any task from annual furnace cleanings to major emergency situations as they are equipped with the appropriate trucks and backhoes and everything you could possibly need for digging up a lawn or asphalt to get to the route of any underground pipe issue. A huge thank you to Kim, Kyle, Lacey, Joe and Raymond. We feel very fortunate to have such a company to call on.

    It began as slow drains and an overflowing basement toilet when showering. Called and scheduled a service visit which happily was the same day. Trevor arrived and quickly set to work. He extracted a large root ball from the main sewer line to city services. He was joined by Ben and within a hour or so water was again flowing thanks to a high pressure water jet. They also diagnosed the root cause (pun intended) to the problem. The main sewer line was severely infiltrated by roots. I watched the video taken from inside the line and saw the mess with my own eyes. I started envisioning a nightmare scenario. They assured me it wasnt quite that bad and explained trenchless sewer repair and recommended this a long term solution. I received a proposal very quickly, signed off and by luck of the draw the repair could began the next day.Over the course of the next 2 days Craig, Raymond & Keagan worked very hard doing the repair. At the end of the first day the line to the street was lined and flowing great. Day 2 the team removed a good bit of the old cast iron where the drains & sewer lines from different parts from the house came together and replaced with PVC. It needs to be said I have an old home (150+ years) and these poor guys ran into numerous unforeseen issues.The result looks great!! Ill never have to concern myself with this again.My thanks to Trevor, Ben, Craig, Raymond, Keagan & the couple other guys that were here but I did not get their names. Also thanks to Beth & Kim in the office.This a stressful situation for any homeowner and the folks at Rowells made it much much easier. All were professional and personable and just a pleasure to speak and work with.I didnt get photos of the great work that it now covered by earth and concrete but attached a couple of new PVC that replaced the old cast iron.Lastly, the guys cleaned up after the project was done and took away all the materials removed & replaced such as broken up concrete, cast iron and clay pipe and bricks. I didnt expect and I greatly appreciate it.

    Rowells Services has an excellent business model and do excellent work. The staff starting with the call into their office to the crew that shows up onsite. The office staff is very knowledgeable with understanding the service required, the urgency and scheduling a crew that can address the service. Communication and notifications are quick and easy to understand. The service crew keeps you informed of their arrival time and show up when they say their arriving. The service crew was well equipped and prepared to investigate and identify the service problem, as well make temporary repairs. They provided a clear explanation of the problem and a proposed repair, as well an on the spot estimate. The service crew was professional and very knowledgeable and did a great job.     Very professional work ethic. They explained what was involved with the repair of my hot water tank. Showed me a pic of what work was done to repair the tank. They even fixed my bathroom sink fixture so now I have water coming from the faucet as it should and no longer a dribble. Very Sociable while they made sure we got hot water. Ive used several of Rowells services and I highly recommend them.Very reasonable prices, quick to get the repair done in a professional way, and they do a great job.

    Overall Great experience. I have been having issues with my sewer line from the house to the main. I spoke with the town about using a CIPP system. Cured in place pipe. The town gave me the go ahead and told me Rowells from Tilton, NH had worked in the area. I gave them a call and spoke with Kim who was very helpful. She sent Ben #1 out to video tape what I had going on. Cast iron under slab looked okay. The clay pipes in the front yard had shifted 1/2. Roots continued to grow after every cleanout I did. After consideration with Kim and an opening the following day, I went ahead and hired Rowells. Ben #2 and crew arrived the next morning. Answered all questions and got right to work. Work was completed that day. I should be good for the next 50yrs. Highly recommend Rowells for this type of work.Big advantage of CIPP was not having to dig up the Rockwall in the front yard or the asphalt in the street!!

    When my water heater no longer was providing hot water, I didn’t hesitate to call Rowell Services for help. They scheduled my service immediately, sent me info about who was coming, when and what time I could expect the technicians. Rowell Services staff are friendly, knowledgeable and courteous. The equipment is solid and works as it should. In fact, the technicians make sure that everything works in proper order before they leave your home. The two Rowell employees, Joe and Jason, who replaced my tank were super young men and I wish them the best and send my heartfelt thanks for a job well done. I’m a very happy customer. Make your first service call to Rowell Services….you won’t regret it.

    Excellent service! They came and gave an estimate for rerouting the water softener. They then emailed the estimate to me. I approved it and they scheduled it quickly. On the day of service they arrived a little late but came in with two crews. One crew worked inside doing the plumbing and the other crew worked outside digging a trench and laying pipe. Overall it took two hours which I found very reasonable. I was very pleased overall with their professionalism and the job. I highly recommend Rowells!

    Rowells helped us with a brand new foundation drain install. It was quite the ordeal and took 3 days but they did an excellent job. It involved removing the failed drain and replacing it with a brand new one. They left everything in good shape and we are thankful for their work and hope that our house drains well for a long time.     Rowell’s plumbers are the best in the business and we were so grateful that they came so quickly after we requested an appointment online regarding a leak in our basement stand pipe. Within just an hour of Rowell’s plumbers getting to our house, the pipe was fixed and was good as new! We will always reach out to Rowell’s Services for all of our plumbing and HVAc needs in the future!!

    My experience with Rowells Services was outstanding, from the very professional woman who scheduled the appointment to the highly competent and dedicated men who actually did the work. The person who picked up the phone could not have been nicer or more knowledgeable, and I really appreciated the text reminders leading up to the actual service. On the day of the service the technician, Rick Casey, called to let me know he was coming, showed up on time and did a very thorough job not only cleaning my mini-split system (as I had requested), but also a couple of individual kerosene heaters (which had I forgotten to ask about in advance). All good, but it got better. After Rick was done I decided to run the systems since they hadnt been used for a couple of months, but they didnt work properly. Luckily he was still in my driveway generating another quote for me. At this point it was after 4:00 PM on a Friday, but Rick immediately came back in and worked hard to diagnose the problem. He then called in another guy, Andy, who happened to be nearby. Together they worked for two more hours, finally determining that there was a leak in the system. With the kerosene heaters as back-up this was not an emergency situation, so I suggested several times that these guys go home and start their weekends, and we could schedule them to come back another time. They kept choosing to stay, until finally wrapping up around 6:30 PM, once they felt they had a good grasp of the situation. I tried multiple times to offer both tips for this above and beyond service, but neither would hear of it. They are just a couple of real pros who take genuine pride in their work. Rowells will always be my first call anytime I need a service that they offer!

    Imagine an enormous septic backup with the holidays coming! It was bad news. From a shifted pipe underground under snow to an aging-out waste pipe under the cellar floor, we had more than a simple plumbing clog. Rowell’s came and cleared out the pipes to get us through Thanksgiving. Major repairs were discussed, agreed on, and scheduled. We arranged for clean up and sanitation. Then Rowell’s came and worked HARD to get all the problems solved. They’re good, they’re fast, and the guys are great to work with.

    I called Rowells when I needed a new water heater. I was able to quickly schedule a replacement installation on the first call for early the next day. Great communication, very courteous and professional technician, and quick and thorough installation that brought my heater up to code. Very refreshing to call a service and know that you will be able to speak with someone live! Keep up the good work!

    Rowells did a great job installing our new hot water heater. When my tank sprang a leak on a Sunday, the technician talked me through how to maneuver the shut off valve over the phone, which was a huge help. On Monday, the service technician explained everything that needed to be done, and he started the job. Later the second technician came and together they completed the job. They were both extremely professional. I felt confident throughout the process. All the office personnel I spoke with for a variety of reasons were extremely friendly and helpful. I highly recommend Rowells Services.

    I cant say enough great things about my first experience using Rowells! We had an apt scheduled for Xmas eve and in typical NH fashion it was snowing a wet slippery mix first thing in the morning. I recieved a call from Kelly letting me know our driver had slid backwards down my road and was having trouble reaching us . I was able to clear our road enough for him to make it up ( which he came right back to do in short time) . Jesse was incredibly kind, very knowledgeable, and saved our butts just in time for Christmas! Would definitely use Rowells again next time !

    From my first emergency call to the company on a Saturday morning, this company was amazing. I received a text and picture of the technician coming to my home. Nolan was professional, courteous, but made it well known my boiler was not to used. Comfort manager Chad arrived a few hours later, after receiving a call and a text photo, with a temporary hot water heater. He also described the options we had for replacing our system. Less than a week later, two teams arrived at my home for the day. Boiler and hot water systems were removed and replaced. Every single person on site that day was knowledgeable and courteous. Hardly a bit of material was left behind to know they had been there. No issues since.Considering this is one of the worst things that can happen to a home owner…boiler and hot water needing replacing…this company made it easy to get by in the interim, replace, and move on. I could not recommend them enough. Thank you SO much!

    My Elderly Grandma had a flood in her 1800s farmhouse and her furnace was damaged. Rowells to the rescue!Ricky the technician came and had us up and running in no time!     The service was great! I had a slow/blocked drain and the 2 service people who came out were very good and fixed my problem. The only reason I did not give Rowell 5 stars is because the cost was very high. But they let me know the cost when I booked and they came out same day which I desperately needed.

    Rowell did a phenomenal job at installing a new water tank and remote, Bluetooth main water shutoff valve. They gave us constant updates, provided pictures, were at the house when they said they’d be here and were very reasonable price. Would highly recommend!

    Over the holiday weekend I had a plumbing issue to deal with. I called Rowells and was able to have a technician come the same day. Although there was an additional service fee, it was well worth it to avoid further damages to the system.The customer service was top notch from scheduling the appointment, receiving notification that the technician was on his way, and the courtesy and thoroughness of the technician. I highly recommend Rowells!

    These guys did great work, very satisfied with that, which is not always easy to find. The scheduling system is a bit rigid making it clunky if you have multiple jobs that need done and work duration is not clearly known. We end up paying for multiple trips as a result.

    I use Rowells for our septic service. Ive had them over a few times over the years and never had an issue. Their system keeps you up to date when to expect the technicians to show up which is helpful. The guys have always been great and get the job done right and quickly.     Roswell’s is a terrific company with a professional and friendly culture, reflected in every team member who has visited our home over many years for different types of service. In this case we needed a water heater replacement, which required an assessment by Craig Buker. Craig came out on a Sunday morning, since the water heater failed overnight. Our water heater is located in a very small, confined space nearly boxed in by our water treatment system. After determining that a replacement was needed, Craig was thorough in completely draining the old one without causing any leakage. He then explained what our options were and said he’d speak with his office to coordinate a day to install a replacement. I spoke to Christine on Monday afternoon and explained that we were going away for a few nights and that we’d really appreciate it if they could do the installation while we were away. She scheduled it for Wednesday, and we came home Thursday afternoon to hot water restored to the house. Rowell’s is hands down the best when it comes to plumbing, well line service, mini-split maintenance, and so much more to keep your home on track!

    I was very impressed with all of the workers, they were all very professional and courteous. The person in charge of putting in our sewer line did an amazing job and explained why they did certain things.     We had a plumbing issue in our basement which needed attention quickly. I called Rowells and they made an appt. for the next day. The office lady handled my phone call in a very professional manner, and the two plumbers who came to the house were friendly and knowledgeable.     Rowell’s went above and beyond to take care of my drainage problem. They finished the job in one day, repaired the lawn and reseeded the grass. After I signed off on the job I wasn’t quite satisfied with the placement of my granite steps and they were kind enough to send their crew and excavator back out to fix them. I appreciate their professionalism and willingness to make everything right.

    Rowell Services relined my sewer pipe, which was Bermico, the tar-wrapped CARDBOARD pipe used for sewers in Manchester between the 40’s & 70’s. They were upfront, honest and $10,000 less than the other 3 quotes I received for excavation/pipe bursting. Their workmen were respectful and highly competent. When the project was finished, they cleaned up my basement and hauled away all the old pipe and concrete slabs they had removed. I HIGHLY RECOMMENDthis company and will be using them myself for future projects.

    Water tank sprung a leak in the middle of the night. Contacted Rowells and they came over the next day. Said whoever installed my heater did not follow code and used black iron connectors which were rotted. They provided a temporary solution until they installed a new one the very next day. Their master plumber, Brandon is very knowledgeable. Cost more than I would have liked but comforting with Rowell as a very professional firm. I would use them again.

    Had a backed up pipe, called Rowells and had a tech here in under 30 minutes. Went with a full line replacement from the house too the street and the quote was better than our expectations. They cleared the schedule for the next day and were here on time (bright and early). These guys worked their butts off all day in the 90 degree heat. They worked until almost 9 at night trying to get the yard as perfect as they could. The inside work was left clean. Couldnt have asked for any better service! I would recommend them to anyone that needs major plumbing work completed!

    Excellent service and a very honest company. We have used Rowells for about 10 years and have always experienced helpful, pleasant, experienced and professional people.Our recent experience was to request that our septic tank be pumped. The woman I spoke with advised we could go at least another 12-24 months before pumping would be needed. We explained why we wanted it pumped so she scheduled a date for us. When the technician showed up, he advised the same thing. In fact, it was the same person as last time, so he knew our house. I explained the circumstance for requesting an early cleaning. When he finished he advised that our concrete tanks were in good shape and our septic wouldnt need to be pumped for three years.I highly recommend Rowells services.

    Garrett and Mike offered to arrive ahead of the scheduled call which was great! They cleared the clog the previous service could not the best they could!!! Water was now flowing as expected. They explained the root issues will continue to be a problem until a length of pipe is replaced. they are coming by for a free estimate to perform that work. Overall, very satisfied!! I would definitely use them again!

    My central air failed Sunday night. I called that evening and was able to schedule an appointment for the very next day which was awesome especially with the weather heat reaching well over 90° Ricky arrived at my home at a very convenient time on Monday. He was very knowledgeable and very personable. He first tried replacing what he though was a failed capacitor(I thought that as well) and that did not solve the problem. He very promptly diagnosed my problem as being the contactor which is very similar to a relay. What I was most impressed with was that he reinstalled my original capacitor stating that he did not want to charge me for a part that I didnt need. Honesty and integrity goes a very long way in my book.Ricky is a valuable asset to your company and your lucky to have him. ...extremely happy customer. :)

    I heard a radio ad about pipe inspections done by camera for an extremely affordable price.I had a suspicion that there was an issue in my sewer line so I gave them a call at 8:30 in the morning to inquire and schedule an appointment and they had a technician on site at my home within a couple hours.The technician, Kyle, came in and I explained to him what I’ve experienced over the past 7 years of owning this 95 year old house which was just basically random clogging of the pipe in the basement bathroom. Within minutes he had the toilet off and his camera going down the pipe.He discovered the issue within the first ten feet of inspection.My suspicions were confirmed.There were roots from shrubbery having a party in my pipe.Rowell Services technician, Kyle, really knows his job. He was very professional and knowledgeable about the whole process and possible remedies to rectify the problem.He was extremely fast and also very clean in the way he performed his tasks. I definitely recommend this company if you’re having any issues with your sewer/plumbing lines . 5 ⭐️’s from me!

    Frist of all, they actually answer the phone! A water heater died in a rental unit. For three days the local craftsmen did not even bother to return my call. Luckily Rowell had a serviceman in the area. He arrived at the property a few hours later, determined that the heater had totally failed, took the old heater out, called to have a heater brought to the apartment and it was installed within a few hours. Should have called them first. Top of the list now!

    On the 17th of June 2024 we called rowells to fix a no water situation at our home. The sent out a very good tech and he diagnosed the problem very quickly. A simple removal of pressure switch cover and a light tap on the body of the switch and power to well pump was restored in less than a minute. I was told that the fee was going to be waived and expected that we were good. While the tech was there I asked him if he could replace the inline water filter that was on site and he said he could do that. I was shocked at the $1205.00 estimate to replace an item you can buy at home improvement stores for under a hundred bucks but it needed to be done to have safe water. The Tech was great. Friendly very professional. I voiced my concerns in an e- mail an never heard a word back till today when Kim called wondering if we are going to move forward with an estimated $8000.00 sump pump job. Probably not. So much for Rowells concern for our satisfaction. Buyer beware. Been using them for years and we are very disappointed 😞Amended review 26 July 2024A new plumbing issue arose today and I called Rowells and Kim, Jason and Chris jumped into action to resolve not only my current issue but that aforementioned issue as well with The utmost Professionalism and sincere concern for our satisfaction.     Rowells is one of the most amazing companies that Ive ever done business with. I just bought a fixer-upper home in Franklin, and needed some repairs and upgrades done. Every single person who showed up to my home were absolutely perfect.- On time with the schedule that was set.- Convenient text message to remind me.- Workmanship is beyond my expectations.- They left my place cleaner then the found it.- Very friendly and a pleasure to talk with.The first part was the bath tub. I didnt want my mom climbing into a traditional tub because shes old and disabled. These guys carefully removed the old tub and professionally installed a walk-in shower stall. I could not believe how fantastic it looks and functions. Thank you for a doing such a wonderful thing!The second part was the hot water heater. The boiler that came with the house didnt work. Rowells presented me with just about every option under the sun and gave me all the pros and cons of each. I decided to go with a tankless hot water on demand unit. Those guys did such a stellar job of routing the plumbing, the water lines, the gas lines, and the electrician went above and beyond to make the new circuit so neatly installed, it looks like it was installed there since the house was built. The pipes, the hoses, the power lines, the circuit breakers in the box.Its been a few days since theyve finished, and I still cant believe how happy I am with the amount of bang I got for my buck by going with Rowells. Theyre much more than professional at Rowells. Theyre down to earth and still retain the human factor when dealing with their customers.     As an owner of a short term rental home in the area quite possibly the worst call is to get that there is septic water backing up into the house!     On Nov 13, made contact with Rowells Services relative to a leaking hot water tank. This was not considered an emergency, as they were responding to folks without heat first. Totally understand. We were given the date of Nov 27 for our appointment. Jarrod came on day identified and looked at and provided an estimate for what we needed relative to a replacement. Initially, we were going to be scheduled at another later date (@ 2 more weeks for resolution), however, Jarrod contacted his office to determine if it could be accomplished earlier. Jarrod and a partner came back and performed actual replacement next day, Nov 28. We were very relieved as we are not present full time, and as this location was a condo were afraid of leakage occurring and impacting our neighbors on either side. We appreciated the fast installation and both were very professional and did a fantastic job! Would definitely use them again!!!!
