    Just purchased my first home and unfortunately had a few issues with the plumbing. This company was awesome with working around my schedule and keeping me updated. The service technician who came out to do the repairs was amazing. He kept us informed of what was going on and was very friendly. Will definitely be using this company again for future service.

    I recently moved into a new home and discovered there were a couple leaks to attend to. After doing some research on local plumbing options I decided to go with Roto-Rooter as they have been trusted in this business for decades.I was lucky enough to be assigned Shawn as my plumbing technician.Sean handled installing a new sink with faucet, two water supply lines and three water shut-off valves. He also handled installing a new main water shut-off valve and two frost free outdoor spigots.Shawn was very thorough in his work and insured everything was completely leak free when finished and he cleaned up after himself as he went along.When all was said and done I was provided with a very fair invoice, which had been communicated with me up front. There were no surprises. Shawn also provided some recommendations based on things he saw with my plumbing as he was completing my work. This information was invaluable as new homeowners do like to have a list of things that will need to be addressed going down the road.I was highly satisfied with the work completed and feel completely confident that it was done properly. I would not hesitate to contact Roto-Rooter again for any plumbing needs. You should also not hesitate to reach out to Roto-Rooter if you were weighing your options on plumbers in the area.

    Called them when I was in a bind. Saturday afternoon, initially said they would come from 5-7pm, then the tech named Mason called me within 20 minutes and said he was about 15 min away!     The tech showed up in the time frame we were given and he worked hard to find out where our pipe was clogged. He used multiple different tools to find and fix the clog and even though he had other people waiting on him he still finished the job without leaving us hanging.     Our technician Wade did a phenomenal job replacing our team old hot water heater on a a Sunday evening. We requested it be done ASAP and that was not a problem at all. When he was finished he cleaned up everything like he was never there. Very professional and respectful. I will be requesting him for some more additional work in the very near future.

    Our service technician, Michael C., was outstanding, going above & beyond during our night time call!! Friendly, patient, and explained everything as he went through the steps of clearing out our septic pipe. We went from backed up lines throughout the house,to clear drains in about an hour.     I was a bit apprehensive about Scheduling an online appointment with Roto Rooter, not knowing who would be receiving the message. However, I got a quick email and voice reply and next day appt scheduled. Due to unexpected complications with jobs before us, the assigned plumber was not able to make his scheduled time, but we were kept apprised of the delays.When he did arrive we were pleasantly surprised with the experience and professionalism he displayed, and he quickly diagnose our problems and went to work fixing them. We would expect to call Roto Rooter again with any plumbing issues that we have, and hope that they would send the same plumber out!

    Shaun came and augered out both toilets because they were flushing slowly, and he cleaned out the outside line to the manhole. He was a pleasure to work with. We talked about replacing both toilets at some point because they are almost 40 years old. I will do them one at a time because of expense. Roto Rooter has emergency hours, and that is a big plus, too.

    Jim took the time to resolve a leaking bathtub faucet issue after we tried replacing with a new faucet. The leak became a stream of water. We called a local plumber and they told us we had bought a faulty replacement and gave us no solution. Jim from Roto Rooters looked at it more closely and found the stems of the new faucet were not compatible. He fixed the issue with the right stems. I appreciated his expertise and solution. I may not have stated the technical stuff correctly......this is my understanding. Overall my issue was addressed and resolved in a few hours when the other plumbing person gave me no solution. Will definitely use them again for my plumbing and heating issues.
