    We have had Tiffin Deluxe doing our work since the house was built, over 30 years. They do such quality work , we only have to have them out for regular maintenance or updating systems . They come quickly, and all the employees are very knowledgeable and polite. We truly appreciate the service we have received over the years!!

    Tiffin Deluxe really saved the day for us! We found out we had at least one gas leak in our basement on Sunday, which means gas was immediately turned off. We called another local company first with a horrible experience and the problem still wasnt fixed. Finally Tuesday evening we called Tiffin Deluxe. John came out on Wednesday and was so professional and knowledgeable from the start. He fixed 3 leaks and retested everything to make sure we wouldnt have any more trouble when Columbia came back to turn the gas on. Price was very reasonable and the service turned our negative experience into a positive one. We will always choose Tiffin Deluxe in the future!

    Was having issues with my central air unit, called them and they came out next day. (Per my request, sounded like they were going to come same day. But I was at work). Tech’s name was Patrick, he was super nice and explained everything and answered any questions I had. My bill was ALOT cheaper than I was expecting. If I have any issues in the future, they will be getting my business!

    The 2-man team, 1 of who was the owner, came out on Christmas Eve, which was a Saturday as well! They were able to get us up and our furnace working within 30 minutes! And they didnt charge an arm and a leg for the service call! Would definitely recommend them!!

    I had a problem with my water heater and my pipes making a jack hammer noise. First, I was impressed they had someone answering the phone. She listened to my problems and referred me to Jon. He contacted me quickly. My problems were not emergent so it took a couple days to come out and assess what I needed. I thought this was perfectly reasonable as I had hired another plumber for this job in August. I am still waiting on his quote. In the end it only took a week to order the parts and fix everything. Their work is neat and they were timely. I was informed of the entire process before they got started so I could have an opportunity to ask questions. I am very happy with the job they did and will absolutely hire them in the future.

    Im doing a large home renovation, and was at a standstill with my bathroom due to a very clogged bathtub drain. Other companies couldnt fit me in for at least five days, but Tiffin Deluxe came out within a half hour. Jake and Jake had my drain cleared in 45 minutes, and we were just so impressed with the service we received. Will most definitely use this company in the future. I might also mention that they were cheaper than other local companies as well.

    Called them for a flooded basement at 9am on a Sunday. By 10:15am they had a repairman on site. Nate fixed the problems quickly and gave some pointers along the way. The price was very reasonable considering the after hours charge, parts, and labor. I highly recommend Tiffin Deluxe for any HVAC or plumbing jobs.

    I have to apologize. During this fall, 2017 - I wrote the following. For some reason or another - it did not post.None the less, I am not from this area. I have no affiliation with Tiffin Deluxe. Other than receiving spectacular service - on the phone, with installation and thereafter.I will be always quite appreciative. During such an urgent situation - Tiffin Deluxe came out. Their estimate was $2k less than their largest competitor, and the product was far superior then what the other outfit offered.I had quite a large heating system replaced. From having the estimate provided - to service after the installation was done, beginning to end, I have not had a better experience with any other outfit... I am from out west - L.A. and Vegas, have had a couple houses built, so that is saying something.My first choice, with any of the services they provide, will be for Tiffin Deluxe.

    I have used Tiffin Deluxe at my last residence in Tiffin and guys were always great, did fantastic job on a well pump repair and during a winter snow storm I had an emergency where I had water gushing into my basement from a blown fitting under the pressure tank.I moved to Fostoria recently and was looking for a local company to service my fuel oil furnace. I was so thankful they serviced these heating systems. Dan and a younger fellow came out and did a great job in cleaning all the soot buildup and installing the proper size and type of nozzle.     Had some trouble with scheduling, but once they got that figured out, the service people were very kind, informative, cleaned up after themselves, and did a high quality job. They replaced a faucet in my bathroom and I would 100% call them again for my plumbing needs.
