    This is the second time that I have used Kratzer Electric. - Terry is always on time, courteous and does a professional job. First was a basement finish job where he did all the outlets and fans. This time he Installed the pipe, wire, junction box, NEMA14-50 receptacle, cover and 2 pole-50 amp breaker charger installation. I also think that he charges a reasonable for his outstanding work.

    The Kratzer team installed light junction boxes in three bedrooms for me. They were beyond friendly and polite, very responsive, and the pricing was extremely reasonable. They left the bedrooms cleaner than they found them. Highly recommend and would use again.

    We did some remodling which necesitated several new electrical outelts and movement of some existing ones. Also R&R of a couple of fans. Terry Kratzer was outstanding. He ot only did evertything we wanted but made several suggestions on even better approaches. When he was done everythinng was exactly as we wanted it and even better! He is a master electrician and even did some work in the attic and basement to get juice where we needed it on the main level. He is fast, efficient, very professional and extremly neat! When he finished one of many projects you didnt even know he had been there! Wonderful gentleman to work with. I kept his card and would not consider using anybody else on any future electrical jobs that come up!!111

    Our outlets werent working in our house. We were told by another electrician it would take 4-6 hours to fix the issue because it was complex. Not only did Kratzer come out the week I called, they diagnosed and fixed the problem within an hour! Had it not been for them, we would still be waiting to get our electrical fixed and most likely for triple the cost!! Will definitely be using them in the future. .

    Kratzer Electric did a awesome job with my custom wiring job. When no one else but high end stereo installers would help me fish speaker wires through the attic, Krater Electric came through. They were on time, and they professionally replied via text and call quickly.We made a custom plan that worked for both of us using their expertise. He had creative ideas which bypassed my main worry about the structure of the house. They had the project that would have taken me 8+ hours alone to do, in 3 hours, and for way less than all of the outrageous quotes I already had to just run two simple electrical speaker lines up and and into my attic, back into my living room.Thanks, Kratzer Electric.
