I feel blessed to have found this company. The office staff is extremely pleasant, informative and efficient.The service personnel has the same professionalism and work ethic, seemingly a rare commodity in today’s world.The company we had dealt with prior was a nightmare. Not only unreliable but would make appointments for servicing our generator and then not show on multiple occasions (2 months).Highest praise for Williams Electric Service and Generators. ⭐️

We decided to purchase our Generac from Williams Electric for one reason, the people that work for this great company! From our first contact with Ms Allison, to Mr Lavone coming to our home and explaining our options to Mr Dusty, Mr Garrett and Mr Jaylen doing our installation, everyone was truly outstanding. Williams Electrical was professional, prompt, courteous and respectful. Our total experience with these great people and this outstanding company was flawless.
