    5 STARS!!!! Scott with Palmers Heating & Air Conditioning was absolutely amazing. We arrived home to find water dripping from our filter unit and our air conditioning not working. I reached out to the company and Scott promptly came to our assistance. He kept us informed about his arrival time and was very professional throughout. After identifying the issue, he efficiently resolved it. Scotts friendly demeanor made it feel like family was helping us instead of a contractor.     I called after business hours and received a call early the next morning to schedule a service call. Doug arrived on time (early in the two-hour window). He diagnosed the problem, made sure I understood the issue, and also gave me tips on maintaining my system. Repairs were completed in a timely manner. The price was very reasonable and actually a little less than originally quoted!I will definitely call Palmer’s Heating & Air again and will gladly recommend them to others.

    Doug Hunt HVAC came out and looked at our heat pump system and found that the system had to be replaced, and that the ducts were made of fiberboard and were full of mold. He said that they were two weeks behind. We agreed to the cost quoted and had the work done. They replaced the entire system and ducts. They actually got it done a week sooner than expected, Thank you Doug Hunt for a great job. We will be recommending you to our friends.

    Had my air unit quit blowing cold air on a Sunday Morning. Waited till after Church and lunch to call. Scott came out and found the problem quickly and also had the part on the truck to fix it.     Outstanding, prompt, and courteous service. On 5/25/2019 my a/c stopped working, and I called Palmers Heating & Air Conditioning, and a repairman arrived within 1 hour! He then diagnosed the root cause of the problem (bad fuse and low coolant), and corrected both in about 1 hour. My a/c is backup up and running! Fantastic! I was very surprised to find a company that could help me so quickly. I would recommend this company to anyone in need of a/c repair work.
