    I called Hansen to fix my electric water heater. I got a plumber instead of an electrician. At that point I was upset because I knew it was something electrical. Any Skyler came out and he worked it as best he could. But realized this is an electrical issue. You would have thought he would have given up but he called his boss and he got it back working. He did suggest that I get their electrician to look at my breaker box in my house because of the age and the condition of my box. I appreciate him for not giving up on my situation. He has excellent customer service.

    We initially called a competitor that has an office in our community. We had high hopes for the competitor until they gave us a quote. My brother has been telling me about Hansen for years. He uses them for everything and now I see why. Hansen came out and gave us a great price and the work was done on time and done right.     Hansen has a very polite and efficient group of receptionist and appointment schedulers.We have worked with both the plumbing and electrical staff with projects at our home. I have found them both to be excellent communicators with the project at hand , good communicators with the appointment timetable and very respectful of the homeowner.We have worked with Tyler in the electrical department and he reflects the value of fair and good work , attention to detail, appreciation of the homeowners questions or concerns , and a value of going the extra mile

    I’m very pleased with this company.I needed an estimate to install an electric tankless water heater. They arrived on time, they were very knowledgeable, and they explained everything very well. Within the hour, they had communicated with another Hansen team to coordinate the plumbing side to get this job handled.But my favorite part of the entire experience was their manners! I’m old school and I appreciate that. These guys were very respectful and they had manners.

    Prompt, friendly, quick, and professional. I cant say enough about what great service Will and Hansen Electric provided. I just called yesterday (Sunday), and they called me back right away and scheduled for today. Will gave me an estimate - and then was able to do the job on the spot. He was completely finished in an hour, and was very responsive and helpful while here. This is how all home repair/service should be. Many thanks - we will definitely call Hansen next time too!

    I recently used Hansen Super Techs to service my HVAC system. Roger D, was the technician that serviced my unit. He was professional, friendly, courteous and very knowledgeable. He took the time to explain everything to me and was available for followup. Because of his expertise, I will definitely continue to use Hansen for all of my HVAC needs. Highly recommend!

    Fast, reliable service!! We use them for home generator service. Gary is an awesome person and great service tech. With this company, they are fast and reliable with great customer service. We needed repairs prior to hurricane season and other companies would not service until season was over. We called Hansen and they came right on out. Again, great company!!8/15/2022Its been a year since the above post.Gary came out to do a generator check. Gary comes out twice a year for maintenance under their affordable service plan. Gary is very professional and personable. He goes above and beyond. I really dont know what we would do without him!!

    Initially, they were going to schedule me for a few days away. After I described the problem, Candace thought it was something that needed immediate attention and worked me in the same day. The guys that showed up were young. However, they were very friendly and knowledgeable. They found the problem in less than 5 minutes. The repair also took took roughly 5 minutes. They labeled my fuse box so in the future, I’d know which breakers were to what. I would definitely use them again.

    5 stars for these two young men. Andrew & Adam installed my upgraded meter panel as well as my generator electrical. They worked flawlessly together to complete the task in a timely manner. They were prompt & courteous and more than happy to answer the questions I had. They cleaned the work area of all debris. I’m thoroughly satisfied with the work they performed.

Given I never give reviews, good or bad, this team deserves an exceptional review for the work they did and correcting issues.

    I am very impressed with how smooth everything went and how professionally everything was done. I contacted them via website thursday evening, they followed up with me the next morning and had someone out that afternoon to do an estimate. I had my estimate prior to the tech pulling out of my driveway via text and email. They had what they needed to do the job in stock and scheduled the install for the following Monday morning. Though they gave me a three hour window, the technician arrived at the top end of the window and completed the job in a reasonable amount of time. I have not had a chance to test out my new manual transfer switch but, if their professionalism is a indicator of their quality workmanship I am positive I will have zero issues.

    Wonderful company from start to finish. Reliable, timely, professional and fantastic electricians. Evan and Kasey were beyond phenomenal. They figured out and fixed what 2 other electrical companies messed up and couldnt fix. Huge headache for our home-based business which needs the electric to be working and reliable for our wedding venue customers. They made the headache go away.     Thank you Will and Landon for helping with my services today. I had a new outlet installed for my stove and a light fixed (which really wasnt broken, just a install error on my part) .     Gary Hall from Hansen Super Techs, came out today to trouble shoot and repair my whole house generator . As usual he found the problem and repaired it in no time. There is no tech in Baldwin or Mobile counties that are any better than Gary. I have been through at least 6 other techs who profess to know their profession but is quite suspect to me. Gary also takes his time explaining the problem and is very professional and courteous. Thanks again Gary. Youre the best!

    Quick same day response, within a matter of hours. We are snowbirds out of state. Our neighbor let us know our home was hit by lightning knocking out the breaker coming into the house at the pole. Hansens team of professionals coordinated with the power company to get our electricity back up and running in no time. Neighbors commented on how polite and knowledgeable Hansens employees were at getting the problem solved. We were able to handle everything with a few phone calls. Would highly recommend this service anytime.

    Our house was struck by lightning which caused a tripped breaker and loss of electricity in certain areas. The guys inspected and confirmed it was due to an indirect lightning strike. They were informative & quick. It didn’t take them long to retrieve a smart switch that needed replacing. JM even recommended getting an all home surge protector to prevent further issues like this which they acquired and installed for us.

    My experience was also excellent. I cant say enough about how professional and courteous everyone was when I finally had to replace my AC unit, after 30 years. They responded very quickly. I like the 10 year warranty for parts but also a 10-year warranty labor and annual inspections included. Five thumbs up. :)

    I was so happy with the work that was done. Very neat and professional. The tech was very nice and curious. This is a great company to use and I will only use them. They do everything. I had hot water tank problems. The plumber came and I needed electrical work done before he could install my new hot water. Hansen sent the best one, he solved my problem. Now waiting on the plumber to install the new one. If you ever need a plumber, electrical work, air conditioning done HANSEN is who you call, they probably do a lot more than I listed, but they help me with all my needs. Thank you Hansen!!

    This is the third time someone has worked on our kitchen island outlets and we’re unable to solve the problem.Ryan and the guy working today resolved the issue. The wiring was shorted out.     The hurricane ripped the power service mast out of the roof. They created new hole and replaced everything with new and completed the job. Three gentlemen, very polite, very professional and friendly. When the linemen came after they left, they told me they forgot to put something on to connect to on the wires I don’t know anything about that. The linemen got stuff from their truck and hooked it up told me not to worry about calling them back they’d handle it and they did. Again I don’t know what they were referring to. I was pleased with everyone’s part in the job. I have power that’s all I know. It was expensive but we have power and are home. Thank you.

    We hired Hansen for service upgrade, and everything about it was excellent from start to finish- from the estimate and pricing, to the install, clean up and invoicing. The ladies in the office are top notch- theyll get you an answer for any question you have. The young man on the job, JM Lawrence, is fantastic. The scheduling and coordination with city inspector and Alabama Power was seamless, lightning fast and efficient. This is the best company weve dealt with in Mobile, and well be using Hansen Electric, as well as their plumbing and HVAC (again, best estimates and service so far), for all our needs moving forward with remodeling and maintenance.

    A couple of certified electrical technicians came over same day once explained problem to customer service at call-in; it was almost an emergency situation as the power outlet had blown, smoking, and caused a fire in the wall. I am sure glad these two guys knew what they were doing by replacing the outlet and testing the electricity at the panel and new outlet for power.
