After being told that we needed to replace our heat pump by two companies here in The Dalles, I called Lundell and when they came out they looked things over and told me that my heat pump can be fixed. After doing the work, which was fast, my unit is running and works great. Thank you so much for your professional service. I highly recommend this company to anyone needing repairs or work on their units!

I rarely give reviews but I’m SO thrilled with the work that Lundell did in repairing our heat pump!! He saved us a fortune. Other HVAC folks said it couldn’t be repaired and gave us quotes for new systems. Rod said we should give it a try. I’m so glad we did! He was very professional and cleaned up around the heat pump. It’s hard to find good honest technicians. These folks know what they’re doing. We will use them for plumbing too!

We had two plumbing companies come and give estimates for a new bathroom install, and we liked Lundell the most. Rod was our plumber, and he was nice and did great work. They also repaired a couple random other things and plumbed a new septic connection for us. They worked very quickly and efficiently. I had no complaints.

I have called Lundell for service multiple times, both for plumbing and HVAC work. They are efficient, polite, and professional. Rod had my AC problem diagnosed in a short period of time and let me know what it cost to repair. His wide range of experience made short work of my complicated problem. On the plumbing side, they showed up promptly with everything they needed to not only clean out my drain, but also to make the repairs I needed. Lundell is the company I call for HVAC or plumbing repairs.
