    Tims crew, Ryan and Nate, literally just left my house after doing a phenomenal job problem solving the best way to put an outlet on the outside of my house so it was aesthetically pleasing for my recent installed awning. It was a complicated job and they did it without exterior piping or making holes inside my home and no cords showing. They were able to move the outside speaker without complication as well and exactly where I wanted it. It looks so great and Im very pleased with the outcome!

    Highly recommend. Tim & his associate Pete came back for a second job. Not only were they on time & prepared, they were professional & trustworthy. When they were finished they cleaned up everything & took all the trash with them. The best part was that these 2 guys work extremely well together and it was literally fun yet professional.     Tim and his crew are a delightful bunch of happy electricians. Tim’s leadership, vision, and intelligent direction was perfectly complimented by Ryan and Pete’s skillful execution of their trade. They worked in concert together so well that it was like being in the presence of 3 master artisans!!! I was in absolute AWE of the final product.A touching moment was when Tim’s wife and daughters came by to see daddy hard at work.     We had an electrical issue on a Friday night and called 4 electricians. Tim was the only one to respond and came out that night to fix the issue. Because of his responsiveness and professionalism we ended up using him for a future home project. Tim and his team installed all new lighting fixtures throughout our home, a new ceiling fan and mounted TVs. I was impressed with their flexibility in scheduling and reasonable pricing. Not to mention he came with a huge crew and they completed everything within a few hours. He will absolutely be our first call next time we need electrical help!!

    I had 2 ring cameras installed and had no outlets for them to connect to. Tim came and evaluated the project and gave me a very reasonable price and timeline for the project, compared to others I had gotten a quote from. Nelson and his apprentice came and did the wiring for the two cameras and added 2 outlets within 2 hours. They seem very experienced and knowledgeable! Very respectful of your home and cleaned everything up right after finishing. I would definitely work with them again!

    Weve worked with Tim and his team on several projects over the past few years and have been very satisfied with the outcome of each project. Ive found them to be responsive, whether its through email, phone or text. Work has always been performed timely, communicated well and been completed within the estimated budget. Any deviation from the quote has been communicated with us before moving forward with work that may result in an additional charge, which I appreciate knowing I have a choice in what to do next. In particular, Nelson has been an excellent contact from the Santos team. The teams overall have been pleasant to work with, arrive on time, perform high quality work and are open to discussing options so that the end result is the best one we can all agree on. As a woman, I also appreciate that I have always had a good experience with the Santos team; Ive always been treated with respect and spoken to the same as they speak to my husband. Since I work at home, Im often the one on site to answer spur of the moment questions and make decisions to help move our projects forward.     We had an electrical problem with our bathroom fan vent that needed to be replaced immediately due to a possible fire hazard. I called Tim first thing in the morning and explained the situation. Tim had me send a picture of the vent we had so he knew what kind to bring for the fix. Tim showed up the same day, was in and out within 15 minutes and we had a brand new fully functional fan vent for our bathroom. I was completely impressed with the service, professionalism and the pricing. I have already recommended Tim to a friend to use for an issue in there home and would recommend him to anyone else that needs work done efficiently and timely!

    Timothy Santos Electric replaced and upgraded our electric panel, wall mounted a TV, added ceiling fans and lights to rooms that didnt have any, installed light fixtures, put in a bunch of recessed lighting, and did all our central air wiring for us. Tim was very responsive, and was able to give us great advice on what would look good. Him and his team were very personable, and made sure we were kept aware of progress throughout the work. Every looks amazing, they finished on time, and they left the house clean and tidy when we got back. I would 100% recommend working with Tim, you will not be disappointed!

    Timothy was quite responsive. I called and needed an outlet installed and he came out the same day. He and his team were quite friendly and installed the outlet very quickly. They also checked out a wire that we thought might be an issue and they assessed the issue and made sure it was properly functioning. I would highly recommend him and his team to do work in your home or business.

    I just bought a house and wanted recessed lighting installed in almost every room and 2 TVs wall-mounted. I went on Thumbtack to look for an electrician on Sunday. He was able to come by within an hour to get me an estimate. His crew started the job on Thursday and he finished the entire job on Friday. He cleaned up after himself and did a great job!I recommend Tim and will use him again in the future.

    This was Tim and his crew’s second visit to our condo. The first time they replaced 2 circuit breakers. They came over quickly, were professional, and had us up and going again at a reasonable cost. Today’s visit was to relocate one outlet and install 2 new outlets. They were prompt, meticulously neat, and masters of magic with running new wires behind our drywall. Again at a fair and reasonable cost. I highly recommend Tim. He’s professional, and communicates by text and phone extremely well. I feel we’ve found our electrician for fortune needs.

    I would highly recommend Tim and his team of skilled electricians. We hired him to upgrade the lighting in my home to wafer lights and replace all the outlets, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. From start to finish, he was professional, punctual, and thorough. The wafer lights have completely transformed the look of my home, and the outlet replacements were done quickly and efficiently. Tim took the time to explain the process, answered all my questions, and ensured everything was working perfectly before leaving.     Tim and Nelson’s professionalism were beyond my expectations. They installed recess lights throughout the entire house and they completely transformed the look of the house.     Nelson and his coworker did an amazing job on our newly purchased house. The living room and primary bedrooms had no lights, and our bathroom fan/light unit was in need of being replaced. We were amazed at both how quick and how attentive they were to detail and making sure the end result met our expectations. Not only were they able to complete the installation and wiring of the overhead lights in both rooms AND replace our aged fan in just a few hours, but they were diligent in keeping our space clean. I highly recommend this company if youre looking for any electric work. Easy to communicate with, fair pricing and a commitment to client satisfaction - its a no brainer. We will be calling them again for future projects.

    From initial phone consultation, to site visits, to endless phone calls from me with questions, and through the completion of the project, we experienced the utmost professionalism from Tim and Nelson. Every single time I called Tim (and it was often), he always answered the phone every time ( never had a similar experience with any contractor ), and he always genuinely cared about your questions or concerns. We also have two young children, and Tim was very accommodating to our needs and working with our children’s busy schedules, as well as ours.We ran up against a couple issues with our project, and Tim and Nelson provided immediate recommendations and solutions to all the issues that came up, with no stress or aggravation(at least for me 😬).     Ive used Nelson both when I was living in Salem, MA and most recently as I moved to Merrimack, NH. Hes helped with repairing older outlets, installing recessed lighting, adding bathroom fixtures and replacing those old noisy bathroom fans. They put new lights in our living room, added a new outlets outdoors and in the garage. Also put our tv cables hiding behind the walls and the tv. Out new lights look very nice.     Called Tim for an estimate he got back to me the same day a few days later came to check out the job and told me that he would get back to me that same evening with an estimate and he did, hes price was fair we set up the date for the work and he showed up on time , Tim did a great job and cleaned up after they were done with his helper Nelson.Tim is a man of his word which is what I like and wound recommend him to anybody.     I had a tree fall and take out my electric. His team arrived within 15 minutes after I called. They installed a new meter box and riser for the wires from the meter to the roof. They also cut down branches with his bucket truck so it was clear for National Grid to run the lines . National Grid is here now so hopefully power soon. Highly recommend .

    So this review is not based on a job they did but rather their customer service. Last Friday I had a major issue where part of my house did not have power. I called Tim around 5pm and he was actually out of town doing a job. He recommended a friend of his who was also an electrician and gave me their phone number. I called and my issue was not with my house it was outside at the transformer. By the time he gave me the businesses phone number and my issue being resolved was within an hour. Thanks Tim.

    Tim and his crew are amazing! Friday afternoon a neighbors tree came down on our power lines due to wind. We had a live wire hanging down, the fire department closed off the street. I called Tim at 4:30 and he looked via facetime, and grabbed all the supplies he needed. He came right to the house, cut the live wire (beat eversource by 2 hours) and had electricity back on by 8pm that night. I should also add that the gigantic tree was blocking the driveway, and he showed up with a chainsaw and cut up the tree and moved enough of it to clear the driveway. He then came back to the house on Monday (no extra charge) to make sure we had everything that we needed. I would recommend Tim to everyone!
