They have been servicing our air conditioner and furnace for years and do a great job. They were out this morning to service the furnace and fixed some duct work in the crawl space that another company messed up when doing another project. Also, they just keep servicing our 28 year old air conditioner - never trying to upsell us or anything. Told me to start saving money to replace it, but they will keep servicing and keep it running as long as possible. They do good work and are trustworthy.

Called to have water heater installed around 10:00 AM and the job was completed before 1:00 PM the same day. Excellent work and both Darren and Bradon were very professional, focused, and polite. They worked well together to make the install go smoothly. Cleanup after was outstanding. This company and the installers were the epitome of good customer service. BTW, I had called several other companies earlier leaving messages and completing work request forms. As of this writing I have not heard from any of them.Thank you Supreme for your quick response and outstanding workmanship.

Called Supreme for a clog in the kitchen sink. Micheal was sent out the next morning. He was professional and transparent with his work. Clog ended up being much more difficult than initially thought, but he made every effort to clear the clog before having to snake the drain. Micheal was upfront with the cost of using the snake tool and was transparent about the possibility of still not being able to clear the drain depending on how deep the clog was. After several attempts with the snake and additional efforts of unclogging the sink it looked like all hope was lost when the clog broke free. I appreciate the effort and time Micheal gave with this issue. Especially efforts of trying to keep the cost low.

Logan and Dylan of Supreme showed up this morning to install our gas burning fireplace. They were on time and had the fireplace installed and vented in no time. As they were packing up we noticed the fire box was a little un-level. We determined that the bace we built to set the box on wasnt level. They quickly took of the brackets off and leveled the box although it wasnt their fault. If you are thinking about putting in a gas fireplace I highly recommend Supreme and ask for Logan and Dylan.

Just realized I had a water spigot split due to the recent below freezing temps. Called the office and they put me on their board for the next available plumber. The office called back a few hours later to let me know there were two plumbers on the way. Caleb and Patrick showed up and did an outstanding job trying to determine how to fix the leak. Once they found where the water supply was (oddly where it shouldn’t have been), they were able to recommend a solution, and then fix the leak. They cleaned up after themselves, were friendly and respectful, and the bill was extremely reasonable. Would highly recommend Supreme for any plumbing needs.

Joink hit our private pool heater gas line installing our internet. They hired Supreme to repair the line. They were both very knowledgeable and fast to repair the line. Both companies were great. I gave only 4 stars instead of five because I wasnt notified of when they were repairing so I could be there to try the pool heater and make sure it ran. Supreme had to come back again after the repair because there was water in the line. So happy to have our pool heater back. ❤️

We had an old boiler heating system in our house that had completely died. Supreme Heating and cooling was tremendous to work with. They provided a comprehensive evaluation of our needs, then went to great lengths to find a system to meet our needs very quickly. Plus they gave us a great price for the entire system. The installers were very knowledgeable and efficient. They removed our old system and replaced it with a new unit and connections in about 5 hours. They were courteous and friendly and they made sure the system was working properly before leaving the residence. We went from no heat to perfect heat throughout the entire house. Thanks Supreme! I would highly recommend Supreme for any problems with your heating, cooling, or plumbing systems.

TERRIBLE way to do business!!!!I then called another plumber, the recommended Supreme. I called within 10-15 minutes their van was in my driveway!!Fixed my faucet. My experience with Supreme Heating and Cooling has been very satisfactory.. The service people are very knowledgeable and go above and beyond to provide great service. The service technician, Logan, was exceptionally helpful during my recent service call. My garage door wasn’t working so I couldn’t get my car out of the garage. Unfortunately, the garage door service couldn’t schedule me until the following week. Logan manually raised the door so I could move my car outside. I am very pleased with their service and technicians.

I called Supreme because there was a leak in what turned out to be the A/C coil. Wes gave us quotes to replace just the coil or the whole A/C unit, which was 18 years old. We decided to replace the whole A/C. I also called another company that weve used before to get quotes, but did not receive a call back, so we went with Supreme.Logan and Nick installed the new Amana A/C. They were punctual and professional and took the time to show me how to work the new thermostat.Supreme charged exactly the quoted amount, which either included or waived the initial visit about the leak. A good experience working with Supreme, well use them again!
