Installer was great, knowledgeable and professional. I had to call u back the next day because water flow in kitchen was low. Found out the nozzle had Sediment in it. I cleaned that and everything is fine!He also gave me info about your hvac inspection package. Installer installed a new water main cutoff( the old one would not shut off). Very happy!

The technician was new to us. He was very pleasant, introduced himself to us and explained everything he was going to do. He noticed that we had a new water softener and explained that his company would be able to check it and service it if needed. We were unaware of this service. Thank you Northern.

All personnel were professional & friendly and everything was explained well regarding need for, and installation of new water heater. I received calls to alert me when a technician was on the way & a follow up call after unit was installed asking if all was ok. They also have an excellent service contract available which I purchased. I recommend Northern Comfort & would definitely use them again.

My mother had a new furnace installed and had a great experience with Steve. He removed the old furnace and cleaned up everything very well after installing the new one. He explained how to use the new wall thermostat and was friendly and knowledgeable. We had a question about a setting about a week after the furnace was installed and Steve came out right away to problem solve. We are happy with the responsiveness and quality of service.

99% of the people that I have dealt with with the company are fantastic. Service is fantastic. There was one sales guy that was just the worst but I don’t think he’s there anymore but if Michael comes out to try to sell you something, tell him to go away and send literally anyone else. Either way I highly recommend. Seriously aside from this one guy. Everybody has been ridiculously nice and very timely and efficient. Great company with one bad egg. Don’t let that dissuade you from using them though. I can’t express how awesome everyone else is.

Northern Comfort maintains my air conditioner and furnace yearly. During the night my air stopped working. The temperature is currently over 100 outside. I called Northern Comforts 24 hour line to report the issue. The Terre Haute office called me by 8:15 AM and Kevin, who serviced my air conditioner was here by 2:30 pm. Kevin was very personable and had my air up and running within no time.I highly recommend contacting Northern Comfort for all your service needs!

Brandon was extremely polite and HIGHLY professional from the very beginning of our experience with him. He is VERY knowledgeable and completely informed us of the condition of our old (30 year old) furnace before he offered us the option of installing a new system, which turned out for us to be the ONLY reasonable option given the obvious deficiencies in our old furnace which was not worth repairing to any significant degree. Then you folks stepped up and offered us financing which sealed the deal. And we must give kudos to Marie and Debbie as well. When we first called you after our furnace went out, Marie answered, and, honestly, she is SO friendly that we thought we might be talking to our next door neighbor. Our experience with ALL of you was most gratifying …. Justin also who assisted Brandon for a while we found to be polite and professional …. and as I told Brandon before he left us, that if our AC Unit …. which is also 30 years old but continues to function effectively …. suddenly goes down it will be a no-brainer. They showed up when they said they would and Brandon did a great job on my AC unit. I ended up just needing a small part and he didnt try to upsell me on anything that I didnt need. Once he got it working he checked over everything again just to make sure it was all running correctly. Will definitely use them for any future needs that I have with heating and cooling.

Kevin Lofton did service maintenance on hvac system. I told him of hearing a ticking like noise when system was on. He checked thoroughly to try and find source of noise even checking crawl space and attic. He discovered the noise was coming from bathroom exhaust fan which would start when hvac system was on. Kevin went over and beyond to find the cause of noise. The hvac system was not the problem at all. I appreciated his diligence in finding where the tick noise was coming from.

Technician (Brandon) did all he could to service old unit and try to find problem before selling me a new one.Was given a credit towards new unit for parts and service put into old unit while trying to figure out the problem. Cracked furnace is no fun as to much carbon monoxide was being released into my rental house... Northern Comforts Systems was helpful to replace my furnace quickly. The price of 10 K for furnace only was a bit a shock...as I have replace furnace in my own home for 6k and that included AC... I also got an empty/ blank Thank you card after the job was done.. not sure what to think if that 🤔.
