    I needed my roof replaced and called Gryphon Roofing to get an estimate. The office staff was super easy to work with and had Brooks my sales guy contact me a couple of days later. He did a complete inspection of the roof and went over all of the details with me of what needed to be done. He was able to give me a written estimate on the spot and I was able to get the job scheduled a few days later. The crew that did the roof work were amazing. They were supervised by Damian who was on-site several times during the two-and-a-half-day process. Damian was great to work with. He explained every detail of the job as it moved along and kept me informed during the entire process. He answered all my questions and was super to work with the entire time. I had a few cracked tiles, but Damian was able to find tiles to match and kept the job moving forward. The entire crew did a great job cleaning up during and after the roofing job was completed. Everyone was very easy to work with and communication was great. I was impressed by how professional everyone was the entire time. It was a great team, highly professional, awesome communication, friendly and experienced. They truly deserve a five star rating. I would highly recommend using Gryphon Roofing if you are in need of a roofing repair or full roof replacement.

    We had a leak in the living room after a good wind and rainstorm so a friend of mine recommended Gryphon Roofing. I spoke to Russ about our issue and he had a technician out the following week to take a look. He was able to fix the spot on the roof and made some other repairs and recommendations for our older roof. Very happy with the results and their team. They also installed the flat roof to our new cabana in the backyard.

    Gryphon roofing repaired our tile roof and it looks great. the sales guy was amazing and printed a paper copy of the estimate for me. the office staff sent the schedule date and deposit with directions. the production manager also provided me with after photos since i am unable to get on the roof. very impressed and would recommend this company to anyone who needs a roof

    Gryphon roofing just repaired our foam roof and it looks amazing. the cracks it had in it before are gone and the leak has stopped. we just had another rain happen and we didn’t have any leaks. highly recommend this company they are really communicative, on time, and super productive to coming and getting everything finished fast.

Roni Smith was there for us in the beginning providing that reassurance that Gryphon was going to take care of us. I truly enjoyed working with Sam Theriault and the guidance he provided along the way. Whether it was decisions on how to fix things correctly in this 1959 home, support in justifying the supplemental claims, to his advice in handling the difficult plumbing company. His expertise, professionalism, and compassion earned my confidence and trust in a surprisingly short time frame, which was paramount in getting through the hurdles we experienced this past year.

    About 5 years ago we had a fire in our house. Our family was displaced and had to live elsewhere for about 6 months. In the meantime Griffin construction did an amazing job of managing everybody and making sure things got put back together. They did an amazing job remodeling everything and making our home beautiful. We enjoy the work they did everyday. Thank you!

    Very pleased with the service provided by Gryphon Roofing and would highly recommend. Although not an emergency, we were hoping to get a replacement asap due to the poor condition of our roof and they were able to coordinate the replacement within 2 weeks. The crew was very quick and appear to have performed high quality work. Louis and Damian were excellent in communicating. Damian went above and beyond my previous experiences with other companies in his communication.Lastly, I’ve seen contractors leave trash and nails around - the crew cleaned up the work area very well and Damian actually told me they checked for nails after pulling out the trailer and everything was good to go. Couldn’t ask for more!

    By far and away the best roofing company Ive ever used. Ive had them perform many repairs on residential style roofs and never had one negative issue.     Called Gryphon for a quote after noticing some preliminary spotting at two locations inside our house. Originally had an appointment for Friday but got a call from Brooks and he was able to come by today (same day) because he was in the area and had an opening. He showed at the exact time he said he would and assessed both areas as simply needing to be resealed due to small cracks in the stucco where water would drain. He sealed both areas for free. He also spotted two cracked tiles while on the roof and sealed those as well. All other aspects of our roof were determined to be in good order. At the beginning of the day, had someone told me I would be calling a roofing company to assess and fix two leaks and two tiles for free I would not have believed it…but that’s exactly what happened.Honest expert showed up and took care of a customer like days of old cause there wasn’t anything major happening to cause damage and he had the time and the sealant. I appreciate that and will keep them for my roof replacement when the time comes. Well done and greatly appreciated!!!

    Gryphon Roofing did an excellent job replacing my roof. There were at least six workers here at one time and they did wonderful work. My only complaint is the lack of communication. The foreman, Oscar, was great the first morning. He hoped that they would be able to finish the job in one day, but that wasnt possible. Other than Oscar speaking to me when the crew first arrived, there was no communication from Gryphon. (Oscar seemed to leave during the day, because he was not there the times I came out of my house to see the progress from the outside. The only responses I received to my how is it going? questions of the crew were thumbs up.) The crew left at the end of the first day without telling me what time they would return the next day or giving me any information about how far along they were with the project/how much longer it would take. I called the 24-hour service at 5:30 and then 8:30 that night, asking for an update and what time the crew would return the next day so I could medicate my animals, but I did not receive a call back until 7:30 the next morning (to tell me the crew was on their way). The person who called me that morning (whose name I dont remember) seemed annoyed and surprised that I wanted an update at the end of the day. To me, this was poor customer service. The crew also left at the end of the second day without telling me they were finished or checking out in any way. But the quality of Gryphons work was excellent.

    Great company to work with. They helped me with a small job and they were very professional and willing to help me with all my questions. They even were kind enough to share their knowledge with me on a fort roof for my kids. They told me how to work with shingles and how to make it waterproof for many years to come. Most companies would want the work, but they were kind enough to offer their support and encouragement. You dont find many companies that are willing to do that anymore! Great customer service and prompt work.

    Gryphon has completed my roof within three days. i had a sales guy come out and give me an estimate, two days after i called them to schedule and i was able to get on the schedule for two weeks after that. the process was very easy and they were very communicative and gave me photos of the project. highly recommend using them.

    I highly recommend Gryphon Roofing. We had damage to our roof in one of the last storms. Multiple roofing companies came to our front door and “guaranteed” us a free new roof through our insurance. Gryphon Roofing was the only company that was honest, saying “defiantly try to see what your insurance can do, but we’re not 100% sure they will cover all of it.” The insurance company did not cover 100% of it.Gryphon Roofing gave us an affordable quote for a complete replacement. Scheduling a day was quick and easy. They arrived on time and completed the work in two days. The loop the roof looks great. We are very happy with the work. Once the work was done, Oscar walked me around the house to show me everything that was done and the workers did a good job cleaning up around the house.We are very pleased with the work and would recommend them to anybody.

This week, I again had Gryphon come out to do the rest of the roof, and as before, they were wonderful. Diego Caballero was the supervisor for the job, and I also worked with Oscar. Both were very professional, as was the crew, and insured that the job was done right. They completed about 1,000 sq. ft of roofing in 2 days and also did a great job of cleanup each day.     This is a good company. They completed the replacement of the underlayment in time. The only thing they need to improve on is the respond to customer request quicker after the installation. My condenser pipe was not put back properly and it was leaking and dripping down my patio roof. This cause the wood of the patio frame to be soak and really soft. I asked them to come and fix it and it took them 7 days to come. I had to fix it myself.

    We live out of state but own a condo in Tempe. We sustained some roof damage after a severe wind storm. Contacted Gryphon Roofing the next day to report the damage and requested an estimate to fix the roof (missing shingles). Although they were extremely busy because of the wind storm damages all over town, they still stopped by the condo the following day and provided me an estimate. Because we are out of state, the inspector called me and explained what he had found and what the options would be to fix it. Asked him to schedule an appointment to get it fixed. All the paperwork was done on-line within a day and they were fixing the roof 3 days later, after tracking down the matching shingles. Once the job was done, he provided me with before and after pictures. Very professional firm and the office staff and the inspector did a fantastic job keeping me up-dated on the project.     I hired Gryphon for a complete roof replacement. The workers showed up on time and completed the tile roofing all in one day. They forgot to replace my porch roof and delayed the process by a couple of days. The work was done very well. However, there was no communication from start to finish, including not following up for a final inspection until a week after completion. I asked for the project manager to share updates and their findings, but this never happened. I met with a gentleman for the first time yesterday to go over the work, discuss some of my findings, and I received their invoice and pictures today. This would be a 5-star if there was clear communication from start to finish.

    Its tough to improve upon a 5-star review, but Ill give it a go. Gryphon has been my roofer of choice for several years so, when it came time for a completely new roof they were my first call. Diego inspected the roof and, when Brooks took a look, he concurred with Diego that the whole thing needed to be replaced. After some scheduling challenges, provided courtesy of Mother Nature, the work was completed in January. Alas, the 1st rain post construction revealed a leak right over my oven. I called Diego, and he came out the same day to find the problem, and had his crew out within a day to provide some additional foam measures. Unfortunately, the leak persisted, tho much less. Diego was nothing short of obsessed with finding the root of the problem which, after a water test, turned out to originate with the stucco portions on the roof....something completely out of Gryphons control or responsibility. Regardless, Diego once again had his crew over to caulk all potential problems, which was way above and beyond his scope of services.The most recent rain stayed outside, where it belongs, and I cannot adequately express my gratitude to Diego, and his wonderful crew, for their tenacity and drive to make me one happy, and DRY customer.
