    We called in the morning to see if someone could give us an estimate. Jon came out and quickly figured out the problem. He said that he could fix it that day and he did. It was not an easy job, but he got it done and did it for exactly the price that he quoted. Jon explained everything, was very easy to work with and is a very nice person. We would absolutely use Jon and Viper Service again, and we would highly recommend them to anyone.

    Tony Blackwell, electrical technician with Viper Electrical Services, came to my home to show me how to operate my Inverter generator for backup power in case of another power outage. Tony was very professional taking time to explain the process in simple terms to my wife and me. He showed us how to change the main power panel to generator power. He demonstrated how to run the generator and connect to the my electrical panel. Tony was very patient and curtious throughout. You canā€™t go wrong with Tony and Viper Electrical Services. I highly recommend them.

    We had Axel Vickery out to help us with a quote for new equipment at our residence, and he was such a professional, kind person. We were extremely happy with all aspects of the quote and equipment inspection Axel did, and felt like our wants were taken into consideration. What were getting is what we discussed and thats all anyone can ask for.Update: The contracted work was completed way ahead of schedule and we couldnt be happier. Post service support (for just a minor issue!) was amazing and no stress.

    Tony was great and got the heat pump up and running in no time. Such a pleasure to have nice, knowledgable professionals help when something essential the heat goes out during a cold snap.I have a warm, cozy home again plus it wasnt expensive because Tony found the small blown fuse hiding on the control panel and had that exact fuse in his work truck!!! Wonderful and prompt service as well!

    Electrical Service Technician Raymond McGowan performed work at a two-day job at our home. Personable, professional in demeanor, and knowledgeable about his field, Raymond is meticulous in his work and went above and beyond in the course of the job, answering our questions and explaining the procedures. Communication regarding appointments was excellent, cost was explained clearly in advance with a written estimate, the work was performed quickly and neatly with respect for our home and was first-class!

    Joe Niska the plumber came out to my house this morning from viper services and I was absolutely amazed at the professionalism and how much knowledge he has on all of the systems and equipment underneath my sink! He was extremely thorough and very professional and friendly and even wore the foot booties in the house! They are coming back out to my house next week to redo all of my piping and plumbing work under my sink and I was quoted a very fair price. Excellent service and excellent knowledge with this company! I will definitely continue to use them for all of my needs in the future!

    Viper Services is great - scheduling is easy and both times Ive used them they were able to have someone out in a couple days. Trucks are always clean and organized as well - that speaks to the quality of work. Tony Blackwell fixed my old AC previously and its still running strong for a 20 year old until. I recently had him back out to look at the furnace (pilot) and he had it back up and running in no time. Pricing is fair and the work is detailed and honest. Definitely recommend.

    Viper Services has helped me with several home projects over the last few years, and I am thrilled with their service! A few months ago, John, Joe, and Sean from plumbing came out to replace a bathtub for me. It is incredibly sturdy, and I couldnt be happier with how it looks! This week, Tony from HVAC came out to do an annual heating inspection. He was so friendly, and he answered all my questions. He even took the time to look in my attic and give some recommendations on how to improve the insulation!One of the things that stands out about Viper Services is their technicians. In my experience, they are a cut above the rest. Over the years, every tech Ive worked with has been polite, friendly, extremely knowledgeable, and made me feel at ease as a homeowner.     Second time using Viper electric, very happy with their service. Their electrician Chasen was professional and explained clearly what the issue was and how he would fix it. Their was a short in the main breaker box, and he repaired it on the spot. The charge was reasonable.Will call Viper Electric again if needed.

    Chasen came out and fixed outlets in my house today. It has been the biggest relief to have my outlets working again. I am so pleased with the service provided by Chasen and Viper.     I had some plumbing repairs done on my home which I just moved into in April 2024. Johnny Chapman was the technician. He did a great job with thorough explanations and didnā€™t try to upsell. Will call Viper and ask for Johnny if I need future repairs. Heā€™s also very nice.I had some major electrical work done by Raymond McGowan. He did a great job and got everything done amazingly fast. His advice was very helpful and he knows what he is doing. He had a helper for a day or two but I didnā€™t get his name. They were both very nice.

    Cant say enough good things about Viper Services. I had them come out to give me an estimate on installing a natural gas line for my grill. I had that completed and probably every plumbing thing that I ever wanted to done too. I had them look at my master bathroom because I wanted to renovate it sometime in the future. The next thing you know they are moving plumbing from the center of my bathroom to the outside wall, installing faucets for the tub, shower, and vanities, and installing drains for my laundry room, and kitchen. Amazing team that get things done for a great price: Stephen, Joe, Johnathan, Johnny all did a fantastic job.

    Our 1st visit for the estimate was with Raymond McGowan, on time actually a couple minutes early, helped work out the logistics of our situation, and came up with a price we could live with and a good price. The 2cnd visit was the following Tuesday for the install, again early, man, did a beautiful job with our new box and a 30 Amp R.V. hook up.Very clean work in the box, very professional and informative and definitely Raymond went the extra mile.HIGHLY recommend VIPER.

He took the time to explain to me what the issue in a way that I could understand it, but his breadth of knowledge in the trade is incredible. I needed some floodlights changed out at my home in GVL which were very high up. Other company tried to tell us the only thing we could do was replace it, and while we are going to do that soon, we arenā€™t going to right this second. Saved us thousands off what the other guys wanted to charge us, and got us back running.     Scheduling the appointment was easy and the technician showed up within the time window. I am sure that this company is as great as other reviewers say but I did find their pricing extremely high. I was quoted $198 to install a dimmer switch and $300 to install a fan that already has both switches wired on the wall. I was also told the 6 lights I have are not dimmable and the technician would include replacing them in the quote.I looked the lights up online after he left to confirm that they are indeed dimmable and reached out to make sure that the quote didnā€™t include replacing them. Technician was overall nice but couldnā€™t comprehend $500 dollars for what would probably be an hour of his time. I ended up buying the dimmer for $28 at ACE and doing it myself in 20 min.

    The tech, Chasen, was very professional. He was right on time, answered all my questions, and the work was done in about 1 hour. I highly recommend Viper and will use them again!
