    Very satisfied with their work. Had to have a new spigot put in to the upper deck, they came out and assessed, cutting minimally into walls and ceilings to identify where they could hook into. Came out again when the time came to do the actual work, and did so efficiently, with minimal interruptions. Yet, the technician communicated well, letting me know when the water was going to be shut off for a while and when the work was completed, allowing me to see what was done before finishing up. And the rate was very reasonable. I tend to shy away from companies with names like Ethical (as in, who wants to use Unethical Plumbing), but in their case, they lived up to their name and they have earned my future business.

    Once again, Scott was excellent! He was on his own today, but installed 2 toilets including all the gubbins under the floor in less than TWO HOURS! AND he cleaned up absolutely everything and hauled it away with him. Im very very happy with Ethical Plumbing and will definitely call them again when I need a plumber!UPDATE 11-21-24This time I managed to clog one of my wonderful new toilets by using flushable wipes. 😡 Scott was out the very next day and got it running again in no time. 😃👍Im so glad I found Ethical Plumbing! Friendly staff, FAST service, great workmanship. I cant recommend them highly enough!

    I want to start out by saying from the moment I spoke to customer service (Stephanie) she was very pleasant and the communication was great! “Mitchel” and “Ivan”were very professional. From the quote to the finished product they were very professional the job they did was awesome. I got to say it was to my satisfaction and well done. They don’t leave until you are satisfied and with no complaints they do their job, this company is great! There quote was better than the quote I got from other companies. I was getting my gas line ran from the side of the house to the back of the house for my Generator that takes a “Natural” Gas and they installed everything for me even installed the “Quick Connect” that came with the generator. They ran ¾”of pipe and reduced it for me to connect to ½” and I have to say I was satisfied with it all. Everything was done in 1 day and they are very clean at there job. I would highly recommend them for any job and I would be using them in the future for sure.

    Scott was very efficient and as a former manager of skilled trades it was apparent right away that he was very skilled at his trade. His attitude and people skills were excellent. When I first got the estimate I almost backed out but his knowledge and abilities were apparent even before he started working. I am happy that I stuck with him.

    Tristan and Brandon with Ethical plumbing did an excellent job on coming to my aid and replacing my 50 gallon water heater. They were professional and knowledgeable. But upon research after the job was complete I find that Ethical Plumbing are veryhigh in their charges to the customer. The 5 stars I give areto a job well done.

    The plumber, Scott, who came out was very professional, knowledgeable, and personable. He provided a lot of information related to dampness and moisture and the impact on a home. I felt good about the information he provided and I understand better what I should do related to improper installation of our current pipes. It was a pleasure to talk with him and gain some knowledge related to plumbing in older homes. I would recommend Ethical Plumbing and for future needs, I will definitely call again.

    After getting a call from Greenville Water, I started looking for a plumber. I had one scheduled - one that had a very good rating on Yelp - but they never showed up either time I scheduled them. I saw an Ethical Plumbing van while driving one day, looked up their website and scheduled online. They showed up when they said they would. Scott, Ivan and Collin were all fantastic. They were very thorough, explained the issues clearly and made the decision very easy for me. I would recommend Ethical Plumbing for all of your pluming needs.

    Ivan was friendly and very prompt, gave us our options but did not push the more expensive one. we agree that they would try to snake the problem before they went for a replacement and if they had to go for the replacement we would not be charged for the snaking. work was done cleanly and the result was great. and all details were explained clearly. highly satisfactory experience.

    Super responsive and timely. Scott came in and did a whole assessment and explained what would need to be done. Other companies gave an estimate after 30 seconds without consulting a catalog and were double the price. Super happy with the results of our upgrades to our water pressure issue!!!!

    Ethical Plumbing.Follow up to a recent problem. The company proved to us that it clearly stands by its work and is willing to go the extra mile to resolve any questions.A while back, we made a decision to convert old copper lines to newer PEX plastic. The conversion replaced many dozens of feet of old and corroded pipe. The work waswell done. Very much needed.Later, when a problem was discovered in a nearby section of pipe, the company sent Michael to do an emergency repair to get us back online. Some time afterward, the company sent Nick and Dorian to remove and replace four or five extra feet of old line. They then installed new hot and cold shutoff valves. Again, very efficient work, and, all at no charge. Thanks, Nick and Dorian.The most important point...we believe that this sets this company apart from a lot of plumbing companies. These folks did good work, and they had our back.

    I am so grateful to have been lucky enough to do business with this plumbing company. I don’t like spending money, no one does. Having said that, this crew was fast, efficient, careful, thorough and likable.     I had to have my whole house re-plumbed and Tristan Boswell was awesome. He gave me several options to choose from. He explained each option in detail to what work would be performed. After I decided how I wanted to proceed the work was completed in a timely manner. After the job was completed he showed me everything he did even taking pictures as he went. Everything was put back in place after the work was done and the job area was throughly cleaned. I am so pleased with his work. I highly recommend Tristan and Ethical plumbing. Alisa replied after hours and scheduled the visit for me next morning, then emailed for confirmation and details. Alisa also called me ahead of the appt to let me know John was on the way - she was beyond friendly and responsive.John was knowledgeable, personable and diagnostic. We went through multiple tests and options and he presented all thoroughly with an objective assessment of each option.     This is for service in March 2024 - I had a leaky kitchen sink and have previously used H2Flow for all my plumbing needs, but they didnt return my calls or text messages so I had to find someone else. My friend recommended Ethical Plumbing.They were able to come out the next day and the service was fast - Roughly $1,300 quote was sent at 9:43 AM and received the call to settle at 11:05 AM. Additionally, they identified a previously unknown drainage problem that theyll be back out for in a couple days to correct. I was given a ballpark estimate of $800 for that service.Having to spend $2,100 in a couple days is never great news, but I do appreciate Ethical Plumbing being able to get these fixed quickly.

    We took advantage of a free home inspection, knowing that some plumbing issues would likely be found. The tech went under the house which is something we never do so it was helpful to have someone lay eyes on an area we never see The recommendations were appreciated although the prices to fix were a bit higher than we thought to be reasonable. We may shop around for better pricing to educate ourselves and budget accordingly for the repairs.

    I received a call from Ethical Plumbing, informing me of a complimentary inspection they were offering, and asking if I’d like to schedule one. Typically, these calls are a way for a company to get an ‘in’ for an opportunity at more business. I agreed, though, since my wife has had nothing but excellent experiences with them for over 25 years…and boy, am I glad I did! Scott came out this morning, and was so very professional, knowledgeable, and thorough. He identified a couple of small things that weren’t a big deal and may need to be replaced before long. Then, he found a couple of major things that we had no idea about.But, here’s the SUPER important thing to know about it…Scott told me what result a properly-functioning part would produce, and what result an improperly-functioning part would produce. He did BEFORE he tested the parts in question! Credibility score? Ultimate! He walked me through everything that needed to be done now and what could wait until later, and explained why some needed to be done sooner rather than waiting. He answered all of my questions, and even took the added step of writing down a list of things that should not go down the garbage disposal (so that *ahem* other people in my house, who shall remain nameless, would know that it isn’t just my crazy idea that certain things should be thrown in the trash, rather than in the sink).No wonder my wife’s experiences with them have been off-the-charts great! These guys are the real deal, and the only plumbers I’ll ever call! Don’t be fooled by the other guys in town with a similar name. Thank you, Stephanie, Scott, & Ethical Plumbing!

    My water heater gave up the ghost suddenly and I found myself in need of a plumber to help me determine if it could be repaired or if it needed to be replaced. I was recommended Ethical Plumbing by family who vouched for their service. So I called them up in the morning and they had a technician out to my house within an hour!The service I received from Ethical Plumbing was top-notch! They took their time to explain my options, investigated the condition of the unit and the pipes and then replaced the water heater and some pipe that had corroded within a few hours.I was really impressed. I wish I could remember the name of the man who they sent out - I remember he was a sales manager, but he did the work himself. I can tell you he was friendly, informative, and did a fantastic job.A plumber is like a mechanic: you find a good one, you stick with them! I can heartily recommend Ethical Plumbing and if (when) I need a plumber again, Im calling them.

    Pretty happy overall. Course, their visit was the result of a cold call offering a free home plumbing inspection, but wed used them before, were happy with their work, so gave it a shot. Were (my husband and I) no strangers to taking a house apart and rebuilding it, and the issues they identified were legitimate (a rocking toilet and several code issues at the water heater). They reset the toilet while they were here, and came back next working day to complete the water heater.     They were awesome 😎 with helping us in our last house & made us High Priority with this issue in our current home❣️ We learned of the issue (gas hot water heater pouring out all water) around 9:30pm, turned off water to heater & called @ about 8:30am the next day. They made us a priority due to no hot water. Service hear within about 30 min (learned it had cracked from top to bottom) & New hot water heater installed before noon! I cannot say enough about how wonderful their customer service is either, from the first call in, scheduling & their plumber/tech/on-site people…just really good, honest people that care & do a great job!!!

    My old hot water tank malfunctioned and was spewing water. I called Ethical Plumbing at the recommendation of a neighbor. Although they were booked for the day, once I explained my situation, they rearranged the schedule and sent a technician (Cory) out within a couple of hours. He immediately assessed the situation, determined and explained the problem, and recommended a solution. He completed the work to my satisfaction in a timely manner and was very polite and professional. I would highly recommend Ethical Plumbing to anyone.

    I just purchased a new home and needed to replace my faucet. Ethical plumbing was great! The woman who answered the phone was friendly and helpful, my tech was knowledgeable and thorough, and my new faucet is great! They even followed up afterwards to check and make sure I had everything I needed and see if there was anything else they could help with! I will definitely be using them from now on.

    Mark and Jason did an excellent job replacing our toilet. They had to do additional work, but they took the time to explain and show me the issues with the flange and repair it before installing the toilet. They did an excellent job on the install and were on time to the appointment.

    I had a very tricky situation with a small leak in my water line that happened to be underneath a massive stump. After a few weeks of cutting tree, stump grinding and me swinging an axe I was able to locate leak. I had been in touch with Ethical Plumbing along the way to make sure I was on the right track to getting leak fixed. Once I identified line/leak I called to see if we could schedule a time to have it fixed. They had the leak fixed in less than two hours from the time I called. I was hoping they could come the next day or soon during the week. They sent two guys and had it knocked out in no time. I was called a few times to check on my situation and filled in with all details along the way. I have used/called many contractors and Ethical plumbing is the ONE company we have found to be reliable and respond like no one else.Thanks guys
